Not worth the money

The location n the safety..

The rooms very old.. the kitchen dirty , the bed mattress very old n dirty.. aircon not cold n noisy... toilet dirty n no holders for clothes.. the shower head very old n water not flowing out very strong... Rooms no mirror..balcony chair dmg n hall chair fabric dirty . How come resident have to pay for using the pool.

Its near to Shopping Mall

Almost everything: 1. You need to pay P250 per head for the pool entrance 2. No available AC for dining and Living area 3. Bad smell of the hallway 4. Bed frame is so noisy 5. Untidy room and poor design 6. Cheap furnitures 7. Limited power outlet 8. Receptionist is not helping us to find solution to our concerns 9. You need to pay Php380 for overnight parking fee1, we stayed for 2 nights and cost us 760 10. Visitors are not allowed 11. Misleading information of the ads

Delays in getting room ready no power in the room no Wi-Fi in the room cut the power off twice during the night no blank

Sad that we couldnt rest easu as we knew the beddings were not changed to fresh laundered linen.

The space, facilities, utilities, were up to standard.

There was no wifi available and we could not watch TV. That we can let pass. But the deal breaker were the linen. The beddings were used. It was not fresh sheets. We were just too tired and only had a few hours left to our stay because we were checkingvout really early. Too late when we found out.

We liked the place itself and the pool.

The staff member and the agent of our unit at Rio tower were disappointing. The hotel security guard asked us to leave the building at 11:55 which was 5 minutes before check out time. We had just gotten our ID cards back and she immediately asked us to leave. How impolite could she be? What kind of customer service is that? Second, there was no mentiong that the fee wasn't inclusive of the swimming pool. We were surprised when we are asked to pay before entering. Disappointing.

Fabulous

Nice room set-up. Everything is provided. You can also cook, but to a certain limit only. Utensils are provided. Very clean.

The pool is not really clean.

You had to get bands every day twice a day for the pool. I had to wait ages to be checked in.

The pool is its only saving grace...otherwise a very disappointing stay...would not go back...

We had 4 young children with us who loved the swimming and wave pool

Room was not as described...although it was great to have the pool...we had to pay every day to go ...not only once a day but twice as they have a morning and afternoon session...even if you are not intending using the pool you still have to pay to watch the kids!...this added an extra 1500 pisos to our stay...unacceptable....our apt was on the 17th floor which although gave great views..the patio doors do not lock...with young children...nightmare....this is not explained in description....we had a very unstable glass !table which the women who showed us round tried to stabilise....it was so unstable we basically could not use it....and the inevitable happened in the middle of the night!...crash...smashed glass!..awakening and frightening children and adults!!.could not get back to sleep!..shudder to think if it had collapsed while we were using it !...only 2 lifts ..takes an age to get up or down...another incident after finishing swimming, kids took their swimwear off and had towels round them...they were refused access to the building!...quite a number of other incidents making it a very disappointing stay...would not book again...
