Remi (caretaker) was helpful. Pool area was nice. Bar area sas nice. Parking was good.

Jocy (owner) was not a good host. Very hard to reach and very unorganised. i have to send email a lot of times because she hardly replies even on urgent matters. I had to fix issues and matters on my end when it was on her end (unclear photos). she is not customer oriented and quite unaccommodating. if you are hosting, you have to make sure u r always available communication wise. dont make it hard for the customers because in the end, they are customers. both rooms 1731 and 1801 are infested with cockroaches in the bathroom and living room. 1801 was dirty, the floor was very dusty upon check in, we had to clean it for the kids. in 1731, the shower was broken. i had to fix it. Most of the property security guards are friendly and very helpful except for that 1 lady guard at the booth to get swimming passes. she is lacking customer service. very unhelpful. very rude. dismissive and aggressive. she needs to be told and shown proper way to be in customer service and be helpful, instead of talking back and be rude to customers. It was my bithday yesterday , 2nd of October, and it wasnt the best birthday i must say. The entire stay could have been more organised. I wish Jocy goodluck and i hope she improves because there is so much potential in Azure.

We would love to come back. My family enjoyed the entire place.

Excellent place to have staycation. My family enjoyed the wavepool and beach like. Nice to walk around the park along the Paris beach esp at night. The view from the unit was spectacular. The entire place was so clean and tidy. Staff are helpful and kind.

Better to put smart tv and the cooking stove not working. Other wise everything was great.

Everything . im so disappointed everything on our room. Super duper dirty room , wet floor with cockroaches and smell bad when we first open the door room. The only thing i forgot to take some pictures for evidences.

wrong information on the size (1000m2) mentioned but very small. Six people was very hard to fit in one unit. Amenities need to be paid separately and not mentioned before booking

I will not recommend this place,

man made beach

There are Cockroack. Air-condition is so poor, location if quite difficult when it comes for public transportation. No shampoo, they had liquid body soap that was left over from other Rentals. Mixed with water, it was so sad. I asked for a new one but it was not provided. The sink were slightly clogged because it drain so slow. Utensis were limited, Good for 3 person only when we booked for 4. There were no linens for the cot when we booked for 4. There were only 1 bed good for 2 person and extra cot with no bedsheets. The most uncomfortable thing was the poor air-conditioning. Will definitely not recommend this place.

Very satisfying

I like about the property was clean and one thing I noticed was the balcony I really like the view. Then the utensils are complete you don't need to bring paper plate etc. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.. I recommend This unit who wants to have a staycation with family, friends, relatives or officemates.

Not worth our stay.

Nothing! This is the worst property I have event encountered.

I didn’t like the property at all. This is the worst place I have ever stayed. The location was so traffic, the building has so many cockroaches - they were even in the pool as well. You can’t invite your friends or family over because they are too strict due to the Covid-19 protocols. The work has moved on, they should too! lol.

Thé bed was comfortable.

The address given by booking.com was false and it lead me to a military base/housing (not sure). The address read as 13 West Point road whereas I believe it is KM 13 West Point road. I have no clue but ended up finding it after a long and costly taxi ride a 3 am. Once I finally reached the destination the staff was extremely rude and not helpful. I could possibly give them a pass as they were sleeping behind the front desk since it was the middle of the night however the same disrespectful service was given the second day and I am an outgoing polite and joly person. I thought I was booking right beside a golf course as booking.com was showing but I ended up being 5 km south and this proved to be costly and time consuming to get to the sites I wanted to see. I was also given an access card that was cracked and when I returned it I was charged 500 pesos because it was damaged. The crack had gotten a bit larger and they refused to acknowledge that I was given a damaged card to start with. Overall it was mind blowing how horrible the overall experience was.
