Great ski area, Le Terril Blanc is well located with very helpful staff.

Very good location close to lifts and the resort center, fantastic views.

There could have been a bit more fruit at the breakfast. Prices of food and drink in the resort are very high.

Schöner Aufenthalt im Herzen von Tignes

Außergewöhnliche Lage, Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel, 5mn zum Zentrum von Tignes-Lac zu Fuß. Sehr nettes Personal. Tiefgarage Le lac 3 ca. 500m entfernt.

Mycket bra läge och trevligt pensionat.

Läget med dess närheten till liftar, restauranger och affärer var mycket bra. Mycket trevlig personal och bra och riklig frukost. Puben i källaren var ett positivt inslag med dess samkväms ytor. Skid och pjäxrummet var perfekt lokaliserat bredvid ytterdörren.

Rummen var bra städade när vi kom men blev informerade att vi själv säga till om man önskade städat. Vi sa till att vi ville ha städat i slutet av vår 5 dagars vistelse och att det räckte med att de bytte handdukar och städade golven. Vi fick nya handdukar men ingen städning. Laminat golvet i rummet satt inte ihop och verkar ha varit utsatt för vattenskada.

ottima prima colazione con buoni prodotti in una sala luminosa e ben arredata ottimo il locale deposito per sci e scarponi comodo il parcheggio (a pagamento) davanti all'hotel letti confortevoli, stanze ben esposte sul lago e silenziose convenzione con sconto del (reale) 15% e facilità di reservazione presso l'ottimo ristorante Les Planches a 300 mt fermata bus navetta per Val Claret esattamente di fronte all'Hotel

abbellire un pò stanze e bagni nel corso di giornata, il locale soggiorno è utilizzabile solo dalle 17.30 alle 20.30 quando anche il bar è aperto. alla chiusura del bar, il soggiorno non può più essere illuminato: comandi elettrici dietro il bancone del bar disattivati alla chiusura dello stesso

Un séjour très agréable :-)

La gentillesse et l’amabilité du personnel et la proximité des pistes et de l’arrêt de bus qui est juste devant. La chambre était confortable et le petit déjeuner copieux. Le bar avait toutes les boissons désirées et le fait de pouvoir y manger des repas à emporter était très apprécié.

Les portes coulissantes de l’armoire ne fonctionnaient pas bien et la chambre était un peu petite pour trois personnes.

uitzicht over meer en goede kamer aan voorzijde met voldoende ruimte.

het ontbijt is karig en je wil graag wat uitgebreider met meer keuzes op vakantie. Bijvoorbeeld geen omelette of iets van warme gerechten. Geen keuze.

Location is perfect

Sound proof inside room is really poor.U can hear people talking clearly next door. Cannot hv good sleep if u want to sleep early if u got a talkative neighbour and I can hear them snoring actually in the middle of the night.

Lovely hotel much better than expected. The photos don't do it justice! Lovely bar area to chill in the evenings, with take-aways. Great friendly staff. Lovely fresh breakfast. Perfect location, stunning lake front views to wake up to. Rooms were very warm, cosy and beds very comfortable.

Would have loved the option of ordering eggs for breakfast.

quiet location on the lake but everything very close (lifts, shops, restaurants etc). the owners and staff really do everything to make you feel welcome and enjoy your stay

it was a tiny bit cold in the room, but it was quickly solved by the owner with an extra electric heater

Great hosts, there is a bus station so it is easy to get around. There is an equipment room for the ski gear which makes it easier to store

The staff were very friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions. Bar area is very nice. Bus stop close outside is useful for skiers. Good ski locker room. Lots of restaurants nearby. Great skiing. Comfy bed.

No big downsides considering this is a 2* facility.

Very enjoyable skiing holiday in a friendly family run hotel ideally located for lifts, ski bus etc.

Very friendly family run hotel with owners/ staff very helpful and supportive. Rooms good, ski boot room very easy to access, breakfast good and bar/ social area excellent for post skiing. View of lake is great offering terrace in warmer weather. Excellent location with a very short walk to Tignes 2100 centre for lifts, shops and restaurants and ski shuttle bus stop right outside also allowing quick and convenient access to Val Claret. We enjoyed our stay and the hotel was very convenient and comfortable for a skiing holiday.

Great location with a bus stop next to the property. Reasonable price compared to other residence. Amazing view on the lake from the rooms. Very considerate owners.

Room is very small for three people. Not enough heaters to dry clothes. Toilet without active ventilation. All room facilities are pretty old. Breakfast is very basic (cereal, some croissants and bread).
