Convenience and comfort are the keys to this property which is Ocean Block, just steps from the boardwalk and beach! You can walk anywhere in Rehoboth within moments from this spacious rental home.

The First floor has a Master Bedroom with a Queen Bed/TV. Adjoining bathroom that features a walk in shower, elevated toilet, and WIFI exhaust system. This room is convenient for those who prefer not to use stairs.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators and a washer and dryer just off of the kitchen.

Private parking includes 3 off street parking spots. An outdoor shower makes it easy to remove sand conveniently and swiftly before entering the home. Built in Park Like Grill and Barrel Grill to accommodate your grilling.

The second floor boasts a Master Suite with a King Bed/TV and own bath. Room 3 includes a California Bunk Bed ( single on the top/full in the middle AND trundle. Hall bath #1. Room 4 has 2 double beds/TV and Views of the Ocean. Room 5 has a Double Bunk Bed on Top and Bottom. Both rooms share the hall bath #2.

Third floor features a Master Suite with a King Bed/TV huge walk in closet double bowl sink with a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. Slider to the deck.

Third floor incorporates a wet bar with a small fridge, Keurig, microwave and seating for cocktails. Relax on the top floor deck featuring a gazebo for shade or lounge chairs to soak in the sun and read a good book while viewing the ocean a short distance away.

Guests ARE required to provide their own towels, linens, paper products and soaps. Trash bags, sink and dishwasher detergent will be provided. Please contact the owner for a list of Rental Companies that can supply conveniences for your stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! 1/2 block to the beach and close to all of the restaurants and shops. This house is so well stocked, clean and comfortable. The owner is very responsive! We would definitely choose to stay here again.

We had a party of 8 adults and 4 young children. We loved the location. Easy walk to the Boardwalk and Beach. We ran back and forth a lot and it was easy. We loved the rooftop deck and spent several fun evenings up there. Bedrooms are all spacious and as described. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics and necessary spices. The great room had enough room for everyone to be together. Everyone enjoyed our stay.

Our family of 16 had a great time in Rehoboth. This house accommodates us comfortably and was only 1/2 block to the beach and 1-2 blocks to Rehoboth Ave. The host was extremely responsive. -Always a huge plus. We didn’t know when we booked that we’d need an ADA bathroom, but it was there and in the end made it possible for everyone to come. I’m not looking at the listing right now, but I did find the bed types confusing, which almost led me to bringing the wrong size sheets (and the practice of not providing linens seems real odd to me, but we’ve run into that before in Rehoboth). -Had never heard of a california bunk bed. Thankfully we got that straightened out with the host before leaving home so our linens fit. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay with around 10 adults, one teenager and three children. Plenty of space and comfort for all, including enough room when anyone needed alone time. Proximity to the beach and boardwalk was fabulous. Three parking space + one street permit was more than expected and the upgraded kitchen was lovely. The rooftop deck can be accessed without entering the third floor bedroom and was a delight with lots of seating. Would certainly recommend.

With three levels, we could have separate areas for each family. There is lots of space, the kitchen is amply supplied, and the location is the best. It's a minute walk to the boardwalk and the beach. It was the best beach vacation ever and if we can coordinate schedules again, we would love to return.

My husband and I have been vacationing in Rehoboth for the past 5 years, both just the two of us and with groups of friends. If you are looking at this property right now for a group of adult friends, stop searching and book it, you aren't going to find anything better! For context, we were a group of 10 adult friends in our 30s who stayed for a week vacation. I'll start with the location, which was amazing. We were half a block from the beach, so we were able to trickle down on our own timelines and meet up, and the house was so close that there was no concern about making sure that we were bringing everything with us. At the same time, we were right in the middle of town, so we were walking distance to all of the shops, restaurants, and bars that are in town, so other than going to the grocery store our cars were parked in the 3 included parking spots (and the house also had a parking pass for our 4th vehicle that was able to be parked a block away). The house itself was amazing. The kitchen was big and spacious with two refrigerators. It was well stocked so we were able to cook plenty of group meals. The downstairs was wide open with plenty of space for us to all congregate together without ever feeling crowded. The roof top deck was a highlight of the trip, and we spent time out there every day. There is plenty of seating, and it was so relaxing to spend time out there at all times during the day. The owners were incredibly hospitable, communicative, and kind. You can tell that they are a wonderful family that genuinely care about their guests enjoying their stay in this home. This is truly a fantastic property, and if the dates are available for your group I highly recommend booking it for your trip!

Our family had a wonderful week at this beautiful house. We had five adults and four children (ranging in age from 2-11) and the house was perfect. It was spacious, clean, well appointed, and a perfect location. The family room was perfect for the kids to spread out and play, there was plenty of room for us all to eat together as a family, and the adults loved the roof deck. The location to the beach and boardwalk can't be beat. Communication with the Core family was wonderful. Thank you for a fantastic trip!

Right when we walked in we were amazed with the size of the property and the convenience to the beach, boardwalk and downtown Rehoboth. We had a large family group and we were all able to spread out if we wanted or even hang out together on the main floor or even out on the large deck at night. Would love to stay there again!

We’ve been coming to Rehoboth for family vacations for 25 years. We’ve rented houses all over the town and this house was a gem. It fit our two families perfectly and was a 10 minute walk anywhere in town. The house is well stocked with the little essentials you need for a beach week. Communications with the Corle family (the owners) via VRBO was easy and convenient. We r hoping to stay here again but next time for 2 weeks!!
