La playa cerca es sin duda lo mejor del hotel. El gimnasio esta bonito y tiene lo necesario

La habitación olía a raro, era como a guardado, prendi el aire y abrí las ventanas y el olor seguía. El inodoro no descargaba el agua, me toco llamar a que lo arreglaran y afortunadamente lo hicieron. La piscina infinito solo abren de 2 pm a 7 pm llegué por una noche tipo 7 pm y no pude ingresar, al siguiente día el check out es a las 10 am o sea que no hay manera, las otras dos son muy normales.

Very good

Nice hotel with good pools and nice food.

There are no vegatarian options in the restaurant for diner. However, they made a pasta with vegetables for us which was really nice. The staff does not talk English at all, but with Google translate we managed to talk with them.

It seemed like a good idea by the photos and the room I reserved. But, nothing is worth this place.

Nothing represents an establishment like the people who work there. Me and my friend, coming from two different countries to meet up ran into a weather emergency that cancelled my flights in to Colombia and left my friend stranded without me. I contacted the hotel, and the first lady seemed willing to help - I needed my friend to be checked in - I sent my passport, photo of credit card to the staff so my friend could be checked in. I was still stranded at the airport in a lightning storm ,bad data/internet...and the staff wanted me to pay with a link.. I misunderstood the pay link, and thought I paid for the reservation in full - but, i paid in pesos (150), not dollars. I said no problem, as soon as I get date I'll pay the rest. (150 was the US COST) Long story short, things turned for the worse as I was trying to be relocated for the night, while my friend, waited and waited. Despite the verifiable facts, the hotel staff made my friend wait in their lobby for over 4 hours until I reached a location with data/internet. Sometimes, you have to recognize the situation. Even booking called on my behalf, and they said the hotel staff hung up on them. No compassion, no awareness for the obvious, leads to my 1 star. I can never support a hotel or any business that operates this way. You have to really be crappy for me to leave this kind of review, but this hotel deserves it. As for the hotel, it's run down - all the heat comes in the room because their is space for bugs to enter the doors. The mattress was uncomfortable. The only thing decent, was we had a suite, and the layout was cool (like an apt)..that's it. We checked out after I slept for 4 hours and to no surprise the staff was rude.

we loved our time we felt comfortable and at ease something we wish we felt back in Cartagena. Hotel had a lot to offer

the property was big and we had a lot of amenity that was available from the resort and the other hotel near by.

the restaurant closed at 8pm, kinda early the food was okay.

Comfortable hotel with at tentative staff.

Very comfortable with a great breakfast. We only stayed one night and left early in the morning but the beach was very close, even though we weren’t able to visit it. The staff was very friendly and competent.

It was my second stay! Great value, warm and great people!!! For sure I will be there on my third time

the location the variety on breakfast the size of the hotel, makes no crowded

- Its important for security to put a rail in the stairs. There’s a section without!!!! - As a guest is a bad experience being charge for the tents in the beach. must be included maybe with a previous reservation! - some times the eggs are cold

Nice stay in SantanMarta

Good breakfast, variety, clean room and bath. Nice staf. We arrived to Santorini hotel after a bad experience in other hotel in Tayrona named Magdalela Beach House and Santorini saved us.

Great location to have a relaxing vacation.

The hotel is well located, just next to the beach and with lots of pools and common areas, parking, gym, etc. The room had nice curtains to make it really dark and at the same time lot of sunlight during the day. The A/C was good and the shower was strong. Service was good. I read in some review that the facilites were old but I did not get that impression at all. I think overall it was a great value to stay next to the beach and close to the airport. A big supermarket and a mall are very close.
