Exceptional

Maria is an Excellent host of a very clean facility. Breakfast was mouthwatering and abundant. Too much in fact that we had to tell her to stop 😂 The location is well located too with easy access to the train station, bus stops, Taormina and Giardini.

It was pretty hard to fault the experience. The room was great as was the service. Maria is always friendly and helpful.

Perfect hotel close to Tarmena with lots of charm

The view in our room was exceptional! The breakfast was incredible and each day they served something different and authentic! The hospitality was exceptional and the team couldn’t have made us feel more welcome. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay in Naxos

Great place facing the sea. Very close to Taormina and the beach. Maria was extremely helpful and nice to us, incl with visit to Etna, Taormina and surroundings. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. The roof is also great. The room had a lovely terrace where you can sit and have a coffee while watching the sea

There were ants coming from the terrace. Only for me (kids had no problem) there was some noise in the morning from the street passing by.

Exceptional

Everything. It left like a villa not a hotel. Large room and big updated bathroom. Fantastic breakfast served in a glass building in the garden. Free off street gated parking. Nearby restaurants. Bus stop in front of building. only five rooms so small and intimate. Gorgeous sea view from balcony. Best of all? Maria the innkeeper who was fabulous and so friendly and helpful. She is one of those people who makes the property so special!

Lovely sea side location close to Taormina

Lovely villa on the sea front in a little vacation town. The owner is lovely, kind and attentative. Breakfasts are great in a lovely garden room. The room was large and airy with french doors opening onto a balcony facing the sea. Lovely bathroom! The location is perfect for Taormina, Etna and the Alcantara Gorge. The private parking was super important for us and made everything very easy. Warmly recommended for visits to the north east.

Exceptional

Maria is a great host.. Warm, amazing women, helpful, charming. The garden is amazing, well maintained and spacious... A perfect place where to take a breakfast and rest as you wish.... There is also a roof top which has an amazing romantic view. Breakfast is overwhelming and has a lot for every taste .Location is perfect and the bus station is close to the front door where the train station is just one stop away. (you can even go by foot). A lot of small shops around including pasteceria, restautants, bakery etc. We had a wonderful experience in Taormina. Recomended.

Amazing stay - highly recommend

Everything was amazing. Host is super friendly, caring, writing in advance when room was ready or if any guidance needed. Breakfast was really good, big 10 for that. Large room, clean, all facilities needed and an awesome sea view.

Amazing, we loved it and would definitely come back again.

We had an amazing stay in VIlla Raineri, room with a seaview, very clean and comfortable. Maria is a great host, very kind and always helpful. Breakfast was yummy. We´d come back again for sure!

Villa is located near the main road so you can hear the traffic, but it´s still not a problem.

Great stay with the sun rising just in front of us

Best place we stayed while in Sicília. Maria gave us excellent breakfast every morning made of real sicilian food. The location was the best. Really near the sea and far from the confusion. We really enjoyed our stay.

Exceptional

Maria was the best hostess, happy to inform and help with anything. We always had a clean room, the aircondision was working good, neary soundless. The breakfast was a treat, so much good things - and it just kept coming 😁 fruits, kake, bread, coffe of your coice, you name it. Close to the beach, you choose the one you like. As you walk to the citysenter you can see the the different ones, some private, and some public. Some are sandy, and some more rocky - Nice to have the choises.

Outstanding Location

A big thank you to Maria and her supporting help for the unforgettable stay at Villa Raineri. Already before our arrival Maria took care about our well-being. We enjoyed the charming welcome of Marie. She takes really care about her guests, knows the area very well and helps in preparing visits to the surrounding area. At a summary we can only say that she is very customer orientated, much more that you can expect at a 5-star location. In front of the villa is the seaside with a breath-taking view. It has a typical Sicilian Garden with wonderful plants and flowers. The breakfast room is with a view into this nice garden, but you can also sit outside the breakfast room and enjoy it. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. A further plus is the available parking space. The breakfast is a highlight of itself. Every day Maria offers new breakfast ideas including Sicilian specialities. Unfortunately, we could not stay longer due to other commitments. But we will be glad to return again whenever it is possible. And for sure we will recommend this location whenever there is an opportunity. Maria, please take care about yourself so that your location can further continue to provide a relaxed stay to your guests.

Terrific Host, great breakfasts, beautiful grounds, wonderful views and private parking.

What did I like is the question being answered here. From the moment you drive into the Villa you realize it is something special. The beautiful grounds greet you through an open gate with the Villa set to the rear of the property. To the right is a gorgeous sunroom used for Maria's delicious breakfasts (my wife is vegetarian and Maria made her dishes special and unique each day). To say Maria is an unbelievable host and the hardest working person you will find is an understatement. She goes out of her way to make sure you have anything and everything you need. Directly behind the property on the sea side is a small market and an excellent restaurant so everything one would need is available. There are sea view rooms and a garden view room. Ours was equipped with a fridge which was important to us. The room was large with very high ceilings, had a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and was very comfy.

Question asked: "What didn't you like?" There was nothing that I didn't like about the Villa or our exceptional host. But for information sake I will say there is a road between the Villa and the Water so there will be traffic. However the room has two individual sets of French doors and a full wood French door shutter to block out noise and sun. The garden room would be absolute quiet.

A nice place with wonderful people

Villa Raineri is chic, well maintained and very clean. The rooms are large, with storage spaces, the bathrooms are large and very clean. Cleaning every day. Very good bed. Bed linen was changed after 3 days, towels changed daily, on request. The deluxe double room also has a spacious terrace, furnished with table, chairs and sunbeds. There is a large terrace in the inner courtyard with tables and chairs. The inner courtyard is quiet, wonderful, with palm trees, banana trees, fragrant orange trees and many beautiful flowers. Parking in the inner courtyard is a very big plus, because the area is very crowded. It is very close to Taormina, 5-minute drive to the Porta Catania car parking. The coffee was good. The staff is exceptional. Maria is the kindest and nicest host in the world. Thank you so much Maria, for all the advice you have given us! These were very useful. We would like to return to this place.

The street where the villa is located is very busy and noisy early in the morning and all the day. Right across the street, in front of the balcony, there is a bus stop and garbage containers, which spoils the whole landscape. But that's not the owners' fault. We didn't really like the reheated breakfast in the microwave, but overall it was ok.

the staff was great, very friendly. clean place. free parking in the front.

The location was not great, would prefer staying in Taormina. Also the street in front of the balcony has quite heavy traffic. The bed was a bit uncomfortable.

i had a great stay.

This is like you are coming to your families house in Sicily. Maria was the sweetest host ever! i had a 9 am flight and she prepared a sandwich for me so i can have breakfast. How thoughtful is that! If you like more cozy and intimate place to stay this is it! Naxos doesnt have much to offer as location in my opinion though. For the remote workers. WIFI was AMAZING. I held zoom meetings.

Awesome place! Hosts are super nice and responsive. The place is very clean and homey. Garden is really nice. We stayed here for a couple days and really enjoyed it. Would highly recommend it to anyone! Grazie mille Maria !

Nice Villa in good location

The Villa is very nice with a kind hostess. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Bathroom is also fresh. Location is good, close to some restaurants and bars. Breakfast was fantastic with many choices.

Facility was excellent. Breakfast was very good and the employees attitude was very welcoming. Rooms and balconies were right on the water and had excellent views. Very close to some good restaurants, supermarket, and bars.
