Panorama Blick

Die Größe der Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. 6 Personen haben bequem Platz. Das Putzpersonal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und die Ausstattung war sehr zufriedenstellend.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Der Preis für den schönen Ausblick ist eine steile, nicht fußgängerfreundliche Straße (etwa 500m).

Je recommande ce logement car très facile de profiter de Taormine et Giardini Naxos facilement !!!

L'appartement grand, calme et propre ! La gentillesse de notre hôte, qui nous a accueilli, bien conseillé, et très souriante ! Possibilité de se garer dans la rue, très pratique Le prix que nous avons réglé était + qu'intéressant Un lave-linge utilisable, une petite terrasse, un petit cadeau de bienvenue à l'arrivée :D

Nous avions bénéficié de 2 salles de bains, l'une des 2 avait un évier à moitié bouché, et la pression de la douche assez faible, nous avons donc profité de l'autre salle de bain qui était meilleure !

Outstanding Experience at Naxos Gardini!

We had a fantastic stay at Naxos Gardini, spending two nights in this wonderful apartment. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The service was exceptional and truly deserves special mention. The manager, Alex, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Not only did he warmly welcome us, but he also provided us with a wealth of valuable information and tips about the best locations in Taormina and Naxos. His recommendations greatly enriched our stay and helped us make the most of our time. Even when minor issues arose, Alex was always there to assist us with advice and support, ensuring that we felt comfortable and well taken care of. His dedication and helpfulness made our stay unforgettable. The apartment’s location was perfect—central yet quiet. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We didn’t lack for anything and felt at home from the very first moment. Overall, our stay at Naxos Gardini was flawless. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and gladly give it a ten out of ten rating! Many thanks to Alex and the entire team for this fantastic experience. We would love to return!

Ospitalitate și confort

Un apartament luminos, spațios și foarte curat. Priveliștea de pe terasă e un obiectiv turistic în sine. Taormina e la 30 min de mers pe jos pe poteca lui Goethe. Tot atât faci până în celalalt capăt al Naxos. Poziția e ideală.

Wir haben uns extrem unwohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten gleich wieder abgereist.

Das einzige, was uns gefallen hat war der Ausblick.

Wir haben selten eine so schlecht Unterkunft bezogen. Die Wohnung war beim Check in komplett verdunkelt und extrem kalt. Lieblos eingerichtet, das 2. Bett nur mit einer dünnen Decke bezogen, wir haben sooo gefroren. Küche schlecht ausgestattet, nicht sauber, defekte Gläser. Wir haben uns überhaupt nicht wohl gefühlt und waren froh, nach 2 Tagen wieder abreisen zu können. Fernseher hat ebenfalls nicht funktioniert. Aus dieser Wohnung könnte man mit wenigen Griffen viel mehr rausholen.

Nice place to stay in a cosy town

Me and my husband stayed at the penthouse with a hot tub in the middle of June. The apartment is comfortable and equipped with everything you would need. The only thing we missed was a washing machine, but the owners were so kind to wash our clothes in the laundry downstairs, so this was solved. We also appreciated welcome pastries that were absolutely delicious. There is a huge terrace with a fantastic sea and mountain view. Giardini Naxos is a very nice and cosy town with a lot of restaurants and amazing bakeries. The apartment is close to the bus stops, so going to the airport or Taormina is very convenient. There is an unequipped beach nearby and about 10 min walk to the beach with sunbeds.

Filling the hot tub is a bit difficult, since the boiler stops working every 5 min or so and needs to be reset. It only happens when filling the hot tub, otherwise hot water works fine. We would also appreciate an umbrella or something on the terrace. It gets a lot of sun the whole day, so during hot months it's impossible to spend time there without any shade.

spacious flat with great views

The property was even bigger than we expected. The view is great and it was very comfy. Alex welcomed us to hand over the keys, he offered lots of info and some nice Sicilian treats

The way to the flat required a bit of an uphill climb to reach. We were ok with having a car, but not sure how we'd come without a car. The upstairs neighbors were a bit noisy

did not get what I had booked

I have a problem with this one as I did not get what I had booked. I've been using Booking.com for 15+ years and I'm genius Level 3 and this is the first time this happens. I had booked a 2-bedroom appartment with a jacuzzi and I got a 3-bedroom appartment with no jacuzzi. Of course the flat was too big for the 3 of us and my family was quite disappointed no to be able to use the jacuzzi after a long day of walking. Talking to the owner over the phone, I was offered a refund if I wanted to cancel the booking but what do you do at 7pm ? so I stuck to it... said that the flat is comfortable and spacious. It was very clean as it seems to have been recently refurbished (except the kitchen area). The location is ok-ish you can hike up to Taormina in 30min or so but nothing amazing. The view is indeed spectacular even if we did not see the sunrise as advertised (clearly not the right time of the season). Off-street parking was available. so overall not so bad but it would have been good to get what was advertised.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Perfect starting point for trips to Taormina near station. New large suite, clean, with beautiful views of the beach and Taormina. Perfect communication with the owner.

Exceptional

The property is up the hill on the end side of Giardini Naxos, a car or a scooter is recommended, anyway in 10 minutes walk you can reach the high street. Very close to beautiful Isola Bella Beach (1.3 miles). There is a nice and genuine restaurant (Trattoria il Porticciolo) just down the road...everything is set for a nice break!

Comfy stay

Beautiful view from the small balcony and all windows, coffee maker, comfy beds, responsive host. Street parking was not reserved but always available for us. Few very nice restaurants at the seaside for dinner and breakfast were just a short walk away!

Unfortunately, wifi was not working for 2 days, but the host fixed it for the last night. It is advertised that booking includes hot tub, but it is located in a separate appartment for which you have to get another keys from the owner. We received keys for the penthouse for the last night, unfortunately we did not manage to use it as water was not hot enough.
