Enjoyed our time.

Okay stay, the phone did not work and there was a dirty dish under the bed. But it was a good location and room for my family.

The hotel room was clean, and had everything we needed there. A walk to the strip is about 15 minutes - which in the Las Vegas heat was too much for us. We thought there was a shuttle service, but that was only for on their property. The pool was a bit hot but still nice to cool down after a long day in the city. We would stay here again!

The property is comfortable and easy walking distance (about 15 mins) to the strip.

This was a cozy place to return after walking around the Strip. Has all of the things you need.

The location is just one block off of the strip, right next to The Sphere. The restaurant was nothing to write home about. The service was slow and they were out of a few items.
The check-in process was a bit annoying. The front desk gave us our keys, but sent us to a different desk to have our keys activated. Well, that desk makes you go through a sales pitch on buying into the Holiday Inn vacation club before they activate your keys. This takes 20 minutes. We had zero interest and informed them as politely as we could. Everyday, we received multiple phone calls from people assigned to us saying they were our VIP guide, and really just wanted to go through the entire vacation club spiel again. That was super annoying. I would’ve booked somewhere else if I knew this was going to occur.

Beautiful Property to relax or go enjoy all that Vegas has to offer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo and resort. Our unit was clean and situated perfectly with separate master bedroom & kids bedroom. The boys loved all of the different pool & arcade options. The kitchen is well appointed and worked well for our kids’ for allergies. Located off the Strip was perfect as we were not assaulted by unwanted images at every turn, this made my mama heart happy. A little bit of a drive to all of the things, but it was well worth it and we will definitely stay again if we return to Vegas with kids.

Great place. Clean, well equipped, and up to date. Location is great for walking to the strip. Unfortunately, at check in, they try to sell you a time share. (I wasn't expecting that from a VRBO rental) I just said NO and that was that but it slowed down the check in.

This was a great location! Very close to the Sphere. With a short walk to the High-Roller and the strip my friends and I just adored this location. The pools were clean. The on site restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. There's even a market on site you can purchase coffee creamer, coffee and more. I can't say enough good things about it. We'd book this place again on our next stay. Plenty of room in the unit.

We enjoyed our one night stay at these condos. Room for 6 as described and everything was clean and accessible. We were only their for one night, so didn’t use any of the amenities.

Pools and rooms were fantastic. Being so close to the Sphere was excellent. Only negative is that it says it has a free shuttle to the strip. This is not the case. Otherwise it was a perfect stay!

Great property in a wonderful location close to the strip. The unit was well maintained and met all our needs

We really enjoyed our stay in Paradise - the location is WONDERFUL for families. You're super close to the strip, but not right in the middle of everything. Views are spectacular of the sphere and high roller - really enjoyed the fact there were 3 different pools we could choose from, along with several hot tubs. Layout of condo was excellent, gave us room to visit with family, and to make our own breakfast as well. Would highly recommend - especially if you can stay more than one night, as we did!

We visited for a week to see the strip for a day and the outlying areas for the remainder of the week. The place was a nice oasis/retreat after our daily hiking and visiting of surrounding areas. Nice to be able to go to strip easily whenever we wanted. With dietary restrictions, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare the necessary meals. Would stay again!

Overall we enjoyed our stay with Leavetown, however there were a few disappointing aspects.
1) The location is just two short blocks from the strip and right next to the Sphere. Would’ve been great if it weren’t right on the Formula-1 race course that had just occurred the prior week. The course barriers, fencing, and spectator stands made navigating to and from the resort extremely difficult. Uber/Lyft and taxis rides were much longer and even harder to catch in some cases. I absolutely wouldn’t want to stay there again anytime near the annual F1 race. At least if we stayed at a hotel on the strip we could’ve walked to and from restaurants, shops and casinos more easily.
2) The condo is actually part of a Holiday Inn resort. Our unit was considered “renovated” but only cosmetically (i.e decor). It was okay but the resort overall was kind of dated and not nearly as nice as any of the resort hotels on the strip where we’ve stayed before. Despite the temperatures in the low 50’s, kids at the pool were loud during the day.
Otherwise, the staff was VERY friendly and professional. There is a market and restaurant onsite which were great. We also enjoyed having a gas fireplace in our living for the cold evenings.
We enjoyed our stay for an off-strip Vegas experience.

Great location for our quick trip to Vegas to see U2 at the Sphere. Within easy walking distance to the venue. Great breakfast at the onsite diner with many pool locations. Thanks!

It was nice to be on the resort property which made things easy. There are some additional fees I was charged at check in for being at the resort. Overall location was great and was right next to the sphere. The place had a good amount of space in it and was a good stay overall.

The property was a good fit for our weekend in vegas. The check in process having to go to another desk to our room keys was a little long and exhausting. But overall a good stay

The property was clean and well stocked. There was some road construction and street noise. Over all I would stay there again.

This place is SO close to the strip and was absolutely perfect for us. It was me, my husband, and our two children who are 2 and 1. We also brought our nanny and her boyfriend so having a second bedroom with a full bathroom was ideal. The in-unit washer, dryer, and dishwasher were incredibly convenient. The pools were so nice and everyone that we interacted with was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be booking here again the next time we go to Vegas.

The property was close to the strip. Easily within walking distance. The villa was clean and well equipped. We had plenty of room. Daily housekeeping was nice. Easy to access the pools and spas which were very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There was a shuttle on the property which was great when we needed to be picked up or brought back to our villa. The beds were comfy. We found it nice and quiet after the business of the strip There was even a fireplace which was cozy in the evenings. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would book again.

We stayed for the pac 12? Nice place not really able to walk to strip but short Uber ride
4.0 / 5.0
We had a really great visit. We stayed for three nights. It was so comfortable clean and had everything we needed. I was prettY disappointed as I chose this stay for the convenience of the shuttle which apparently is false advertisement. Everything else was great. The bar is more of a dinner, maybe skip that.. Our sever was nice though.

Loved the apparent, did not like the way you check in and they send you to different people to give you the key and try to sale you shares and keep insisting taking your time after you said no
5.0 / 5.0
The property was perfect for what we were looking for. We spent almost our entire time exploring Vegas so having a quite place to crash with 2 bathrooms and no hidden charges like the hotels was awesome.

We stayed at this property while visiting Las Vegas for a convention at the Convention Center. The property was perfect for our needs! The location is very conveniently located just off the strip and within walking distance of the monorail station which took us straight to the Convention Center. There is a great little cafe and a well stocked store on site which was really nice to have during a busy work trip. The property was clean, quiet and well maintained. A great option if you want to be away from the craziness of the strip but close enough walk there!
