Lots of space, lots of towels (even spa towels), plenty of laundry and DW pods, and bathroom amenities. All we needed in the kitchen. Grocery store down the street.
PS For the caretakers-iron didn't work (borrowed from a neighbor as we were there for a wedding), under kitchen cabinet lights and microwave light out so stove/prep part of kitchen dark. Easy fix.

Fantastic location near both canyons! If you want to explore both sides this is the spot. Comfortable space, fun entertainment spaces, and easy access to garage for snow equipment.

The condo comfortably slept our 8 family members. The location was amazing with a short drive to the ski resorts and close to the shops and restaurants too. The hot tub was too small for our large group but otherwise was a great place to spend a week.

We stayed here in the summer. The WiFi didn’t work well in the MBR and the kitchen could use some more supplies (measuring cups and spoons, larger cutting board and baking sheet), but overall a good place to stay. I wish they had lowered the a/c a couple of hours before we arrived— it did take a while to cool down, but it worked well. Grocery store is very close.

House was great. Nice Size. We had 5 adults and 1 infant. Home was clean and well appointed. Bedding was good. 2nd floor was a little hot but acceptable. Heat wave was happening during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again.

We were in town attending a wedding at Snowbird. Ended up being an excellent location as it right at the base of the mountain. House was well appointed, just a little musty smelling upon entrance. Would suggest some air fresheners. You have to enter through the garage because the lockbox for the key doesn't open. We tried for a solid 10 minutes. Once we got in through the garage and walked to unlock the front door, we found it was unlocked all along for some reason. Kitchen has decent supplies, bit definitely needs more forks/silverware and a cooking utensils (no spatula other than a outdoor grill spatula). Was give. Plenty of fish/hand towels. Having access to washer/dryer is ways a bonus. Bed in master is a sleep number bed. We didn't realize this until night 2. Night one was like sleeping on a brick. Would recommend leaving directions for guests. Smith's grocery is located so close. Was able to order online in advance and pick them up. Overall a pleasant visit. Would recommend and stay again.

Let me start by saying I would stay at this property again. From my experience, this is 3 star property. It is worn, and everything from mechanicals (doors, fixtures, hinges, drawers, beds, dressers, fans, etc.) to appearance (paint, carpet, deck, etc,) to spiders in the basement rooms, needs attention or updating. This is a high traffic property where it is cleaned between stays (and the cleaning was done well) but overall maintenance seems to be done on an exception or complaint basis. The issues we had were addressed immediately and with courtesy and capability. Patricia and Marlon were great! Their 5 star responsiveness bring this experience up to a 4 star overall rating. The neighborhood is safe, very nicely maintained and was in a perfect location for us. We were hiking in the canyons and it was ideal. In summary, this is a great place to stay and the price matched the experience.

My family enjoyed our stay! It was easy/quick to get to Brighton, Solitude, Alta, and Snowbird. Grocery store, rental shops, park, and even hiking were very convenient. Even getting to Park City was a snap. The house was big enough for 2 families and we loved the fireplace and hot tub. Only complaint was kitchen was poorly stocked for actually cooking (utensils, glassware, etc). You'll be very happy if you pick this for your stay!!

Convenient Location
Very nice property and conveniently located. Sleeping arrangements worked out well. Well supplied. May just need to do some cosmetic repairs especially in the bath/shower areas. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

We had 2 families with a wide range of kids. The house was great for all, plenty of room for adults and kids. It was about 20-30 (without of snow and traffic) to both canyons. We did miss a day of skiing bc the canyons were closed. It was a bummer but what can you do.

Cozy Accomodations in a Quiet Neighborhood
Very spacious. Room for the whole family to spread out. Conveniently located close to downtown Salt Lake City. Gorgeously situated at the base of the mountains, and between Big Cottonwood and Little Cottonwood Canyons. Several nearby trailheads offer great hiking experiences for individuals with varying degrees of experience. Overall, a great place to get away from all the hustle and bustle of the other parts of the valley. Also very close to several attractions, such as Topgolf and Utah Paitball. A recommended choice if visiting the Salt Lake City area.

Good listing and was comfortable

Great Spot Near the Canyons
The condo is spacious and very convenient to Little Cottonwood and Big Cottonwood Canyon. Because of less travel during the Covid-19 epidemic the condo had not been used for a while, so there were a couple minor things to take care of. The management company was VERY responsive and made everything right immediately. Lots of sleeping capacity with 3 bedrooms 2 baths upstairs and additional finished space downstairs. Would easily accommodate a large group of skiers or hikers!

Great option for skiing
House is as advertised, but a few details you should know in case it matters to you: 3 bedroom are upstairs, one is in lowest level. this was a pain with our kids upstairs and us in lowest level- 2 flights of stairs. the downstairs is also much colder than the other floors, which is normal but annoying. the upstairs bedroom with the twin beds has three twin beds. the 2 futons are in a TV room in lowest level.
Overall, it was very comfortable and the hottub was nice to have. It doesn't maintain its nice temperature when you are using it in winter, (started at 104, couldnt get beyond 101 with
4 adults in it and uncovered) but perhaps that is to be expected? the kids didnt seem bothered by it.
easy access to Snowbird (18 min). nice to have basic spices and oil and lots of dishes.
only negative- you have to call an 800# to talk to someone, and it had long wait times. lame.

Great home, great location
The home is really big and everything is up to date. It's very close to the roads to the slopes as well. There's really not much more you could ask for.
