Air conditioned. Great for summer vacay. Super near to a public beach. Self check in available.
The owners were okay with us checking in late and leaving our bags there after checking out.
If you guys are travelling with public transport, maybe dont choose this place. There is a bus stop right outside the property but it is super not punctual. There is a kitchen but no washing machine
The property is on a bit scarier side of the city.

It's a very clean, nice and comfortable apartment I enjoyed spending time there. I was surprised that there was all that you need at the kitchen, room, and bathroom. You can check in since 7am. Quickly and polite replies. There are badges if you want them to clean up your room
They don't speak English, but in that city almost nobody speaks this language

Good property , is ok for a couple of nights max
The area around the place looks dirty and not very safe to be around

It was great to have a fridge and kitchen. It had good air conditioning
The host was extremely hard to communicate with. when we arrived we were trying to message them for the wifi password and they kept ignoring our question. It wasn’t until we met another guest staying there that we found out that there was no wifi as they were changing networks but it had supposedly been like this for over 1 week. We never once met the host despite needing to pay the city tax in person and ending up giving our cash to the cleaner. The check out time they have on booking.com is also incorrect and the cleaner wasn’t happy to still see us there after 10am

Relitively easy access with public transport. Water bottle was left in the room which was nice coming in the night/no access to the shop.
Mold in the bathroom and on kitchen/bedroom walls. Wifi didn't work at all. Lack of fresh air in the rooms. Noone speak english from staff, hard to reach the staff.

The location is fine if you want to travel south - Pompei, Ercolano, Vesuvio, Sorrento.
No wifi during the whole week, no intentions to fix it (the landlady said it's"not her fault" and did nothing in this manner). Location is bad for going to/from the airport and the center od Naples. Bad air circulation, the window was just above the ceiling, dark room all the time, the sewage smell could wake you up at night. Lack of basic equipement and very uncomfortable beds. Don't expect any help from the landlady, she will only contact you in order to collect tourist tax. La Rumba is close to the beach however the beach was so dirty that it was hard to put a foot on it. The neighbourhood was extremely dirty (dog pooh, trash everywhere). There was also old food in the freezer. Buon appetito!

No wifi at all

The staff were very good at communication from start to finish, we got key locks before we arrived and wifi codes as we landed. The people looking after the place were so friendly and helpful and did everything they could for you, till the last day we left.
There was nothing I didn't like

the property is a bit far away from the airport
the smell of the room, even if they tried to put an air refresher, you could still fell a bad smell

It was in a nice neighborhood. The bus stop is just across the street. The bed was wide. Lots of fruit stands nearby :)) there was an oven and a stove, 2 espresso pots. The size of the bathroom was sufficient.
The host couldn't understand English. The bed was noisy. There were no spatulas, no sponge to wash dishes, no oil for cooking, no parchment paper. The tap water couldn't be used for drinking.

The accommodation is on the outskirts of Naples, close to Pompeii. It can be reached by trolleybus 254 from Garibaldi Square in 20-25 minutes. The stop is Corso San Giovanni at Teduccio I Vico Marina. The driver will help you where to get off if you ask. You can experience the real life of the people of Naples. If the whole day is spent sightseeing, the room is suitable for sleeping, the decor is cute and tasteful, just like in the photos, but there is only a window, just below the ceiling. In the morning you can hear the seagulls and walk to the beach in 3 minutes.
It would have been better if the wifi worked.
