We spent four nights in a Prestige Club Grand King Suite on the Palazzo side. Originally we had booked Venetian but were informed by a phone call days before our trip that the lounge on that side was going to be closed for renovations.
On arrival around 4pm we were offered bottled water but no Prosecco as advertised. Our room was to come with a pre arranged comped fridge to make up for the lack of wet bar/fridge that the Venetian room had. It had not yet been ordered. After a reminder it came later that night.
When we arrived at the lounge for cocktails and canapés it took over one hour after we were seated and orders taken to be served. People were going up to the bar and being served far more complex drinks than my bourbon and soda while we still waited. Twice a server asked if we had ordered. Our own server just kept saying it was coming. I have mobility issues and am unable to sit at the bar.
Drinks eventually came and were adequate. The line for canapés was ridiculous. I can only think that they crammed all the Venetian guests and Palazzo into one overcrowded group. Not relaxing at all.
They turned on the electric piano but declined to turn off the overhead music which was jarring. The servers on that Sunday evening seemed more interested in chatting up guests at the bar than doing their jobs. Dirty plates were piling up, trays of food were not replenished in a timely fashion.
Service improved on the next three days, but lineups remained an issue.

i expected better service from the premiere. First the security guard sends us on a wild goose chase, and then the hotel tries to bill us for parking TWICE.
Then the premiere room had burned out light bulbs, clocks set to the wrong time, stuff i might expect at some flophouse motel.

Good, but better on the Belagio side

I expected more out of this hotel. It felt like the property was old and dated. Check in took forever, even at 10pm. The city view from my junior suite was not spectacular. While it’s on the strip, I feel like it’s a bit farther away from the center of the strip. It was not what I expected. I ultimately expected more out of this hotel and was disappointed.

Loved the privacy and Prestige Club treatment for its guests

We had a king suite with the prestige club package and it was wonderful. Our room was gorgeous with a great view and the cocktails and food were so good. Also, every staff member we interacted with was super kind and accommodating. I didn’t love how early the pool closed but it really did not hinder our experience.

Loved the breakfast and appetizers in the lounge, and the separate check in and check out, which is great when the lines are long. Great hideaway from the smoking masses on the casino floor!

The hotel was so clean and quiet, and they do have the BEST coffee in Las Vegas.

The staff made the difference, we are seniors your staff went above and beyond to help us. Concierge Ashley and Mark in the Prestige Club Lounge helped us with return airline bookings, Claire in the dining room was a pure joy.
Bill in the Casino saw us playing and inquired if we had a membership card and promptly helped us to acquire one.
We love your resort and will definitely be back.

We stayed at a CLUB lounge accessible suite on the 31st fl and our ( professional man )son stayed at a smaller rm on the 33rd fl. The club lounge on the 36th fl was perfect for our son to work almost all day long. The lounge was spacious, the breakfast was good. The pillows could be better. Because of the club lounge, we will stay here again.

We didn't get a chance to stay at the resort but the service provided by Adlette in resort services was perfect. She made sure we'd stay with the Venetian in future visits.

We had a prestige club suite which was a great size and the attention to detail when designing the suite was outstanding. We frequented the prestige lounge daily and we’re always welcomed by all members of the concierge team. Each evening we enjoyed complimentary cocktails served by an exceptionally friendly waitress Mary. Mary was always happy, as were all the staff, but she spent a great deal of time with all the lounge guests, talking about their day & offering advice through her local knowledge. Having such great staff really makes the stay better - you feel like there is a friendly atmosphere & feel comfortable. It was our first time staying at The Venetian, we’ve been to Las Vegas many times and this has been the best hotel by far. The location is central and we had a bus stop right out front. We will be back!

everything about this hotel room is beautiful, from the views outside, to the tile mosaics in the entry way. Except the bathroom, the tub was completely clogged with hair and it won’t drain properly.

The Prestige Lounge was not worth the extra money, except for a better view and not having to go to lobby for coffee. The staff there didn't really do anything the regular concierge could've done and the food in there was AWEFUL. Going through to the lobby, the smoke was almost unbearable, but laws very in every state. The restaurants were good and we could walk places. The pools weren't very good compared to other pools...boring.

Everything was great except the check in . We arrived a little early and was told we would get a text when our room was available . We never got the text and when we went back to the check in desk on the club level 4 hours later , we were told that sometimes the text does not work ? ? ?

Upon arrival the line for the valet took a long time. Once inside the staff wasn’t helpful at helping us find the correct area to check in for the prestige lounge. We walked back and fourth before finally being pointed in the right direction with a description. The bellhop service quoted us 10-15 minutes, but it took over an hour for our items to arrive. We had to be in the room to receive them, so we were unable to take advantage of the club lounge. That was really disappointing. Otherwise our stay was pleasant and the suite was very clean.

It was nice, just nice, rooms were large and nicely appointed, staff nice but for extra amount the prestige room was not worth the extra as we didn’t utilise it much and the pool was closed. Paying a resort fee and prestige upgrade and the pool being closed seemed a-little unfair.
