Меня встретил пустой ресепшн. Потом пришла очень грустная женщина. Не дружелюбная и грубая. Я попросила выбрать номер. Она отказала. Затем пришёл парень, помог выбрать номер. Тут я уже начала чувствовать хоть какую то заботу.

Adequate for my needs, but some improvements are necessary.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience, albeit with a few aspects that could be improved. Let’s start with the positives. The location of the homestay was fantastic, offering easy access to the dragón bridge, the night market. I found this particularly convenient as it allowed me to explore the area without any hassle. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delightful. The variety offered catered to different tastes, and the quality was commendable. It was a great way to kickstart my morning before heading out for the day.

However, while the location and breakfast were highlights, I must admit that the apartment itself did not meet my expectations. While it was adequate for my needs, I couldn’t shake the feeling that it fell short of being one of the best accommodations available. The amenities were functional but somewhat outdated, and the overall ambiance lacked a certain level of charm or sophistication that I’ve experienced in other homestays. The bathroom wasn’t in great conditions.

Η τοποθεσία ηταν πολυ βολικη κοντα σε αγορες και μαγαζια , διπλα σχεδον στη dragon bridge. To δωματιο ηταν αρκετα ευρυχωρο και σχετικα καθαρο Οι ιδιοκτητες χαμογελαστοι και φιλοξενοι

Το μπανιο ηταν αρκετα ζεστο σε σχεση με το υπολοιπο σπιτι . Και θα ηθελε λιγο παραπανω προσοχη συη καθαριοτητα

IMMACULATE ACCOMMODATION - Highly recommended

We had an IMMACULATE room in the homestay which was also spotlessly clean. They helped us with our luggage and provided a the best bahn mi we had tasted for breakfast.

We loved everything, but just to note that the door to the private bathroom is two steps outside of the room rather than adjoining.

Non è presente nessun terrazzo con vista lago nella camera da noi prenotata, come diversamente scritto sull'annuncio. C'è un albero di fronte alla finestra, quindi l'unica visuale è quella.

A practical pit stop

I was here for one night. The staff were very kind and served a simple, but wonderful breakfast. The hostess worked hard to get me a taxi at a local rate and really looked out for her guests. The air-con worked well and kept the humidity at bay. It was REALLY close to the Dragon Bridge which was amazing to see.

The room looked quite different from the photographs. It was a lot darker and was less homely than I thought.

A pleasant stay with some of Danang' main attractions nearby: The Dragon Bridge and the Night Market

Breakfast was a typical Asian breakfast nicely presented. The owner and her staff were always as helpful as they could be despite their limited English.

Difficult to communicate because staff couldn't speak very much English.

A very nice hotel, I recommend it!

A safe hotel with a good attitude. The staff is really nice and helpful. The location is good, in the city center, but quiet and homely. Laundry and breakfast are available.

The rooms on the fourth floor are very good and lovely, but you have to walk there (there is no elevator :))...

The place to be à Da Nang , le meilleur rapport qualité prix !

J' ai vraiment été surpris de trouver autant de confort dans un hôtel qui , au départ , paraissait , modeste .Les chambres , salles de bains et toilettes sont d' une propreté absolue . Frigo et téléviseur complètent les services offerts . Ajoutez à cela la grande gentillesse de la propriétaire car , même si elle ne parle pas beaucoup anglais sait utiliser Google translate à la perfection ! Parlons de l' emplacement ; il est génial , au cœur d' un quartier vivant avec plein de restaurants et de commerces , à coté d' un marché de produits frais , fruits et légumes et , cerise sur le gâteau à quelques mètres du pont du Dragon et du fleuve . Pour les veinards qui seront la le weekend , un night market avec une grande food court et de nombreux étalages de crustacés , fruits de mer et autres gourmandises et à 21 h le show du dragon qui crache du feu ! Plein de bateaux illuminés sur le fleuve , des gratte-ciels qui projettent des vidéos , de light shows , c' est vraiment une belle soirée ! A 3 minutes de scooter , se trouve la belle plage de My Ke Beach , palmiers , sable blanc et cocotiers cohabitent avec des rangées de tours , des hôtels , une grande promenade pour les restaurants et bars musicaux , le top quoi ! Quant je vous dis que l' emplacement de l' hôtel est génial !

Le plus difficile sera de quitter l ' hôtel et l' accueil chaleureux et bienveillant de la patronne !

Prime location at the fairest price

Prime location. Right opposite dragon bridge. Excellent to watch the dragon fire show on Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights. They offer a delicious egg Banh mi for breakfast. Even though it’s on the main street the room was super quiet at night. Spacious room. Aircon works great and plenty of hot water. Highly recommend for those in tight budget.

Tv didn’t work. Furniture a bit run down. Bed on the firm side. None of these things were deal breakers for us. For the very fair price we paid for our family of 5 it was an excellent choice.

