Comfy, cozy stay in this 3 bedroom/2 bath one story with loads of open living and dining spaces. Nice lanai opens to living room & kitchen. Split bedroom plan was nice for two couples to each have their own side of the house. Would have been nice to have two kings, but it was a great location for Astros Spring Training and to be close Hwy 1, the water and Singer & Peanut Islands. The marina is a block north, bridge to Singer Island close and park nearby on the water as well. This home was nicely equipped with Keurig, and all the necessities to cook, as well as a washer/dryer, a useable garage and a convenient curved driveway in front. Nice neighborhood to walk or bike through and very convenient to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back to the area again next year.

Tiffany was welcoming and went out of her way to be sure we had what we needed including buying smoothie blender first day when I asked if there was one.
House clean, quiet, beautiful landscaping in front patio.

Very nice trip to watch spring training baseball with friends. Accommodations were excellent and comfortable. So glad we found this home. Tiffany is a wonderful host.

The location of the house is excellent, and the house is very clean, stylish, airy, beautifully laid out and has everything and anything you might need while you’re away from home. Has a washer and dryer, beach chairs and even beach toys for the children if you need them. Tiffany was very responsive if we needed anything almost immediately. No need to look any further and book this place. Tiffany, thank you for everything.

Great getaway
We really enjoyed staying at the house in a great location. It gave us great access to friends in Palm Beach, Singer Island, Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens. The area was safe and quiet, but not isolated. The layout was perfect, updated and clean. Communication between us and the host was fast and efficient.

We use VRBO/Home Away in conjunction with our boat and have stayed everywhere from Cape Hatteras to Venice, LA and have almost always gotten what we expected. Not at this property. We rarely post reviews and are posting this to potentially assist any future renters. I will share our story and then our review of the home.
OUR STORY:
We arrived on Wednesday for a 4 night stay that was convenient to where our boat was docked. After a few hours we went to take a shower and found there was not hot water. I sent a message to the owner who responded "We never had this issue before. The cleaners were just there yesterday" and then instructed us to look at several mechanicals within the house. After checking this I messaged back telling her that everything looked in order (breakers etc) and the owner indicated "I am trying to call a plumber and sorry for the inconvenience". Following this we settled in and noticed the home was not cooling off - so I sent a second message to the owner indicating the AC was also an issue - at the time of the message the house was 79 degrees according to the thermostat. The owner responded "The AC has been working fine had guests there recently...". I messaged back indicating we appreciated her efforts to resolve these issues and was then told to not leave any valuables in the house as the workmen arrived and to leave a key for them in the lockbox. Nothing like working out the issues on a rental house while on vacation. - we could do this at our own home!!! Again we complied with the owner's requests and vacated the home and packed anything we found valuable. I then received a message that "1. Hot water is fixed and @. The AC is fixed." We gave the AC another 8 hours to cool off and it did not, the house never got below 79 degrees. We then chose to go stay at a local hotel to get a cool room, we were done with alerting the owner and going through the same process again. The owner offered us an extra day stay for our 'inconvenience" and we politely declined and indicated we thought a refund of 50% of our rental fees was in order and the owner indicated it was out fault that we chose NOT to complete our stay and keep her updated on the AC. She should be ashamed! Aye yi yi.
THE HOUSE:
NO AC
NO HOT WATER
NO LOCKING PATIO DOOR IN THE BACK
VERY UNCOMFORTABLE BED IN MASTER
NON SERVICE RELATED OWNER
SUNROOM HAS NO AC AND IS OPEN TO THE KITCHEN, ALLOWING HOT AIR TO INFILTRATE THE HOME.
RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK

Perfect retreat for family or friends
We've stayed at several excellent VRBO properties - but this is the best. We are two (mostly retired) married couples who travel/vacation together. Perfect size, perfectly kitted-out. (In fact, the best equipped house/kitchen we've seen).
Many excellent VRBO owners -- but, we think Tiffany is the best we've worked with. A truly hospitable person. Thank you.

Beautiful!
This property is beautiful and so close to everything. Morning sunrise beach just over the bridge to Singer Island. Tiffany was an amazing hostess!! Would 100% recommend!!
