Good location
Terrible service, was told we could pay the security deposit on arrival or call into the office on the same street… nobody to greet us, no office!!! We had numerous calls to booking.com and then had to drive/walk to another office in the city centre to pay the deposit before they would give us the code to enter the apartments. This spoiled our dad’s birthday as we had plans/ excursions booked.
One of the apartments was also filthy, we have numerous videos! One wet bed(pee) and a dirty toilet. We actually don’t even think the apartment had been cleaned 🤢 very very disappointed.

Asked and paid for 2 bed apt with a double bed in 1 room and 2 double beds in the other and a sofa bed in sitting room. We were put in a 1 bed with 6 beds in room in a complete different location. Both happy days and booking.com failed or were prepared to do anything to assist. Completely robbed and imo both got more money for better apt than we paid and we downgraded

Clean. Easy access. All mod cons. Staff were friendly.
Dated and bland inside. Beds not great. Carpark below ground tight to enter/exit. Designated carpark space was used by someone else so had to park elsewhere.

The apartment is a good central location for Liverpool. It was clean and comfortable. The apartment needs some TLC. The walls are quite badly marked. But the apartment was in a quiet area. The carpark was an added bonus. Happy Days were very helpful with any queries we had.
The apartment did the job.

you get what you pay for. Its has everything you need for a short stay but no coffee press. good location.
could of been cleaner..someone in the apartment above throw a bucket of dirty water over the balcony while we was sat below, luckly it didnt hit us. The balcony shock when a second person steps on it, i really didnt like that. The enitre builfing had a worn dirty look to it, including the lift.

the location was ideal
1. The small poo stain on the bedroom wall
2. My deposit being taken for something we didn’t cause and/or do

It was perfect for the occasion, great location, nice and spacious, good that it had parking and everything we needed
Figuring out the parking situation was a bit of a nightmare only as someone was parked in the bay we were ment to be in but it was sorted efficiently enough

The area
Everything about these apartments was absolutely vile. We had a late check-in, so we arrived at 11:30 pm. only to be greeted with a smell of weed all over the building, stains upon stains upon stains all over the carpet, upon arrival to the apartment door, we hear loud music from every corner of the apartment, once we got in, the apartment was not cleaned, the floor was so dirty, there was poo all over the toilet, stains on the bed clothes, holes in the sheets, the door handles fell off and the smell was absolutely horrific not to mention the room stated it slept 8 people when there was only room for 6. We complained and got moved to another apartment where it was just as bad. The owners of this place seemed to not care as much as they should and didn't show any respect to my family. The apartments are honestly like an episode from Shameless.
I've been to Liverpool lots of times and never found anything more disgusting than these apartments. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. WORST APARTMENTS IN LIVERPOOL. 0 Star Rating!
I've attached some photos so you can see for yourself.

There wasn't the correct number of bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Also close to town.
First off there is a deposit they burry in the terms and conditions it's £50 per person so watch out for that.
The flat was absolutely not clean, we found socks from the previous guests in our bed, there were chips under the furniture and the glasses left on the table were grubby.
Next some of the furniture was broken when we arrived. One of the dinning table chairs had two wonky legs and the sofa bed was only held together because it had been wedged against the table.
Oh and the blinds were a complete state. We dared not open them as they would have fallen apart.
There were dents in the walls, the flooring was lifting in places and the shower was cold. To put it bluntly the entire building was falling apart, I caught my hand on a nail protruding from the banister when going downstairs.
Finally it's worth a mention you won't actually stay at the place in the pictures as the common rents out a bunch of different flats so it's pot luck whaa you end up with.
We definitely won't be coming back.

Location was good everything was ten minute walk and the room was spacious
Was disappointed to be honest as the balcony was closed and full of scaffolding with workers starting from half 7 am homeless were all rammed in by the door ways making it uncomfortable to enter the property beds were all broken and to top it off alot of students in the rooms above making noise till the early hours was abit gutted to be honest as it was my 30th

The balcony, amenities, 2xbathrooms. The staff were great. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Great location.
The radiator on the small room was hanging off the wall. The sofa bed was on a slope which meant I didn't sleep too well.

Apartment was well refurbed
The noise was impossible, how the windows weren’t upgraded when it was refurbed is ridiculous. Spoilt the stay so we left a day early.

The location was great
Lift had broke as soon as we got there.
we requested a 3 double bed apartment but only had 2 double beds
There was builders on our balcony at one point there was 6 men standing on it. As a group of young girls we did feel quite well uncomfortable.
When we arrived at the apartment there was a toilet in the middle of the bed. Two work men where in middle of fitting a toilet.
The bed was also broke.
Marks on the wall and stained carpet.

Guys in the office were spot on. Great value for money. Location of the property was excellent. Bonus of secure parking.

Location was great wasn't too far from the shopping centre and was close to a variety of restaurants and nightlife.
when i was booking the property i wasnt informed of the ridiculous deposit fee that i had to pay. also when we went to collect the keys we were then questioned multiple times about the deposit and had it been paid. When we arrived at the property the building was surrounded in scaffolding it was like staying on a construction site. when we entered the hall of the apartments they were a complete mess, floors where covered in stains and a very very strong smell of marijuana. The apartment was a decent size but looked nothing like the pictures on your website and extremely over priced for what we received. the floors of the apartment were sticky and leaks close to the balcony door. the onsuite shower was broken and didn't work very well. and in the main bathroom shower the handle was broken. Also in the main living room the curtain pole was hanging from the roof which was very dangerous.

Has been renovated and in good condition. Location is great, very central to the City, Bold St restaurants and Georgian Quarter as well. Parking on site.
Not the cleanest, especially kitchen and floors. Common areas in the building pretty run down and carpet heavily stained. Building completely covered in scaffolding for a 2 year project since Apr 2021. Basically a construction site so no views of the street and can't use the balcony. This should be in the advertisement/listing but isn't mentioned, isn't shown in the photos.

The location and parking was the only positive about this apartment.
where do I start…
the state of the apartment is awful! from the general cleanliness to the smell. The whole apartment block is dirty and stinks of weed. There was scaffolding all outside so it was unsafe to even step foot out there. The bed was broken and so uncomfortable!! we were all happy to get up in the morning and leave the place. The staff were so unprofessional and was just interested in getting the deposit money of £50pp (which isn’t advertised on booking.com until you pay for your stay). We thought we found a bargain going by the reviews on here but we really didn’t. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!!!

Should have got a message to say how to access the keys. Had to find the office to get these(not on site).
