Brilliant staff who really made the stay special.

Very clean and comfortable and in a great location. The bed was super comfy and it was good to have a small kitchenette area for a longer stay.

Noise transfers very easily if people are on their balcony talking. Needs double glazing on windows. Superior king suite has two main bathroom configurations which was very weird and took away from the feel of the living room area as it was open plan. Wouldn’t stay in that room again. Only one lift which was annoying.

Delightful experience

I enjoyed staying at O Two hotel. It was clean, well managed and I found there exceptionally kind personnel responsive to the needs of clients. Even small details are worked out with care and consideration which distinguishes this hotel from the rest. I wish the staff to keep going like this, they are wonderful.

In fact, I was happy with everything.

Excellent service, ambience, hospitality and perfect location!

The room was stunning, spacious, comfortable and clean. The air conditioner worked beautifully and so did the internet, as this hotel is equipped with a generator. Very friendly and helpful staff! The breakfast menu, has a range to offer and I enjoyed my breakfast, although it will be great if you can propose pancakes on your breakfast menu.

There was nothing to not like...it exceeded my exceptions.

Klein, edel und teuer! Aber nicht zu teuer für Cape Town!

Sehr gepflegtes, kleines Boutique Hotel an top Lage! Sehr freundlich und sehr sicher! Immer behilflich und Parkplätze bewacht vor Hotel oder auf der anderen Strassenseite! Hatten zum Glück die richtige Seite, auf der anderen bauen sie gerade!!! Wir kommen wieder!!! Volles Pool auf Dach und genialen Stadt Golfplatz zu Füssen

Frühstück ist nicht dabei! Preis ist extrem hoch, aber eben Angebot & Nachfrage! Sehr teuer aber nicht zu teuer, geniale Stadt und super Platz! Die Stadt hat ihre Preise, aber trotzdem leisten wir uns das wieder:-) Zimmer ein wenig klein!

Lovely stay at stylish, clean and friendly hotel

Very clean and well furnished property. Lovely pool area with fantastic views. Very friendly service. There was a mix up with our room on arrival which meant we had to wait a few hours before check in. However the management were very apologetic and rectified the problem and recompensed us by upgrading us and giving us vouchers for the restaurant next door.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel

Everything about this property was amazing! The location is perfect (very safe) as there are a number of good restaurants within walking distance and the V&A is just a 20 minute walk or a 4 minute drive. Rooms were big and our balcony had great views of the ocean, where we were lucky to spot some whales. Perhaps the best thing about the hotel were the staff, they were incredible and couldn't do enough for us.

I had a wonderful stay at the O' Two hotel and highly recommend it!

The hotel itself is beautiful! The reception, the room, and the pool area were all immaculate. The view from the rooftop pool is stunning, and the food was also great, though not produced on site. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was great, though there were small details which would have made my stay even more amazing, ie. hand wash in the room, more hangers, more toilet roll. This was all quickly resolved when mentioned to staff.

The price was higher than 5 start hotels, I regret my experience

The pictures on the website are misleading, price was too high. Even after a late arrival to was not ready for checking. Check out time is too early especially for tourists. Overall not a good experience.

Nice hotel, cool area, great staff.

Very nice and helpful staff and front desk. Location was very good. Parking was easy

No restaurant. Bar on the rooftop pool area never opened. The room doesn’t have a terrace. It opens to the outside and they call it a Juliet balcony through it is actually a bit short of an actual Juliet balcony (in that it’s not a balcony at all). The proximity to the ocean is very nice, but ocean views aren’t really views of the ocean (unless you lean out the window). The cleaning was a bit off. The room had sediment on the floor and most of the common areas smelled (as if very dirty water was used to clean). The AC didn’t work well. The fan runs, but the room doesn’t cool to the requested 18º. The WiFi works well but not as well as other hotels in the area.

Excelente hotel em Cape Town

A localização em Muille é muito boa. 15min a pé pro Waterfront, 15min de carro das praias de Clfton e Camps bay. Gostamos por ser menos turistico que as outras regioes, o calçadao é otimo tambem. O Rooftop é sensacional, a vista e os drinks.

Não oferece café da manhã, você é obrigado a comer em um restaurante anexo (Lilys) ou pedir no quarto do restaurante. Café da manha caro (preço de almoço ou janta) e poucas opçoes. A piscina diz ser climatizada, mas estava gelada.