Scenic and beautiful

Very warm receptionist as soon as we arrived, they were extremely friendly and caring. Beautiful and ancient room. We had a brilliant stay, the room has beautiful wooden interiors. It felt like home and would love to stay hear in the future

Acceptable, but one should be more aware that also in Danang there are hundreds of hotels.

The staff was indeed very kind.

My room was not cleaned in spire of four nights that I stayed there. Not a single fruit served at breakfast. Electricity broke down in the evening in this area. A local told me that the area was not safe.

nice little homestay. Mun showed me a perfect Banh Mi store around the corner and there is also a small supermarket. night market and bar just a few steps. not even 5 min walk to dragon bridge. at the other riverside is immediately the cham museum. take away breakfast if you leave early.

Tenía agua caliente, la parte del dormitorio era amplia y luminosa. Tenían garrafas de agua mineral en los pasillos.era una cuarta planta que en realidad era una tercera planta, pero se subía bien.me alojaron en el segundo edificio, a 2 min de la dirección que aparece.puedes usar tarjeta de crédito para pagar y el personal fue amable

La zona de cocina estaba sucia y las paredes con humedad, al igual que el sofá.el desayuno incluido es solo comida vietnamita.la habitación a veces temblaba y había algún tipo de motor que sonaba, creo q cuando alguien habría la ducha o usaba la cisterna

Gute Unterkunft in einer guten Lage. Es gibt allerdings noch Luft nach oben.

Grundsätzlich hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war gut und die Ausstattung war gut.

Leider haben wir nicht das ausgewählte Zimmer bekommen, sondern einen Ersatz in einem anderen Gebäude. Direkt daneben befindet sich eine Baustelle und eine sehr belebte Bar. Zudem war das Badezimmer sehr eng.

회원할인 받아서 그런지... 가격저렴했고 조식포함까지... 아주 가성비 좋음... 4층의 방을 주길래 엘리베이터가 없어 보여서.. 2층의 방으로 주면 좋겠다고 하니... 바로 바꿔 줌... 방의 벽은 흰색페인트로 깨끗하고... 액자 두세개 걸려 있고.. 작은 외부창과... 기본적인 옷장과... 전기주전자 그리고 이 정도 가격에... 냉장고가 없는 경우가 많은데... 작은 냉장고까지... 화장실깨끗하고.. 방까지 가는 복도 깨끗하고.. 중간 중간 작은 휴게실같은 공간도 잘 되어 있음 아~체크인은 14시지만... 12시에 가방을 맡기고 갈 곳은 없었지만.. 밖에서 방황하다가... 14시에 다시 오려했는데 12시에 바로 입실을 시켜 줌... 다른 곳은 그 체크인 시간이 뭔지... 보통 기본 체크인14시에 다시 오라고 하는데... 주인 할머니는 아니지만 아주머니가.. 인자해 보이셨고... 내가 200,000 지불하고 작은 잔돈이여서 받지 않으려 했는데... 방까지 따라와서 노크하면서까지... 잔돈을 거슬러 줌.. 잔돈을 줘서 좋은게 아니라... 잔돈을 거슬러 주려는 것이 기분 좋게 함.... 다시 다낭에 왔을 때... 회원할인이 된다면 다시 올 것임...

그저 엘리베이터가 없다는 것... 3층이하의 방이라면... 엘리베이터가 없어도 괜찮겠지만... 근데 4층의 방을 받으면 좀...ㅎ 5층은 없는 것으로 보였음..

部屋は，きれいで清潔で使い勝手が良かったです。このお値段なら申し分がないです。ナイトマーケットとドラゴンブリッジが歩いてすぐのところにあります。周辺はお店がたくさんあり食事や買い物には困りません。オーナーはにこやかで，両替所や交通機関のアドバイスなど、親身になって相談にのってくれました。思ったより英語が通じなかった点が残念。（息子さんが在宅なら問題ない）

Definitely a great place for staying in this part of Danang, so close to the night market and sea!

A clean and very large room with fantastic aircon and fan. The balcony was great for watching the quiet sideroad, and there are several cheap and fantastic cafes and beer places close by. Everybody was super friendly and helpful even despite the language barrier.

The only negative thing I can think of is the bathroom lighting, which is too dim because of the (very beautiful) high ceiling of the room.

The first time I have enjoyed jogging in Love Bridge in early morning without crowded

Homestay is located in a good location. It is near Dragon Bridge, the market, etc. My family had an early jogging morning to take many photos and enjoyed Love Bridge without crowded. The woman who is the owner is very kind and pleasant. She supports my vacation a lot. She gave me many valuable and interesting advice. She can help you order your destination in which time is the best choice. I bought a lot of souvenirs as food. She supports me in defrosting them although it's very big and occupies many spaces. Since I left homestay, everything has been ordered beautiful and careful way. Thank you the owner so much.

There is no private toilet in my room. The bathroom is set up outside my room and is shared with another room. I do not appreciate it. The bed is large and comfortable but the room space is small. I think if you have a long vacation here, you should ask the owner for a big room and a private toilet.
