10/10 hotel in a great location.

Property was well located, amazing value for money. Staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The room was clean and well maintained. You barely hear anyone else while you are in the room. The floors remain locked after certain times which means only guests staying on them can access them, this is similar to the access to the hotel after certain times.

While I do prefer the stripped back room style, in the room I stayed in there was no storage unfortunately. I feel like for 2 people, you do need more than two hooks in the full room for clothes. Luckily we were only there a few nights so it wasn’t much of a hassle to keep one or two items folded. But when I plan to stay for longer it isn’t ideal.

Big Yellow Storage meets hostel vibe at a very up-market price.

Smack on Picadilly Circus, it couldn't be better placed. No external noise got into the room. Nice comfy bed. Decent shower. Good reception experience; helpful staff.

I appreciate the 'zone out and minimalist' zen vibe; not having a TV (or window) in the room didn't worry me one bit. Not having a wardrobe, clothes shelf or even a coat hanger was actually a nuisance, though. Not having a desk or even a chair, even more so: it is possible to sit on the bed and hold a conference call, but it's not the best way if you need to take notes. If the expectation is that everyone is just going to wear crumpled clothes and live out of suitcases on the floor, it should probably be articulated with a bit more clarity early in the booking process. The breakfast/cafe area was pretty bare and uninviting; felt like something out of a student hostel. The interior layout reminded me more of 'Big Yellow Storage' than a conventional hotel. And for the price, I would have liked the toilet seat to have been properly fitted and the noisy extractor above it covered with a baffle of some kind. Felt like a typically lazy central London hotel approach, predicted on the endless stream of tourists who can be relied upon never to come back anyway.

Stanza ridicola senza possibilità di appoggiare nulla,assenza di armadi e comodini. Venduta come stanza per rilassarsi,si sentiva la musica a palla che faceva traballare le pareti nella mia stanza al secondo piano fino a notte fonda. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno

Εξαιρετικη τοποθεσια για οσους θελουν να επισκεφθουν την αγορα ,τα θεατρα και τα εστιατορια και ευκολη προσβαση με το subway στα κυριοτερα μουσεια χρησιμοποιωντας μια μονο γραμμη Σε περιπτωση που εχετε πολλες βαλιτσες ισως δυσκολευτειτε στη σταση picadilly H απουσια παραθυρων στα παραθυρα αντισταθμιζεται με την απολυτη ελλειψη εξωτερικου θορυβου

Ελλειψη επιπλων και εξοπλισμου στα δωματια (καρεκλες ,παγκοι τοποθετησης βαλιτσας) δυσκολη ντουζιερα χωρις επιλογες (σταθερη ροη νερου μονο πανω απο το κεφαλι)

Les draps. Beaucoup trop courts pour moi. Pourtant je mesure 176cm. Ils m’arrivaient seulement à l’abdomen. J’ai eu froid pendant la nuit.

Not happy to go again!

Location was perfect! I was served Non-Veg breakfast whereas I am a vegetarian. The staff for the breakfast are super rude and un accommodative!

Didn’t like breakfast and restaurant didn’t go with the vibe of the hotel so modern, stylish & relaxed. Also disappointed I had to pay an extra £30 in total for my luggage to be held ☹️

Simple room great location

Location was perfect was fine for one night

Room smelt damp, had a suffocation feeling, toilet was weirdly high so felt uncomfortable. Fire alarm went off randomly and as a room with no windows this was slightly uncomfortable, Bathroom was basic, shower head needed changing as it’s got rust on it.

Nice but comes with some flaws.

Nice room, easy.

Hotel room wasn’t available to had to change to a different one and move everything in the morning in to a different room. Not enough toilet rolls provided Extortionate fee to store bags after checking out/in (£15 per item) which is by far the highest fee I’ve seen out of all the hotels I’ve stayed at.

There is a night club next door that has extremely loud music that is heard in our room on 2nd floor. Its bass was vibrating items in the room at 2am. The staff could not care less and essentially just tell you to put some earphones in and deal with it. Room amenities as basic as possible.

Ne recommande pas cet hôtel

Hôtel très bien placé dans le centre de Londres.

