This was a good house for 7 guys on a golf weekend. Close access to Circling Raven, which is an awesome course. House was spacious and well appointed. We took advantage of the beach and paddle boards. Great setting and view.

We met our son, his wife, and their two children who reside in Spokane Valley to celebrate our grandson’s 13th birthday and my husband’s 80th birthday. The house was perfect in every way. The grandchildren loved the beach where they swam, kayaked, and fished. We cooked several delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen and on the grill. There were ample beds, bathrooms, and towels for everyone. The books, games, and ping pong table were also popular. The house is beautifully decorated and very pleasant, and everyone enjoyed spending a week there. The view of the lake from the house is totally breath-taking!

House was very nice, looks bigger in the pictures. Really cool Tram to take you to the lake. only thing bad i would have to say is not really about the house, it was just a tad further than i wanted it to be when we were golfing in Coeur d'Alene so it was a drive going there and back every day but the house was nice.

We had a great time. The lake location was great with a nice bay to launch a boat from the dock. Super nice WELL STOCKED kitchen. If you like to cook, this is the house. The only thing I think we at important to know is 2 bedrooms upstairs don’t share a bathroom. In fact, the one bedroom with 2 queens has no bathroom to use on that floor. You need to access the bathroom 2 floors down, if you want a shower. And that bath is really a laundry room in disguise. We made it work, but if you have multiple couples, it could be a problem. WIFI speed is super slow too.

The home's biggest assets are its stunning views (which are available from every room) and its access to the beach. The accommodations are very clean and comfortable.

This is my 4th time to CDA and I just love it.
Maisonette du Luc was perfect for our family. The place was very clean, comfortable and the views are breathtaking.
Great place for the family to enjoy the lake life.

Great place to enjoy the beauty of the lake. As a family we spend a lot of time entertaining outdoors during the summer and this is a great house for doing that.
A few suggestions to improve the stay for the next family: purchase a new barbecue, the one that is offered has at least one burner that is rusted out and is generally a very low end unit to start with. After the amount of money we paid for our 3 week stay you can afford the upgrade. It is obvious the home has a nice sound system. A explanation of its operation along with the multiple televisions that are in the house would be helpful.,

We had a fabulous time at Maison du Lac this past week. The lake is less busy than other lakes on Coeur d'Alene, and the view is particularly beautiful. The lakehouse was everything we could have wanted, and we would like to return next year. Following is a list of items that may need to be fixed/replaced. This is NOT a negative about the lakehouse. The slider screen does not slide as it should. The coffee pot worked the first day but not after that. The table chairs may need to be looked at closely as some of the legs are separating, which is an accident waiting to happen. Finally, the check-in would have been better if we had had the lockbox codes to access the tram key. Our son brought his boat and was stranded until we could get the code, which took a bit of time. Again, please do NOT view these as negatives. I know I would appreciate knowing areas of concern if I were the owner. Thank you for sharing your wonderful lakehouse.

Great space with elbow room for the whole family. The location is perfect to just relaxing, fishing, swimming , playing ping pong and having s’mores at the lake. The dock has a few boards that need to be fixed.

The deck was phenomenal and the house was large, comfortable and mostly as described. Our biggest disappointment was the dock, which we found to be in very poor shape. We rented a boat while we were there and the dock was missing boards and had screws laying around which was quite dangerous, especially for our two young kids. Additionally, we found the tram that takes you down to the lake was not working. Thankfully the cleaning people were still there and able to get it repaired as they had direct contact with the owner. My biggest frustration with this property was the property manager Vacasa. I called several times to have questions answered. After long phone wait times I was told my questions would be forwarded to the “local team” who
I never heard back from. I have little confidence any problems would have been addressed in a timely manner and will not rent another property managed by Vacasa. Also, it was a little strange the house didn’t have any info for things you may need to know during your stay. Ie/ directions/simple trouble shooting for the tram, where do you take trash, how to use the a/v equipment, info on the area and suggestions for grocery shopping, local restaurants, things to do, etc. Not the biggest deal but would have made things a bit simpler.

Overall the property was great. The views from the many decks were amazing and the location of the property was great! We cooked almost every meal in the kitchen and it had almost everything you could need to prepare a meal. The rooms are large and all have great views. It was a little difficult with the only upstairs bathroom being in one of the bedrooms but we made it work. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Lake Home
This home was very roomy and provided a lot of amenities to enjoy. I really liked how the kitchen was very usable with an abundance of dishes, pots, pans etc. The views from this home are spectacular with direct access to the lake.

Beautiful lake view home!
Loved the size of the home for our family. So expansive, with large bedrooms, comfortable beds! Views to die for and awesome tram to safely transport anyone to the lakefront!

We brought our kids and grandkids, 12 of us total. This house was a perfect size and so much fun! The tram is fun and convenient. The trail down is nice also if you want the exercise. The boat dock was so nice to have. We kept our boat there our whole stay and it was so much fun to go to Harrison or Coeur d’Alene in the boat. The house was well kept, comfortable, and the views are incredible!! Both decks are very nice with amazing views.
We highly recommend this property for a fun, relaxing, and sports filled vacation.

Spectacular Lake Vacation
The views, the boat slip for our boat, and the tram make this place an amazing vacation destination. So many fun memories made!

Incredible views. Great place to swim
We truly loved our stay. The views were incredible of the lake and surrounding mountains. Great downstairs space for the kids to play when inside. Comfortable living spaces and bedrooms. There is a tram to take up and down to the lake. The walk can be a bit treacherous and I would not attempt it if you are unsteady on your feet. The lake was fantastic. Great beach and seating areas. We so appreciated being able to use the kayaks and paddle boards. The waters is so clean and warm. There is a gas station close by but otherwise need to head into Coeur de Alene or Post Falls for grocery stores and restaurants which is about a 30 minute drive. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

June Getaway
Well furnished with plenty of room for the family. We had a great time even though the weather didnt cooperate for us, so being inside with the pingpong table and fire was nice.
Suggestion to get a book printed with instruction for check in/check out process....we guessed based on prior VRBO experience. (All I received was an email to start the dishwasher...)

Great house
The house was in an awesome location and just what we were looking for. Unfortunately the house had several home repairs going on, holes in ceilings etc. Also the cleaning crew left the place less than spotless. There was a pile of dog poop left on the deck, that we had to clean up. This was odd for a no pet home. Made a complaint to property management, but they didn’t do anything about it. So, disappointed in that experience.

Absolutely perfect lakefront home!
This is one of the most beautiful homes I have ever stayed in! We did a family vacation with six adults and two kids and it was perfect. There wasn't a single detail that the owners didn't think of and the house was SO well stocked! VRBO's often just have a few kitchen items and this was a fully stocked kitchen to do any cooking/baking that your hearts desired! The tram down to the beach was fantastic and the hill walk up was a great workout for when we wanted it! The only thing I would mention is that the Wifi isn't the greatest so if you need to do a lot of emailing or online activities it can be challenging, but that just encourages you to disconnect more and enjoy the home! The driveway is definitely very steep but perfectly doable in any vehicle as long as there's no snow :) A must stay at property and so conveniently located to CDA.

Home in Lake Couer D Alene
The location had a nice view and the tram made it pretty easy access to the water. The home has been undergoing remodeling and it wasn’t completed when we got there. The cleaning crew wasn’t able to clean it thoroughly before we checked in at our appointed time. The grounds were poorly landscaped and lots of construction debris. The house has potential but more project need to be done. There was no air conditioning in the master bedroom and it had holes in the ceiling. The boat dock needs a lot of work. We loved the lake itself and the city of Couer D Alene.
