Beautifully renovated 3rd floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Condos has Wi-Fi and Samsung TV Plus, which allows you to choose from 200+ live TV channels, and 1000s of movies and shows on demand. Flat screen TV s in living room and guest bedroom. Enjoy the unspoiled views of the Atlantic Ocean from your balcony. Spoonbill prohibits smoking anywhere on Spoonbill premises. Marriott Ocean Club Guest Membership available with this property for a fee. Please contact Ocean Club Pro Shop at Marriott Hutchinson Island for information regarding fees and guest membership access.

2024 Construction Notice - The Spoonbill condominium building will be in the process of concrete work starting in June with a tentative completion date of end of October. Rental Discount has been applied to current booking rate and will be valid through November 26, 2024.

During the renovation period, work will commence during the weekdays. As a result, there will be some construction noise. Please note, the parking garage is under the building,and will be closed at times. There are no timeframe guarantees and there is nothing we can do to prevent a delayed timeline should work take longer than expected.

If you still plan to visit Spoonbill during this timeframe, we are most happy to host you, but we will not be able to offer any discounts should the building work be going on during your stay. We apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.

Beautiful condo with amazing views of the ocean! Extra large open covered porch.Would definitely stay here again! Only improvement Id suggest would be more comfortable twins beds in guest room, or better yet- a comfortable queen and a twin- so that a couple can sleep together.

Our family of 5 stayed comfortably in this lovely property. I was grateful for the large balcony, well-equipped kitchen, cleaning supplies (necessary with boys 7-12) and proximity to the beach and other amenities. I do wish we had not opted for the $150 amenities fee for Marriott gym/golf/tennis/etc. It was not worth it at all for us. Other than that, loved everything else!

Had a great time. View was fantabulous. Everything was clean. Kitchen had everything needed. Room with king bed was ideal. Room with 2 singles needed better lighting and bathroom fan was too noisy to use, but these were a small price to pay for everything else. Pool well used and beach access teriffic.

The unit is lovely, clean and tasteful with a well equipped kitchen. We appreciated the beach chairs, towels and umbrella. Beware if renting in the summer months as it is maintenance season- the concrete balconies next door were being worked on with loud drilling and men in lifts M-F. FYI- This is property is managed by a realty company so you deal with them versus the owner(which was fine). Unit needs linens and pillows for the sofa bed. Also had to buy kitchen sponge, dish soap and TP beyond the initial roll. Would expect these to be included for a weekly rental.

Amazing location on the beach and pool was lovely. Unit has a well equipped and remodeled kitchen. The bathrooms are also remodeled and are clean. There were issues with it being an older unit — some walls that need to be painted, minor repairs, dust in the vents, and an unpleasant odor from the vents when we used the air conditioning.

We really love Hutchinson Island and the Spoonbill. We grew up coming to Stuart to visit my grandparents and my moms extended family. Unfortunately, we were not notified in advance of the extensive concrete restoration project happening at the Pelican- the building next door to Spoonbill. If you are staying in this unit in June/July 2022 (and likely, August, as construction projects never seem to finish on time) plan to have crews show up at 8am every weekday and jackhammer concrete for hours while you are there. The noise can even be heard from the beach. Extremely disappointing. The unit was very clean when we arrived, there are loose outlets throughout the whole unit and the kitchen is dimly lit. I read in a previous review that it would be undergoing a renovation this fall. That will be good. That said, the sunrises from the large balcony were wonderful (as long as you’re back inside and away from the jackhammers by 8am). Beach combing on Hutchinson Island is always fun especially after the almost tropical storm. We will return again to the Spoonbill and would even stay in this unit once it is renovated. The a/c was cold, the beds were clean and comfortable, good showers, and a well equipped kitchen. We appreciated using the beach chairs and boogie boards as well. Overall, a good stay but next time I will be asking more questions from the property management before booking.

Great vacation spot on Hutchinson Island! Condo was well appointed and comfortable for our stay. Great restaurants near by and enjoyed shopping in downtown Stuart. The beach is beautiful and wasn’t crowded on this holiday weekend.

Lovely and well appointed condo, very clean and fabulous views. We’ve stayed in the area often and love it but 1 st time in this building. We’d do it again. (The pocket door didn’t work but it’s such a great place… no worries)

This unit was abhorrent. There were so many problems with it that I had to apologize to guests visiting and call management constantly. Outlets were pulled out of the wall, lighting was extremely poor with only one dim light working in the bedroom, doors that wouldn't open and. close properly, and on and on. Perhaps the worst thing was the dirt in the unit. The rugs were brown with dirt (we rolled them up and didn't use them), there was thick dust in places and the air conditioning vents were filled with grime. I was told by the management company that the place was being renovated in the fall, but that does not help people renting the unit up until them. I have requested a partial refund since the pictures of the unit nor description indicated that the unit was tired and dirty. If I had seen the unit, there would have been no way I would have rented it.

Family Fun!

I love Stuart and go there often for day trips but I've never stayed on the beach. We absolutely loved it and my grandchildren didn't want to leave. The condo was perfect for us and had everything we needed including boogie boards for the kids which they loved! The sunrises every morning were amazing and it was wonderful to see from our balcony, We will be coming back next year for sure!!!

Beautiful property with an absolutely breathtaking view. Clean and lots of extras that you may need (pots and pans, towels, beach items, games). Our family loved waking up to the ocean every morning. Super easy to work with the booking agent. Excellent communication. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Hated to leave!

It was very easy to arrange this rental and the owner was responsive to our questions immediately. The property management company was also extremely courteous and quick to respond. There are lovely views of the ocean and absolutely amazing sunrises. The unit and the surrounding properties were extremely clean and it was very quiet. There’s also a golf course on property that was in great shape and fun to play. If you’re looking for a quiet vacation place with family or friends in a very nice safe area then this is the type of property you’re looking for.
