Modern, clean, central, adequate for a couple
Access a major issue. We were given a 6 digit access code, but the keypad only accepted 5. After several attempts, we went to a cocktail bar next door, who kindly let us in through a back entrance. This was a poor start to our holiday after a 3+ hour journey. Surely a telephone number should have been provided.
Parking was a nightmare!! We were having to move the car regularly due to time restrictions, and parking spots were at a premium, this was November!!
The wi-fi appears to work, but there was no internet access throughout the trip, unless we went out. There were no instructions for the cooker,, which was difficult. The heated rail in the bathroom didn't work, meaning damp towels and a musty smell. Bathroom door very difficult to open from the inside, leading to some anxious moments trying to get out.

brilliant. Great location. flat was awesome. every thing was great. ...very cosy...loved it.

A lovely calm, comfortable, space that was great for people watching with all facilities on the doorstep. Lots of thoughtful touches such as milk and snacks. Good use of space meant that it wasn't cluttered but contained everything needed
.
Parking was very difficult, partly due to an autumn heatwave and many people rushing to the coast. Due to the heat we had to keep the windows open and the noise from the street seemed louder in the apartment than at street level as it bounced off the buildings around the plaza. I would be happy to stay in the property again if the weather was cooler and I could close the windows!

Nice ocean view. Close to everything. Very clean. Owner was very responsive.
Parking is a little difficult. There is a bar downstairs with outside seating right below the windows. The first night it rained and all was quiet. Thre second night was warm and people sat outside eating, drinking, smoking and talking until around 11pm. There is no air-conditioning so the choice is windows closed, quiteter and stuffy or windows open, noisy and airy.

Location is excellent , with lovely veiw over the Cambrian Coast . Facilities were great , chips , milk and chocolate as welcoming gesture was very thoughtful. Bed linen smelt very clean and nice .Easy communication for checking in .
Very light at night in the bedroom , dark curtains would be perfect .
As it's pet friendly my husband did get hayfever from the soft furnishings and fur rugs . Could see a few staining on the floor mat and couch cushions .

Property was in a central location and close to the promenade. it was very well equipped, with nice touches like milk in the fridge, some chocolates and crisps, coffee, tea etc, which was very welcome since we were arriving late in the evening. Decor is neutral and stylish (white furnishings throughout). The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water.
It was marketed as having parking available, but that was limited to a 2 hour slot otherwise you risk a ticket. Alternative given was free parking on nearby streets, if you could find something. I can imagine that this would be difficult at the height of Summer. It was annoying because we specifically filtered search for parking, so felt mis-led by this. Luckily there was a paid car park around 5 minutes walk away which was cheap enough.
It was also cold in the apartment. We put the heating on but it took a while to warm up. We didn’t find the switch for the towel rail in the bathroom until the following day so towels were still damp at 2nd use. I realise that energy costs are high but heating could have been on low settings so it was a little more welcoming.
The only other minor thing was the cleanliness of the shower cubicle. The grouting and tiles were mucky, but 10 minutes with the Kitchen spray and a scouring pad cleaned it all off. A bit more attention to detail would have allowed me to give this location full marks.

very central, clean and enough room for a couple for a few nights
Windows were not double glazed or sound proof.

Location great
Bathroom small, grout in shower dirty and slimy. No easy or convenient parking

Lovely location, short walk from the train station and the seafront.
Small apartment, but ideal for a few days stay.
Would have been useful to have a small folder with wifi password, local attractions etc as we'd never been to the town before.

Exactly as advertised on the tin.
We could not find any reliable long term car parking facility anywhere in the vicinity of the property. road parking is for 2 hours only and very difficult to get. We spent a lot of time worrying about parking our car and moving it from oroad to road so as not to get a fine.

location was great, lovely apartment well kitted out and thoughtful host
no curtains, only blinds so very light when trying to sleep and windows quite thin so can be noisy (due to amazing location). nothing an eye mask and ear plugs wouldn’t fix but seems easy enough to put some curtains in the bedroom

A lovely comfortable apartment. Has a comfy bed. A lovely view from the window. Central for the town. nice to have a welcome pack of snacks and milk too.
A bit noisy at night but it was fresher’s week! The square outside is lit up brightly which may annoy some!

Love the sweet/crisps on the coffee table!
Kitchen facilities great!
Shower compact! But very good pressure !
Lovely towels and bed linen
Sash window in bedroom rattled! Could have done with a beer mat to wedge it!

Very thoughtful of the owner to provide some welcome goodies. The flat is very well equipped and spacious. The view of the sea/seafront from the flat was great and I would definitely book again.
There wasn't anything I didn't like.

lovely & clean & near to local restaurants & beach
The noise outside in the street near to the cocktail bar.It seemed to attract people late in the evening which woke us up as they hang around talking etc. Maybe a glazing over the windows would help.
