The location is central. The property has a large main living area you don’t feel like you are on top of each other.
Parking. There is free parking, however only free between a limited timeframe. 6pm - 8am. This was an issue for me as I was staying with my two children and elderly mother. I didn’t fancy getting up to move my car each morning, and the parking at the front of the property is very hit and Miss, as it’s on a very busy road, so you can not guarantee a space. I parked in a nearby car park, and brought a 7 day ticket for £34. I had to do 4 trips too and from the car unpacking the bags and again to pack, took me an hour each time, which wasn’t helpful especially after driving for 3 hours to get there. I just wanted to turn up, park the car and not have to worry about it.

We could only get 2 channels on the TV and as Wimbledon was on both we didnt have the choice which was abit disappointing for my 80 year old mum

Very large, comfortable apartment in the heart of Cromer. plenty of seating for four adults. well
equipped kitchen making catering easy and a decent sized table and chairs. Loo paper and hand soap provided! Host was fabulous and provided lots of info prior to stay.
Only one hand towel between 4 of us :(. could have done with more towels. Overnight parking provided at the rear of the property but it’s tight to get in there with a big car. would have been nice to have some tourist info and a welcome book with details on how to operate appliance etc.

The location was perfect, and there were several places very close to park the car. It was beautifully done inside, very cosy and warm. It had pretty much all the facilities that were needed, although an oven mitt would have been useful. It was easy to find and easy to get the key to let ourselves in. The owners are lovely and welcoming and made sure there was milk and teabags in the flat on our arrival as well as
some little treats.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Location was perfect, clean and comfortable. Nice touch with the bottle of cava, crisps and chocolate.
No heating on arrival. A new boiler had been installed but the installation hadn't been completed. Alex was extremely helpful but being told to do it myself wasn't what I expected. Luckily I did know what to do and fixed it but this could have been avoided if prebooking checks had been done.

There was no safety mat in the bath for the shower. The bath plug stuck in the plug hole as the release device wasnt connected. Light for the shaver in bathroom didn't work.
There were no coat hangers whatsoever in the apartment. The second bedroom didn't have any hanging space and no bedside table or table lamp. No mirror in main bedroom nor any drawers.
Not much privacy in front lounge as only nets on one window and no curtain whatsoever in smaller window. The apartment was certainly beautifully decorated and furnished.
No information book in the apartment. Had to look for the Wifi passcode...it was found on a piece of card in a drawer. An nformqtion book in the apartment would be useful to inform guests of local amenities...doctor, hospital, supermarket, wifi codes. How to use the cooker. Washing machine, dishwasher etc.
There was a contact telephone number..but when we phoned the number the message said the mailbox was full. Luckily the next morning we went into the office below the apartment and the young man there was most helpful and supplied coat hangers and shower mat.
We booked the whole apartment but it was presumed we only needed one bed.....we had to phone and check that the two bedrooms would be made up. Why presume that two people need only one bed....when you pay for the whole apartment surely all facilities should be available....
We did enjoy our stay in Cromer and the apartment was well situated. Thank you...

The flat was so beautiful. Decorated tastefully and spacious.
Welcome pack was a lovely touch.
Good location, right in town amongst the hustle and bustle. Parking could be tricky to find outside allocated parking in week.
Our stay was ruined because the whole back and side of the flat was surrounded by scaffolding, which we were not told about before our stay. The scaffolding ran next to all of the bedroom windows with a ladder going right through it, meaning we couldn’t open our windows at night. The back of the flat is away from the street and not lit up at night. Accessible by a small road or alley way. I was staying with just myself my 2 children and I just didn’t feel safe. It was August, so hot and stuffy at night.
We had to keep the bedroom curtains closed incase any builders saw us getting changed, which was a big worry for my 13 year old daughter. This meant the flat was very dark.
Also the kitchen window is huge, looking straight into the open plan flat with no blinds, so any builders walking on the scaffolding could look straight into the flat.
If we opened the windows the scaffolding was close enough to touch.
We were woken each morning by builders shouting to each other, banging hammers, using machinery etc. Not very relaxing!
The parking space which the flat allocates from 9-6 each week day was also occupied by the builders, who wanted it back earlier than 9. It was strewn with wheel barrows, bricks, wood etc. I didn’t feel safe leaving my car there.
When we left the flat at the end of our stay, I went into the letting agents who are responsible for the letting of the flat to tell them about my problems. I was told the manger would ring me back. They didn’t. So I rang back a week later and spoke to another lady, retold her all of my problems with the stay and was told that the manager would ring me back. Once again, they never! That was 3 weeks ago so I’m guessing I’m not getting a call from the manger after all. Not very good customer service.
What could have been a lovely stay for myself and my children was ruined by the scaffolding surrounding the properly and invading our safety and privacy. We came back more tired than when we went. Such a shame.

Clean and lots of room. Plus the location us great.
Not having parking between 9am and 6pm on weekdays is inconvenient, as street parking is hard to locate.