The room was small for the money paid. The bed was lodged between the window and the wall to the bathroom. Struggles to maneuver in the room with two bags for 2 people staying there.

Our stay could have been perfect if not for breakfast voucher saga

O’two hotel is exquisite and it comes at a deserving value. The rooms were extremely neat, the interior is exquisite. The pool area is magical and the views from the rooftop are breathtaking. I applaud the bar team, they served us with passion and diligence and we enjoyed the cocktails and the music played.

I experienced problems with the breakfast vouchers setup. Upon check me and my partner were not informed that the breakfast is paid via vouchers. In the morning we went to breakfast under the impression that O’two have arranged the necessary for its guests. After our breakfast I was presented with a bill, I was lost as I had included breakfast in my booking. The Lily’s team then advised that O’two guests need to present vouchers. I then walked to the reception to enquire. The Lady (A) that I approached informed me that the person responsible for checking on the system whether a booking is inclusive of breakfast is unavailable and she cannot issue the vouchers. She then suggested that I should wait for the person to arrive or alternatively settle the bill and I will be refunded. I then opted to settle the bill as I didn’t want to delay myself for a booked helicopter ride. I walked back to Lily’s and settled bill. On my way back to the hotel, the porter/security was running to handover the vouchers to me. It was too late as I had settled the bill. Because I was running late for my helicopter ride, I left the breakfast receipt with this lady and we agreed that we would sort out the refund issue when I return. I then returned to the hotel. At that time there was another lady (B) at the reception. I then asked if her colleague briefed her and she informed me that there will be no need for me to receive a refund as they had furnished me with the breakfast vouchers. I was confused because the vouchers is literally my money and not freebies from the hotel. Upon check-out the Lady (A) avoided me and had to discuss the issue with her male colleague who did not understand the context of issues surrounding the receipt. I check-out without receiving my refund. This was so inconveniencing and unprofessional on the part of Lady (A) who decided to runaway from the problem.

A great location and good pretty hotel

It’s self contained - even with a gym and spa. Functional and the rooms are spacious and airy

Dark hues in the some of the decor - and the lobby feels cramped a bit. I guess it’s because of the size of the building.

Loads of room for improvement.

We were really looking forward to staying at this hotel for some time now. There were a few moments of pure delight however they were not enough to change the overall experience.

To start off with, I had sent two emails to the hotel manager prior to our stay asking a few questions, both emails went unanswered. Following this we felt deceived from the moment the booking was made by the fact the we were not informed of the construction taking place adjacent to the hotel building. Only after the non-refundable payment was processed were we informed of the extensive construction taking place. This is major construction which has 4 excavators that start working from 8am throughout the week. It’s extremely loud, extremely unsettling and creates a huge amount of discomfort. It’s unfair that we were only told about this after we had paid. The images are not accurate and descriptions do not provide accurate information. For example we stayed in a penthouse suite and expected a separate living space. This is not the case and it was basically just a larger room, nothing special and is rather disappointing considering the price premium which one pays for a penthouse suite. The staff, whilst at times friendly, did seem to lack a level of professionalism that one can find at other hotels in the city. The fire alarm also went off twice during our stay, it went off very late in the evening which woke us up and created a great amount of confusion and concern. It turned out that other guests were just smoking in the room which sets off the fire alarm in all the rooms. Is this in line with fire, health and safety regulations? We also had to deal with guests having parties in their rooms which after a long day of noisy construction, then fire alarms was extremely frustrating. Lastly, something we’ve never had was that room service calling us to basically get us out of the room so that they could clean, so we left only to come back a couple of hours later only to find the room hadn’t been cleaned. When this was brought up with reception they told us that the staff had left already and that the turn down team couldn’t clean the room.

Great choice in Cape Town

Staff for sure made a big difference. Location and breakfast coupons was a great idea. The nearby views were great. It is a walking distance from main attraction in the city.

The inconsistency in room service cleaning. We had to call to ask and fortunately they are very responsive. I think more training is required for the cleaning staff.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff were incredibly helpful and everything was wonderfully clean.

The airport transfer fee from the airport to the hotel was crazily expensive. I booked it to be sure we had safe transport and I didn’t realise that they used Uber in SA. My Uber back to the airport was a fraction of the cost.
