Sødt lille hotel, flotte værelser, rent og pænt som ligger helt centralt i Vence.

Location is great
The bells for Easter were beautiful
The vegetarian restaurant which is on the ground floor is excellent ( although this is a completely separate business)
The bed and linen are poor quality and uncomfortable
The bed was old foam cheap mattress tgat gave both my partner and I back aches
The pillows were lumpy and the linen is old and not crisp
Le2 asks for a hotel price without hotel quality or service. It is just a room like on air bnb.
There is no place to relax except your own room.
We booked two rooms and the review is for the top floor bedroom 4.
Our friend stayed in bedroom 2 and said the bed was a sprung bed snd was ok. So possibly we just got worse room out if the four available.

Great place. Beautiful room, with a lovely modern design, located in the centre of lovely vence. Very easy to reach by walking in the old town. Very friendly owners. Room was a great size and very clean with a comfortable bed

The historic building and the beautiful silent square.
The rooms were not heated and we were freezing. The Aircondition Heating didn’t make it warm enough. We were not informed that there was no breakfast, only bed. So the price for the rooms for one person was a too high for what was offered.

It is in the middle of Vence, and exploring the village was easy. The decor was very interesting :). There is also a restaurant on the ground floor
The place is hard to find (I had to ask people on the street, as google map could not help us). Also, you need to walk to it for a bit (no parking nearby, as far as I could tell). Also, climbing some major stairs was required to reach our room. None of these things was a problem for us, but it is worth a mention for someone who is considering this place, IMO.

A very cute place on a beautiful square in the center of the old village center. We enjoyed feeling like locals. The restaurant in front has good food at lunch.
Everything was good

The larger room on the second floor was excellent - great size and fantastic bathroom. The smaller room on the first floor was also good. The fellow who was charged with giving us the keys (the next door neighbour it seems) was deligtful.
The place was difficult to find esp since we were driving. There is no way to drive to the venue or to reasonable stop near one of the lanes. It means you need tp park the car and ten take your luggage with you to find the place. It was also a bit weird going through the kitchen of the (closed) restaurant to get to your room.

It s right in the center which is convenient but impossible to find even with gps. The owner had to come and meet us to take us to the place.
Bed, like all french bed too small. Room too basic

This can hardly be called a B &B. They probably have only three ooms, I booked the biggest room, it was on the 4th floor, via very steep and narrow stairs.
The door was locked when I arrived, so I called the owner who arrived after a few minutes. He told where to find the room, asked if I wanter breakfast, which I did not. And he gave me two keys, one for the room, and for the main door. The stairs were only partly lit, and the light went off after 15/20 seconds. I tried to open the room by the key, with the light from my mobile, as it was pitch dark. The key did not fit, obviously I was given the wrong key. After I few minutes of trying I found the door unlocked, but without a functioning key I could not lock the door if I went out. The room was not very comfortable, to put it mildly, so I decided to leave the keys downstairs, called the owner and told them I would not stay. I am a member of Shangrila Golden Circe, and although did not expect this small outfit there must be a limit for everything. The price of 86 EUR was actually a ripoff,I waent to a small hotel and had a comfortable room for 55 EUR, hospitable owner and a good night sleep. I am surprise of the positive reviews this dump have received on your website, thecomments must be heavily edit. I have only one comment, STAY AWAY, unless you want to break t\your legs and be prepared to leave your suitcase downstairs, or carry it on your head up to your room

Hotel staff were quick to respond to address any concern raised. This appears to be more of a b&b and not a hotel. The room, location, and towel warmer work well together. The breakfast offered is very basic (bread, jam, butter, croissant, coffee). I would not have booked this place based on the b&b premise. Having said that, we would definitely stay here again.
The hallway lighting on the stairs are on sensors which do not work as quickly as one would prefer. We had to use the flash on our cell phones several times on the stairs at night for us to be able to see and ambulate the stairs safely.
