Agradable puente en Cádiz, en un precioso apartamento poco confortable.

La ubicación y el diseño del apartamento genial, todo precioso.

No nos gustó nada en absoluto la calidad de los colchones, todos de goma espuma. Los somieres de la cama nido son multiláminas y se hunden fácilmente, para niños tal vez estén bien, para adultos en absoluto. Tampoco nos gustó que no hubiera aire acondicionado en los dormitorios, sólo un ventilador vertical, ni siquiera ventiladores de techo, hemos pasado calor. Un día tuvimos que coger el colchón de matrimonio e irnos a dormir al salón bajo el aire acondicionado.

Poza jedną awarią systemu dostępu do otwierania drzwi pobyt był bardzo ok.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja.

Mnóstwo wiadomości, w pewnym momencie czułem się niczym w biurze. Dostęp do obiektu za pomocą aplikacji. Niestety zdarzyła się jej awaria i czekaliśmy na wejście do mieszkania ponad godzinę wieczorem. Wydaje się, że można to poprawić bo technika bywa zgubna tym bardziej, że internet w mieście zawodził.

Genial!

Todo! Era enorme, muchísimo más de lo que parece en fotos… comodidad a tope, el baño genial, la cocina súper equipada…. Mil gracias!

No hay parkings gratuitos cerca , todos de pago (12-24€/día) , es lo único con lo que no contábamos y se nos fue un poquito el presupuesto.

Bonita Cádiz

Staba centrico, bonito y limpio y comodo,

El suelo tenia las lozas sueltas e ibas caminando y en algunas zonas parecian las teclas de un piano, la escaleras y el portal muy viejo

La ubicación

Baldosas del suelo levantadas, pisabas y te metías para dentro. Paredes desconchadas. Sofá y cojines con manchas. Limpieza no muy buena. Paredes con manchas

Great value for money! Lovely apartment with a cultural feel.

Reception very close by and easy to find. Receptionist spoke good English and were helpful. App and code to access property easy to use. Very clean.

Noise of dustbin men on the street at around 4am was very disruptive.

The location was great and the apartment spacious.

The app to enter the apartment, and the electric key inside did not open the inner door downstairs. There was another family trying to open the door after me at one occasion, and none of us could do it. Luckily a neighbor was able to let us in. Our two doors were open on two occasions to the hallway due to the non-functioning keys. Not a good thing at all. These neighbors were not either told by the office that there were two buildings next to each other with the same number! Us and them had tried getting into the wrong building... There was heavy banging upstairs, construction work starting at 8.30 in the mornings.

Excellent location for the old town and the beaches. Amazing fresh food market nearby.

The only thing I missed was a terrace, but it has a balcony

Good

A good size apartment which was close to the sites. Equipped with everything we needed.

Was not very easy to pull up and unload as it was a tiny street and cars couldn't get past us, although Cadiz has many streets like this, so this would be a common problem with apartments in Cadiz. Closest parking was about a 10 min walk. The main bedroom was only accessible via the second bedroom. Also there was no way to block the light in the second bedroom which was not ideal when you have two young children who wake as soon as the room is light.

Lovely apartment in great location but a few (noisy )bugs to iron out.

We should have been informed that the apartment block is still in the process of being renovated. Our weekend arrival wasn’t impacted by the noise but Monday morning we woke to the sound of jackhammers and banging that went on all day. Our unit , though beautifully renovated still had a layer of cement dust on the floor and one of the kitchen power points zapped me when I tried to use the toaster. The power point next to the single bed doesn’t work. Some curtains in the hall way window or the single bedroom would be nice so that it’s not glaringly bright if someone turns another light on. We felt it was still to early to rent out or discount the price and advise clients of the building noise and dust.

Very nice but noisy

The flat is very nice, in an old building, decorated with taste and with all commodities. It also looked brand new.

There were works in the building, which started at 8:30 and went on all day. You could here neighbours and noises from the street.
