quiet, great spa
the twin beds were tiny and narrow - more for children rather than adults

Beautiful spa area!
Too much light in the bedroom as each light switch had a little red, blue or green indicator light....very christmassy but not great for those who like to sleep in the dark.

A beautiful experience, end-to-end. We particularly enjoyed the indoor pool & sauna area. The restaurant serves excellent food. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Can't wait to visit in the summer and enjoy the outdoor pool/facilities as well. Also, delightful walking paths starting right at the hotel. Don't miss the local Grottos!
Missing a vegetarian option on the Friday evening restaurant dinner menu (but room service was wonderful). My husband's massage was a little below expectations. As a thought - it would have been lovely to return from our daytrips to a simple afternoon cake/sweet in the common area.

Views. Spa. Secured parking.
Breakfast was really bad and below average. Not a five star hotel.

Staff were amazing. We had a rough time earlier that day with some other accommodation and they took us last minute late at night and upgraded our room so we could cook some food we had and be comfortable. Can't tell you how much this was appreciated by us after a long day. Breakfast in the morning was very good and again the staff were so helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was superb nestled amongst hills and endless green. Pool area was excellent, large and with a great outlook.
Room had no view which was a shame given location of resort.

Location and the style are nice but that is it. Late check-out was allowed (till 1 PM).
The room has a kettle but with the water leak - be prepared to see the water under the kettle and around it after you boil the water. The TV remote was not working - thу battery in it was green (leaked). The light switches next to the bed are not working - no way to switch off all the lights, no way to switch off the left reading lamp next to the bed. The bathroom has issues with water draining - once you open the tap the water quickly fills the basin and the drain cover pops out of its place together with some plastic peace. Now about the breakfast - very limited variety of food; spoiled (sour) ham; burned bacon; too runny scrambled egg; broken toaster (but they will make it for you when asked); Lipton tea bags (really? 5-star hotel?!).

The location of the hotel is pretty nice, with views of the lake and hills from the outdoor pool - which by the way, was very cool. On Sunday morning we got the whole area to ourselves and chilled in the outdoor jacuzzi. Delighted with car parking facility. The indoor pool/SPA/fitness centre looked great - but we did not use it. Evening staff super-polite. AMAZING shower in our room. The grounds are very well groomed and well kept, the hotel is very clean.
Initially the staff have been less than polite and made us feel like we did not belong there - not exactly what you expect of a 5 star resort. There was a little problem with our room - which was corrected. Disappointed with the breakfast choice: I've had better breakfasts in 3 star hotels - totally did not fulfill my expectations. The views from most of the rooms are not great. There's only 1 lift to the outdoor pool/SPA which means long waiting times by the lift.

Wellness and spa, the pool outside with bar are very nice. Staff very friendly. Plenty of places around hotel for some walk or hike.
For the food I recoomend local restaurants around or ask reception for online order.

Great facilities: spa and pool were excellent. Beautiful views. The hotel is mostly entirely renovated. The food at the restaurant was also great!
Service was a bit lacking: a lot of items were missing from the restaurant, including simple things such as tap water. The hotel only has one restaurant and it's far away from the city, so not a lot of options there. There wasn't a hotel bar or anywhere to get a snack. Only way to get there without a car is with a bus every hour so not very accessible.

Beautiful hotel and lovely stay as usual. Serene location , very relaxing.
Pool, sauna / steam bath very quiet a lovely to just relax.
A shame that the restaurant is closed on Mondays which forced us to go elsewhere which required a car , but nevertheless a lovely experience.
