Bueno, bonito y barato. Gran desayuno.

Me gustó mucho el lugar, es mejor que las fotos. Tiene claramente las 3B. El desayuno es destacado, digno de un hotel de categoría superior. La atención del personal es muy amable. Tuve un problema con mi tarjeta (causa del banco) y no dudaron un momento en ayudarme en todo lo necesario, inclusive usar su computador. A veces el check in es una mala experiencia en algunos hoteles, pero acá es todo lo contrario.

Nada. Todo me gustó. Lo recomiendo, y volvería.

Bueno y básico

Lo que nos gustó del hotel es la ubicación, está al frente de la playa y hay varios lugares para comer.

Lo que no nos gustó, es que se siente mucho ruido en el día y noche. También que las habitaciones le falta mantención, pues se nota que son de varios años. Por otro lado falta variedad en el desayuno y que se extienda un poco mas el horario para tomarlo, pues uno va a descansar y despertar temprano para un desayuno, no es tan agradable.

Perros en la entrada

En general todo

Lamentablemente hay unos perros de la calle que viven en la entrada del hotel y ladran toda la noche y no nos dejaron descansar como corresponde en los días que estuvimos

I will definitely stay there again on a return trip.

Perfect place to stay in La Serena, for any traveling reason!

The property’s location is awesome! The staff is super helpful and the room was very comfortable.

Good value, spacious, friendly staff

Staff was super friendly. Room was huge. Bathroom was great. The hotel's interiors was really well done. The attached restaurant was pretty good.

No elevators and our room was on the 3rd floor!

Good location and value for your money!

The breakfast was excellent! Good variety in buffett style. Plus, it was included in the room price. The Staff was very helpful. The view of the beach was great.

There was no air conditioning in the room, you had to open the windows to let air in. The hotel was next to a major road by the beach, and there was a tremendous amount of vehicle traffic, made it noisy.

Old hotel that needs some updates!

The location is amazing. Right in front of the beach. And surrounded by restaurantes, a pharmacy and a minimarket around the corner. We booked a room with view, which also had a balcony facing the beach, excelent to spend some time just relaxing. Breakfast was good (buffet) but very basic (eggs, bread, cereal with yogurt and some fruit). The room size is good and has some heater system (we were during winter so we did use it!). PS: There is a bakery right next to it (Trinidad) who is a MUST! I went there pretty much everyday while in La Serena.

The facilities are old and they deserve an update. The sheets were clean but had cigarrete burns and stains that can't be removed. The floor had some sand before we arrived. There is no safety or fridge in the room to use. To access the bathroom there is a big step that would not work with people with mobility issues. The staff does not speak any English. They were some extra taxes applied to us that we were not suppose to pay.

Nice but a little expensive for the services offered.

the location doesn’t get any better, close to restaurants, bars, shops and right in front of a beautiful beach.

the breakfast was everyday the same, little fruit and artificial juice, the youngest male waiter was moody.
