Horario de desayuno muy tarde

El lugar, las instalaciones.

Que el desayuno abría muy tarde a las 7,30. Íbamos a una competencia y siempre son muy temprano, ojalá el servicio de desayuno abriera de las 6 am.

Un lugar agradable y muy bien atendido... Para considerar volver en una próxima oportunidad.

Especialmente el personal era muy cordial y excelente calidad de servicio: Nicole, Manuel, Lucas, Mauricio. Muy amables y disponibles para colaborar con el cliente. Felicitaciones a todos, fue un agrado que me atendieran.

Me pareció que las tomas de corriente electrica que están debajo de los veladores, se encuentran algo inaccesibles.

Pésimo hotel

La piscina y los alrededores del hotel son muy bellos, con un estilo desértico muy adecuado.

Ufff, las habitaciones son horribles, todo es antiguo y no funciona nada. Ni el aire acondicionado ni el secador de pelo, las habitaciones no tienen ventilación y huelen a moho. DE VERDAD! no crean que es uan exageración. Ni por muy barato, es un pésimo hotel. Te venden la piscina como algo lindo pero las habitaciones son terribles. El desayuno es peor aún, tienen queso, jamón huevo, cereales y fruta. Nada más. El té que tienen es te supremo así que imaginen la calidad.

not happy in the evening…

the breakfast was really fine: not very extensive, but everything I tasted of good quality. loved it!

poor Wifi, couldn’t make my booking for the next night (road-tripping) unless I went in the (also cold) lobby. no heating (it’s winter!) dated interior, not a lot of toiletries (what I expect in a four star hotel). the receptionist was pushing me to go to the police ( at 19:30, is was traveling alone with a child) because I didn’t had ‘a tourist card’??? I never found any information about this, so it’s a old measure, I guess? I had every thing, even an mobility pass, for the both of us! traveling a month now, and no one else spoke about it. when I said, I wanted to cancel my booking, since I was not planning to go to the police, another colleague agreed to let me in. really frustrating a reception like this, when you drove all day… the toiletseat was disgusting, with pink cleaning product and hair still on it. showed the picture in the morning

Nice breakfast, healthy choices. Room leaked after rainfall. Woke up to wet floors and water running down the walls.

Beds and furniture in disarray when we arrived to our room. I am wondering if it was being repaired and was accidentally assigned to us.

Pseudomonas folliculitis due to hot tub germs

Pseudomonas folliculitis!!! my girlfriend and I got hot tub rash, and instead admitting the hot tub was poorly cleaned they try to putt the blame on us argue that we raise the temperature causing the cleaning product reacts in our skin really? a battery infection because hottub was on 40*C

You can tell the hotel is way past its golden years. It's been poorly maintained so its value for money is not the best. It is located right on a highway, so If you don't have a car, just choose to stay in another place.

It is not good but it's OK.

The pool, the view, the location. The breakfast was delicious. Just that.

I think that as they see you they treat you. I sent my sister earlier and they gave her the worst room they had. Very overused towels. The bathroom cannot be closed. The TV did not work you can just see TVN and nothing else. We called to reception and they said that I have to check the remote, which did not work. Still waiting for them to come and replace it. The bed matress is big and comfy but the bed itself seems like falling apart. I thought that It would be great as paying 90.000clp finally as the cherry on top of the cake. Hahaha they wanted to charge us extra 8990 if we want to take the breakfast to the room by ourselves. Haha not coming back. I rather stayed at Diego de Almagro.
