Beach access

Very pricy for the issues we had to face. First off the house is lived in very hard, missing blind, couch very soiled and worn, dirty walls, scuffed up paint, toilet paper is so hard it scorches your rear and whomever they have cleaning it needs to go to cleaning school. Cable does not work. We called about the cable issue and nobody helped us the day of arrival. We thought we had the upstairs tv working right but unfortunately we did not. The second day we were there someone named Liz text and asked about the cable, saying she was going to the property if we were there. I told her we were not there and we thought we had the upstairs working. We also told her we preferred nobody to in without us there. Note* I am a real estate broker and property manager as well and going inside a rental unit for issues of this sort are not acceptable unless permitted. She was not permitted. She went in anyway, took all the cushions off all the seating areas at tables, we were left with no where to sit and eat. She left the back door unlocked, DID NOT even attempt to fix the cable AND…RAMBLED through my Lululemon bags which had over a thousand dollars worth of merchandise in them. The next morning we were woken by a squirrel or huge rat running through the house for over 2 hours. We could hear it but never saw it. We called and texted about the situation multiple times. I requested a $400.00 refund on a 2061.00 stay and was ignored in so many ways-the lady actually laughed at me when I told her what we wanted to resolve the issues. That was 3 days ago. Today I called again and texted and was told they gave us 174.00 refund and said that is the amount I requested. I’m not sure how they got 174.00 from 400.00 but this is just the mentality and incompetence they give you at this place. We will not be back nor will we ever recommend this place.
