Chambre magnifique

Tout s'est très bien passé, la chambre est magnifique et le onsen superbe (surtout côté homme)

La climatisation qui se met à 28° automatiquement après 1h de fonctionnement 🥵.

De los mejores hoteles del lugar con buena vista.

Bonito elegante buena comida, la ubicación un poco lejos de la estación, pero tiene un Starbucks Coffee a la par de la entrada en una biblioteca que siempre se mantiene llena de gente de todas las edades que está estudiando a toda hora y cualquier día ya que nosotros llegamos domingo en la tarde.

Todo está muy bonito nada que decir que sea malo.

Une belle surprise malgré quelques déceptions...

La chambre, la qualité des services et le design de l'hôtel.

L'attente pour le petit déjeuner, malgré une horaire fixée au préalable et le manque de communication de certains membres du personnel. Nous pouvons ajouter à cela la différence des installations concernant le sky spa entre les hommes et les femmes.

値段の割にとても良かったです！

ロケーションがよく、朝ごはんのバイキングも充実していました。お風呂が景色が本当によくて、とても良かったです！

部屋の設備が壁が剥がれていたり、ちょっと気になる点が何箇所かありました。あとは、駅前という場所的に仕方ないと思いますがもう少し部屋が広いとありがたかったです。

骨休めに最適！近隣圏の方は是非。

街側のロケーションでしたが、部屋もゆったりしていてとてもよかったです。滞在時間が短かかったのが残念。ぼんやりしたいときにまた行こうかな？と思いました。

入口がわかりにくいです。入れば別世界ですのでそれはそれでよいかと。

Brilliant hotel

Room was huge and had big window with a great view. Rooftop spa was incredible.

Great place for stay in Wakayama

Hotel just next to train station, bus terminal but not JR station. Room was clean and cosy . Nice onsen area, has outdoor section. Staff were friendly and helpful.

朝食が品数も多くおいしかった。部屋は清潔感がありよかった。露天風呂も夜中も入り放題でとてもよかった。

廊下の音が部屋の中まで聞こえてきた。スカイスパの中の女子トイレの鍵が壊れていた。あとロッカーの9番？の鍵も壊れていた。

a nice cosy hotel that comes with the perks of an Onsen... worth the money spent

Location, Staff, Cleanliness and finally the Onsen....

Bed feels a tad hard for senior like us... didnt really had a good sleep... other than this ... everything is fantastic

Great hotel

Room is spacious and nice view from room and lobby.

Despite public bath is nice but not be able to cater for more people. Beside that, the location is not at strategic tourist spots.

Do not go if you have tattoos.

Very well kept property, offers a spa and nice views. Friendly staff

I booked this hotel because of the spa on the rooftop and I was informed after checking in that I couldn’t go because I had tattoos. Or I would have to pay 2000 yen’s in cover ups to be able to enter because I have small tattoos on my arms and each needed to be covered. On the website of the hotel it says that those cover ups are provided but they need to be bought… And the only place mentioning not accepting tattoed people is in a FAQ’s… I think that would be a capital information that maybe deserves a spot in « important policies ». Very disappointed

Other than the parking arrangements, everything is good.

Location, rooftop onsen

A staff failed to provide accurate information about the parking arrangements. We did enquire about the parking fee and how to settle the payment when we checked in. The staff just emphasized using the machine at the parking lot and the fee for 24 hours is 800 yens. She did not tell us that a stamp from the hotel front desk is required before making payment. Therefore, instead of paying 800 yens for one day, we paid 66,000 yens for the first day!!!

Nice hotel, great SkySpa

The SkySpa was the main draw for choosing this hotel and it was very nice. I always had the women’s outdoor onsen to myself. Nice view of the river. Compared to other hotels in Japan, these softer beds and higher pillows were very comfort. I booked the corner room, which was comfortably sized for 2 people, although we did not have big luggage. The window seats were very nice for enjoying the view. Staff was kind and helpful. Location was a bit away from town center and castle, about 15-30 min walk. there were a few restaurants nearby but we mainly dined towards town center.

Distance from center of town means not many cafes, restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast was disappointing. Food quality was inconsistent, offered very little fruit options.

Beautiful design and tasteful finishing. The room was small in size but felt spacious thanks to great design. Bed was comfortable, great breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff.

The location is excellent. It is within three minutes walk to the Wakayamashi Station.
