Emplacement idéal et confortable à Praia

Hôtel très bien placé sur le Plateau de Praia. Grande chambre avec climatisation et mini-frigo. Grand lit double. Bon petit déjeuner varié sous forme de buffet sucré salé (mention spéciale pour les très bons flan coco et gâteau à la banane). Personnel discret mais très serviable. De très bons restaurants sont situés à quelques minutes à pied de l’hôtel. Possibilité de garer une voiture de location sur la place devant l’hôtel (attention places payantes selon les heures) ou de trouver un taxi.

Chambre un peu sombre (mais permet de garder la fraîcheur). Pas de piles dans le coffre sécurisé. Pas d’eau vraiment chaude dans la douche.

POSIBILIDADES PERO LE FALTA TENER LAS PEQUEÑAS REPARACIONES AL DÍA

Lo mejor la ubicación, el desayuno sencillo pero bien, la habitación muy bien con terraza. La decoración del hotel muy bien.

Es un quiero y no puedo, muchas posibilidades pero le fallan los detalles, un ejemplo, la puerta del baño de la habitación no cerraba porque el la chapita del marco estaba desatornillada. Aire acondicionado, pero muy ruidoso.

Necesita arreglos y mantenimiento

Habitación grande y hotel ubicado delante de una plaza que tenía mucho ambiente. Nos dejaron guardar las maletas casi un día entero (teníamos el vuelo de vuelta en la madrugada siguiente al check-out)

El agua caliente no funcionaba y el pomo de la puerta del baño se salía. Una de las luces de la habitación estaba fundida y el wifi iba bastante mal

Clean, great value & awesome location

The place is very clean. The location is as good as you can get. I was really pleased that I was able to shut out every bit of sunlight coming into the room, which made it much easier to sleep at night.

The one minor issue I encountered was resolved peacefully.

I will never recommand this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is very bad. I stayed and payed for 3 nights with my visa card and then he cancelled my booking and mentioned no show and charged me additionnal one night because I decided to leave the hotel the next day. When I arrived the room was not made and he called someone to fix the bathroom then I decided to change the room and in the new room the air condition was not working well there was water on the floor. I called the receptionist at 2am in the morning and I didnt sleep at all. the Manager was very rude and didnt want to give me back my money even though I only slept one night in the hotel and I paid for 3 night.

Pleasant

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we had trouble booking a tour, they arranged one for us. Ady was also extremely helpful with addressing issues that occurred overnight. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options.

The room has very dark decor. We also had several issues with the room. First, the hallway to our room smelled very musty. The lights in the hallway only worked half the time. Inside our room, more than half the lights didn't work, so it was difficult to see anything in half the room. In addition, the bathroom counter was dirty, and there was mildew/mold on the ceiling. The water pressure in the shower was variable. The minibar was not stocked and the fridge was dripping brown water. We did not have issues with internet, but the wifi was not working in half the hotel during our stay. While the staff was very helpful, the manager was unresponsive. He was contacted multiple times about the issues in our room and did not respond. We also witnessed a phone call in which he hung up on his staff.

Not the cheapest but very good location, big rooms, nice balcony. Breakfast not great but OK. Close to ferry and airport. I used this hotel as my Praia base traveling Brava, Fogo, Maio.

Well located, but very poor to non-working wifi ruined my stay...

Good location, and really big rooms with a nice view over the city. Good beds, and quiet yet still with a good choice of bars and restaurants nearby.

The wifi was terrible. The first day, the wifi in my room was not working and I couldnt get another room until the next day. The second day I got a new room and everything worked well. The 3rd day however, the wifi was not working again. Not even in the reception area, Also breakfast was very poor.

Hotel in the middle of all the action in Praia

I liked the location of the hotel across from Albuquerque park, which had a reasonably priced restaurant with good food. The main bus station on Praia plateau was a short 4 block walk away so I could easily take a public bus to the other plateaus that make up Praia City. All the main government buildings, main pedestrian street were nearby. Since the hotel was at the edge of the plateau, the views looking down into the valley were pretty. I liked that there were nearby steps so you could walk down the 8 “floors” of steps to the valley below to visit the large Sucupira market, where you can also catch minibuses to further parts of the island. The room was bigger than I expected and a great value for the money. The hotel staff was so friendly and knowledgeable.

At breakfast, I wish the chef had been willing to make more than one omelette for me. Otherwise, the breakfast was nothing special.

Great stay for couples

Great value for money and great location on the Plateau. Would definitely recommend it, especially the room size is a plus compared to other locations of similar price.

The only downside was that the air conditioning initially did not work. However, this was immediately fixed by the staff upon reporting.

Exceptionally kind people! Room furnishings not as important. Hotel guests are usually out and about

The proprietor and staff were exceptionally considerate, kind and helpful during several days of gastric illness! They were not intrusive, simply made it clear they were there in case of need, calling in a doctor or bringing meds from pharmacy.... even the proverbial chicken soup!

Room furnishings could be updated, refreshed.
