Bel posto dove soggiornare per una visita ad Indianapolis e dintorni.

Hotel bello, nuovo, pulito e moderno con le stanze grandi e spaziose. Si trova fuori città ma con un infrastruttura sviluppata propria nella zona dell'hotel. Diversi ristoranti con un ottima cucina, il supermercato. La colazione è di sicuro molto più ricca della media degli hotel americani. Acqua gratis che non è così dappertutto. Ottima palestra e piscina.

La moquette nelle stanze che è una soluzione non molto igienica soprattutto con il passare del tempo e soprattutto per le persone allergiche alla polvere. Ho chiesto di sostituire i cuscini e la coperta contenenti la piuma d'oca con quelli sintetici a causa dell'allergia . All'inizio non l'hanno capito (non a causa del mio inglese) e hanno portato sempre gli stessi cuscini, poi invece hanno rimediato portando quelli giusti che nel frattempo ho trovato da sola nell'armadio della camera. Peccato che ho dovuto rifarmi il letto da sola. Non me le hanno cambiati loro.

Would stay there anytime ..perfect

Excellent property, amazing location, good not have asked for a better place to stay for my son's basketball tournament.. so many places to eat within walking distance and a Krogers next door..super clean and TV's even had chrome cast to stream from your phone

Disappointed as I was charged two nights two rooms. Only needed one night

I called twice, once to confirm and once to change th reserve ration fron two night to one. Upon arrival , res was not change and staff helped take one night one room off. I was still charged two nights for second room.very disappointed

Would recommend

The gm (Nicole) went above and beyond with a fridge issue. She not only stepped up and made it right, but went above and beyond with the problem. 5 star stay. Shower head needs cleaned, or replaced due to build up but amazing.

2nd time staying, maybe the last.

Location, location. Comfy beds, good breakfast. Onsite bar and close to all the things.

Took an hour to checkin, literally. Staff did offer a discount because of the hassle. But then hotel is pet friendly which is fine, but when we got into our room it smelled of a wet dog and there was dog food under the desk. Luckily the smell dissipated by the next morning. Oh and no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

we visit Fishers, IN somewhat often and are Hyatt club members. we are not very likely to stay at this hotel again.

location to purpose of trip; potential for it to be a nicer property

dissatisfaction with staff and attention. A 6 night stay and we quite literally had to plead to get the room serviced one time during the stay. the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall -we mentioned it 3 times and nothing was done about it. We eventually put trash and used towels out in the hallway. on departure the, front desk staff morning greeting was one word… “Room?” followed by a second word, “Receipt?” … What happened to common social courtesy in the hospitality industry??? “Good morning! Checking out ? Was everything alright with your stay with us?” … Well, actually no, we had trouble with…

Very nice and worth the money

very nice brand new hotel and modern great location. delicious breakfast and huge dining area.

I’m short I wished I could’ve been able to adjust the shower head because the water was flowing straight towards my face and was situated too high. Other than that our stay was pleasant.

Very clean, comfortable place to stay. Loved the separate

It was great!

Our toilet never shut off by itself...we had to open the tank and manually pull the float up each and every time. It was very annoying and was reported twice to no avail. No maintenance people ever came to the room. Also the sink took f o r e v e r to drain and they were told about this and never came to look at it.

Great location

I stay here every time I’m in town. This time the room didn’t seem very clean. lots of hair in the bed and on the couch, dead bugs, dusty. The bed also wasn’t comfortable at all and there wasn’t a true fitted sheet so it kept coming off the bed. yuck
