It was a small stand alone house with plenty of room inside. We were able to park right in front which made it easy to transfer luggage to and from the car. The bed was quite large and comfortable. It was also quiet allowing us to get some much needed rest.
The bathroom needs upgrading and cleaning. The kitchen needs some more utensils and place settings. Getting to the accomodation from the freeway required driving past it and doing a U turn to get to the driveway. There was a lighted intersection that made it safe.

The house itself is ok, but the position is sketchy: the parking lot is very busy with cars at night, with a police car stationing there with flashing lights all night

The size was nice, and it was at the back of the property, so it was quiet. The king bed was large enough for 3, and the bathroom and shower were ok. We arrived late and checked out late; they accommodated that schedule and provided the code to self-check in. The toaster worked and the fridge was full sized. The dining table was perfect for the 3 of us. Parking was free, and on the property. We walked the 2.5 miles to the Rose Parade.
We thought there were 2 beds, but the one bed was a cot folded up in the closet and it had some broken hinges, so we didn't want to risk it breaking or falling apart in the middle of the night. The sofa wasn't a bed. The heat was off and we didn't see the thermostat next to the bathroom until the next morning. It was 58 degrees inside. We did have extra blankets, and we were very tired, so we slept - all 3 adults - on the bed. The kitchen was nice, but there wasn't enough silverware for 3 people to have a meal. Luckily, we had some plastic utensils with us. The worst thing was that it smelled of smoke - weed and possibly tobacco. There were candles, but we couldn't find a lighter.

Cozy and comfortable!

The apartment was quiet with no shared walls & spacious enough for one person; had the basic amenities I needed. At night and early morning it was great having climate control for comfort during the recent cold 🥶 spells. The owner was extremely pleasant, friendly, welcoming & accommodating; even allowed me to pick fruit from her trees.
Nothing to not like.

Great location had all the amenities needed and had a person on site to help which we did need their help.
Didn't really know how to use the TV controls and heating air conditioning was a little difficult to maneuver

In general the place isn’t too bad and the price is reasonable. It’s set back from the main street so it’s quiet.
Has Netflix account
Fully equipped kitchen
Smell of cigarettes. Listing mentioned non-smoking.
Kitchen faucet not working correctly (can’t regulate hot and cold very well).
Shower faucet not working correctly so very little hot water.
Bathroom not terrible but a bit worn out looking. Needs a bit of remodeling.
Arm chair also somewhat worn out looking. Could at least use a cleaning.
There were a few flies inside.
Sitting outside I got 5 mosquito bites in just a couple of minutes. Please figure out where there’s standing water (an old tire or anything else) where they may be breeding so you don’t have to spray poison.
Window screen in bedroom has a damaged frame. So I’m not sealed well. Right next to area where I got mosquito bites. So didn’t want to leave window open at night for air. Made bedroom less comfortable.
