ligging is vlak bij arona wat een leuke omgeving is met leuke straatjes en restaurants

het bed was helaas niet meer van deze tijd deze moeten vervangen worden

Die Betten waren mega bequem Frühstück mit vielen Süßspeisen Die Lage, Aussicht auf den See atemberaubend

Mooie kamer. Goede airco. Prachtig uitzicht vanuit het restaurant. Prima parkeerplaats.Fantastisch ontbijt.

wouldn't choose this hotel again, disappointing

the view was amazing but on a very noisy main road which I didn't realise when I booked

The room allowed me to select 2 single beds ono booking, and the hotel confirmed in a message that they would do that, but we arrived in to a room that was only 1 double bed which was very disappointing given they had messaged to confirm they would give us 2 single beds. The room was very small and basic and the windows/doors very difficult to open due to being old and weathered.

Struttura che necessità di restiling sia esterno che interno Moquette dei corridoi tutta macchiata e/o consumata Dimensione della camera accettabili anche se con arredamento superato Abbiamo fatto colazione in terrazza perchè obbligati dalla presenza di un cane e non ci hanno nemmeno preparato il tavolo

Arona is a nice town, so in overall I don't regret getting there. Also, the breakfast in the hotel was splendid, with probably over 50 kinds of pastries (but it's mainly a sweet breakfast).

I don't understand how this hotel can have 4 stars. If it were 2 stars, then my opinion would be adequate to that. However, this place doesn't fulfills any of 4 stars requirements. It's old and worn out, my room was very small and not comfortable at all (to put the coat on the rack was almost an equilibrist activity), same goes for the bathroom. Not sure if this room is intended for 2 persons: I hope not, as I cannot imagine 2 persons coexisting in this small space. The elevator was not working most of the time (which wasn't much of an issue for me, as I prefer to use the stairs, but you've been warned). The main thing: no, the hotel is not on the lakeshore, as one may think. It's actually by the main road (or even 2) and your balcony is directly over the passing cars. You have the view over the lake, but bear in mind it's quite a noisy location. Also, I had to check-out very early, before sunrise and there was absolutely no lightning in the parking, I almost broke my leg getting to the car.

Beautiful lake views

The lake views from our room was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel was a short walk from the center of town.

There were a couple of dead bugs on the floor of our room. The balcony was also quite dirty.

Gorgeous views from the room and balcony! Comfortable bed. Very attractive price in the low season.

Small room which felt pretty dated. The door of the room was flimsy and difficult to close and lock. Although they have a large restaurant with beautiful views right next to it, the breakfast is served in a cramped small area which gets really crowded. I am not a big person, but i barely fit into that shower. It is really really tiny! To call this a 4* hotel feels like a bit of a stretch.

Great view on the lake both from the room and from the restaurant at breakfast, bar is open late, wi-fi is fast, parking is free, easy to find, peaceful area, good bed, friendly pricing

I always use this hotel when visiting Arona on business. I always have a good and enjoyable stay.

The hotel never fails to meet the standards I expect for a good stay.

Tea and Coffee facilities should cater for those that like Milk with their drink.

great spot to stay if flying out of MXP and you rented a car

great if you need a hotel with parking but want to be in the town.

There is a good amount of road noise so it spoils the balcony.

Comfortable

I had a comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the lake. The room was well equipped and quiet.

I didn't realise that it was quite a walk from the train station which I should have researched. The walk was fine, about 20 minutes along the lake front, but the last part was along a busy road with a tiny pavement.