Chambres ne correspondaient pas à la réservation à savoir une chambre double et une chambre twin. Nous avons eu 2 chambres doubles. De plus, après changement de chambre, celle-ci se situait au dessus du bar avec de la musique jusqu’au bout de la nuit, le sol vibrait… Pas de ménage pendant 4 jours mais serviettes changées. Pas de brosse pour les toilettes. Pas de télévision. Personnels pas toujours à l’écoute, pas de geste commercial proposé après le problème de la chambre. Petit déjeuner très décevant dans ambiance saloon: choix limité, pas de sucré proposé (confiture, yaourt par exemple) jus d’orange=eau colorée, service très lent (jusqu’à une heure pour prendre le petit-déjeuner …), bref mieux vaut prendre un breakfast dans un des nombreux restaurants du quartier

There is a nightclub in the basement so I couldn’t sleep, hotel charges for luggage storage, for early check in, dont give up an adapter. Sink wasnt workint at my room, and the air from ac is cold whatever number u put. The worst experience ever

Fantastic placed budget hotel 😁

The breakfast is in the coyote ugly bar and was not great mostly due to the smell of a bar that was very much used.

No TV in the bedroom, other than a bed no other furniture in the room and no water or other beverages in the room

Very convenient location. Rooms are basic but we knew that when booking. Staff were very friendly and ended up with a larger room than expected

Unfortunately, we had booked our room with breakfast but ended up not be able to have anything. The breakfast is served in the coyote ugly bar next door and after staff took our order, we waited 25 mins but nothing came. Asked a staff member who politely told us to wait as everything is freshly cooked to order. Then continue to see other families being seated and their food arriving before ours. After another 15 minute wait we couldn't wait anymore as we had booked excursions. So told the staff who apologised after realising he served our food to the wrong table. Wouldn't be put off from this however, as it was human error and these things happen.

It was ok. The hotel room looked good, but it was dirty. Bad cleaning. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The room was dirty. The bed had been made, but they had not cleaned the room. The floor had been spilled on by previous guests and we found hair, rhinestones, dirt and dust everywhere. We told the staff and they said they were going to send up someone to clean our rooms again. When we came back 9 hours later, they still hadn’t cleaned it. We had to clean it ourselves.

El personal de la entrada se hicieron los tontos para sacarme 40 libras por llegar antes del chek -in cuando yo solo quería gastar 15 para dejar una maleta. Utilizaron la táctica de no te entiendo( en hotel tendría q estar obligado a sus empleados a conocer la segunda lengua más hablada del mundo) utilizamos inglés para comunicarnos pero se mueven por la comisión de todas estas “operaciones “….

Nice place would recommend for location but don’t expect a lot.

Location great bed comfy, modern. Great look as you walk in. Bedrooms are quiet from noise from street.

When we arrived the checking in system was down and we were told to sit and wait, we got forgotten about I had to go keep speaking to someone. We had a really long day and needed to change to go meet people. Eventually someone let us in room but we still didn’t have a key. While we were waiting a guy did walk round giving out water bottles to everyone which was a nice touch. On way out I asked for a hairdryer which was £10, however when I sued it the next day it didn’t work I did tell reception and I wasn’t charged. But £10 for use of a rubbish hairdryer is a bit steep. Also I asked for dinner recommendations and got nothing the guys at desk couldn’t be bothered to think so left with nothing. The room was open when we arrived the receptionist thinks the cleaner had left it open by mistake but it was a bit odd as he then proceeded to lock himself in the room to get me to test the door from outside. There were hairs on sink when I went to use it and also when you lay on bed you could see the rim of the inside of toilet bowl which was mouldy so a bit gross to see when in bed. I get the concept and room and bed comfy. But just could have been a better stay.

Location was great, super central and close to SOHO

Felt like a complete factory for sleeping in. Room wasn’t as advertised (a cosy “cocoon” with a timber sleeping nook). “Minimalist” is a generous word for sparse, no lamp, no bedside table. Very greedy company charging for things that are commonplace in other hotels such as hairdryers and luggage storage. Bed was uncomfortable.

The location is very good

The matrasses were not very good, too soft, laying on the ground, not even a chair in the room. Very basic for the money. Room wasn’t really clean, the electricity didn’t work properly, only two usb ports worked, we couldn’t charge our devices.
