About this house rental
Experience - The Area... Ideally positioned and within a short walk of Bude is Little Lynstone. Located on the coast road to Widemouth Bay ensures that an even greater selection of north Cornish beaches are at your disposal and all within a short drive too. Bude itself is full of things to do for all ages, with plenty of shops, restaurants and sports facilities in this seaside resort town including the glorious sandy beaches of Summerleaze and Crooklets. The Bude Sea Pool is a very popular spot for providing a more relaxed dip or child friendly swim when the sea is rougher, or others may enjoy the soft play areas, fishing, cycling, golf, surfing and other water sports. The Falcon Hotel and The Brendon Arms are a short walk away where they serve food or head across the bridge and into the town centre where there are a selection of other quality eateries to choose from. There are fabulous walks along the South West Coast Path or inland along the Bude Canal towpath to explore and the surfing beach of Widemouth Bay is just over a 5 minute drive. Stay - The Accommodation... Little Lynstone is a semi-detached property set in an elevated position looking down across the rooftops of Bude. This three bedroom property provides comfortable, well equipped family holiday accommodation with the bonus of a large lawn garden, private parking for two cars and views over Efford Down to the rear. From the tarmac parking spaces below a flight of 9 steps and paved path lead up to the front entrance porch. Inside a good size hallway provides access to the living room with exposed original wooden flooring, wood burner and comfy easy seating. To the rear is the modern kitchen with open plan dining room and sun room. The sun room provides another space for relaxing and overlooks the patio and garden to the rear. A utility room complete with laundry equipment and handy WC completes the ground floor accommodation. Carpeted stairs with balustrade lead up to the three bedrooms and family bathroom WC. A pretty double bedroom to the rear looks out across the garden and countryside beyond. The stylish king bedroom with bay window is at the front along with a good size single bedroom. All three bedrooms are carpeted and have ample hanging and drawer space between them. The smart family bathroom WC has a bath with overhead shower, heated towel rail and basin. The property is efficiently heated by gas central heating. Outside there is parking for two cars and a small area of lawn to the front. To the rear is an enclosed large lawn garden with tiered patio areas and furniture. Don't forget... This property welcomes two small or medium size dogs over the age of 2. Accommodation not suitable for children under the age of 5. A £125 security deposit is required
