Great location, beach across the street. Big house with lots of areas, beautiful huge kitchen. The description doesn't really explain the space over the garage... Queen bedroom, bathroom, and a bunk room. No privacy in that area. Great porch/outdoor space. Slight wifi issue with garage suite otherwise fine. Bathrooms need upgrading, but adequate. Air/heat works very well. Furniture comfy if older. Location is 10 minute walk to Rehoboth Avenue. Had a wifi issue first night--password had been changed--but Sharon came over at 5:30 and spent 45 minutes figuring it out. Awesome service.

The property was nice but needs some Maintenace, you had to call with any problems when you checked in, I did, however no one showed up. 1/2 the lights did not work or had no bulbs in them, the front door did not lock, the front storm door would not close. The house was beautiful, but the maintenance was terrible.

We loved staying at 2 Park Ave - couldn't be a more perfect location! It's a classic home that has been well-maintained and nicely updated. The kitchen was wonderful for cooking lots of family meals. We enjoyed happy hours on the porch, and my kids couldn't get enough of watching all the people and bikes go by. The ease of walking into town or down to the boardwalk was just perfect. Thank you for providing such a great rental experience!

Many maintenance/upkeep deficiencies, such as front door and sliding glass door very difficult to open.—saving grace entry door with code works very well. One fan on porch did not work ; queen br with bath shared with bunk bedroom has no privacy-uncomfortable tolerating this arrangement
Excellent location, excellent kitchen with supplies

Great experience, would rent again. Great fully supplied large kitchen, porch is great for remotely working, plenty of bedrooms (the queen headboard is old an squeaky-suggest removing or replacing. Location is excellent. Short walk to Rehoboth strip/boardwalk; easy bike ride to Gordons Pond. Public tennis/pickleball cts nearby.

Size was great for 3 families, a total of 11 people. Kitchen makes this property. Yard was a plus, as was the screened in porch. Location is fantastic. Nice quiet neighborhood.
Needs some maintenance. Rain gutters leak and drip on you when you walk out the sliding door. Ice maker was not working. We report it as soon as we arrived but no one came to repair. WiFi was very sporadic.. Needs more exterior lighting.

We all enjoyed the stay ... though the cleanliness wasn't what I anticipated (dirty window ledges, dirty rug (pet hair) and sweaty smelling furnitures. But, it is the beach and sand happens. The kitchen was excellent and well equipped.

Sublime Solitude
Located a couple of blocks north of the Henelopen hotel that marks the "end" of Rehoboth beach, the house was a wonderful oasis of peace and tranquility. The historic home that is in process of being updated, but without any negative connotations of it being a renovation-in-progress, offers what is best about the old school beach house and modern twists. The highlight of the new is the kitchen which offered just about anything one would need in terms of equipment to prepare a fabulous meal. The old styles evidenced by the many sitting areas and places to relax. Will be hard not to return here for the next Rehoboth get-away.

The best part about this property is its location. Easy walk to the beach and easy walk to town. We never needed a car once we got there.

One of those rare ones where the photos undersell the size of the place. Massive living area and good sized bedrooms as well. The split of bedrooms between front and back is great. Kitchen has great appliances and it was also nice to have gas and charcoal grills just off the kitchen. If there was one negative, I would say the wifi is too slow, we tried to do a working holiday but it could not sustain the bandwidth for Zoom calls, in the end I switched to my phone.

We had a wonderful weekend in rehoboth at this beautiful house in a great location. It was a little cold and rainy - and the middle of a pandemic - but our family of 7 still had plenty of room and a great time. We had tons of space to sleep and the multiple living areas helped keep the peace. The yard was great for the kids and the screened in porch is a great hiding place. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful. The only concern was the rooms above the garage could use some repair. There was water damage on the floor and an odd smell, but nothing that impacted our trip. We would consider staying here again and recommend it to others.

We were looking for a house to safely spend a socially distanced vacation with my family and elderly parents. This was perfect. The house was charming, lots of beds and a huge new kitchen dining area. The house, set across the road from the beach access, was ideally located. So all we did was go to the beach and back. Enjoyed home cooked meals , take out crabs and Netflix! Great holiday.
