Lovely stay!

Small cozy hotel..whenever i visit chennai my first choice is this .i feel like home ..lovely interiors..clean rooms...tasty breakfast..for this budget they give the best

It was not a comfortable stay

The lift was too small, not even one person can fit in and the washroom was too small again, the door non was broken, we informed still that wasn’t fixed and the commode was broken, again we told about it but didn’t fix it

I booked the hotel under the impression that it was a hotel. After reaching the location, I realised that it is just a serviced apartment. The advertisement was misguiding. In addition, the number of staff were inadequate.

The guy at the reception was really helpful. He made our stay pleasant . Thanks to him. He even declined to take some tips money. On arrival we were offered a room which was not upto the mark. But the staff quickly arranged a different room which was much cleaner and had a better ac. The ac however was leaking water and by the next morning there was a pool of water under the ac, which was a safety hazard. But once reported , staff took care of it. The room had a working TV, kettle. Breakfast was provided in room which was good. Location wise it's 10 mins walk to velachery bus stand. So it's a bit interior. There is a grocery store and pharmacy right next to the hotel. For restaurants, the best option is taking a 10 min walk to velchery or order online via swiggy or zomato.

Location , difficult to find or to explain to auto or cab guys. Price is bit on the higher side. Provided the facility is bit dated and needs improvement in some areas , price can be bit lower .

Nothing

Worst service delivered by Augustine working at night shift. He was clearly informed that we are traveling with 2 patients, early check out. No lights were on, he was sleeping away to glory. On another note, he had an audacity to argue with us, he actually said that I was sleeping. How stupid can you be.... ridiculous !!! Pathetic service...

stay was ok ok, but was forced to leave even after informing prior.

property is in a residential area far from center

no proper communication between staff and owner. hence i was sent out stating that there were other guests waiting. I had already informed the staff regarding a late check out for extra money, but the owner was not aware and dint even oblige to correct their mistake.

Decent Stay

Spacious & Clean rooms and bathrooms. Property was quite new. Only bike parking space. But calm & peacful area.

No Car parking space inside.No room boys to help. Car needs to be parked on the road. only 3 people allowed in a room. They dont provide additional bed for 4th person though space is available and u are ready to pay. Property is a bit far from Main road.

Poor housekeeping, cleanliness. Costly stay. Not worth the money.

I liked the lighting in the room. I liked the location which is somewhat near the Perungudi railway station. That's it.

There is no housekeeping. Nobody comes to clean the room. No lift facility. The bathroom was dirty. The taps are all rusted. The water is bad. Wifi is too slow. They even charge money for drinking water. The breakfast is not at all sufficient. Overall, it is not worth the money we paid.

The lady at the reception was so humble and good. She provided me the breakfast at odd times in the morning. Finally the hospitality was beyond excellence.

Very bad and do not recommend it.

Room was disgusting with bed smelling of sweat and musty smell over all around the room. It was pathetic and after complaining the servicer was just to come in a spray some room freshener.

Room and bed and pillows had bad smell Overall.
