good in general

the hotel was good in general the staff were extremly helpful also the location was extremly good close to the binondo church and the forts and all the places you would like to visit are less than 40 mins walk

hotel is in the city centre but i am sure that you will have some hard time when trying to sleep because of the traffic also the beds are not extremly comfortable and we did not get toilet paper in our room so we had to go buy it and the door of the bathroom cannot be closed

Lucky Hotel is only Lucky if you dont stay there!

Had a kettle, shower good, bed comfy, good air con. Location good for shopping.

The advertised tv has No reception. Internet is terrible. Lots flies bought spray Bed sheet one off didnt fit right. Had a bad smell in the reception.. Church bells annoying. After reading reviews from now to several years ago. Its all apologies but with no action at all. They just arnt bothered or it would improve. Just want what they advertise without the lies. Stayed for one week! Would have been one night if I hadnt prepaid.

Mabuti nalang at nakita namin tong hotel nato hindi nakakapangsisi na dito kami nag stay sobrang mura na niya pero ang komportable niya and also ang lapit lang niya sa mga pwedeng galaan kaya okay na okay siya for me.

The worst place I ever stayed in

It was the worst place I ever stay in. The area is sketchy, the reception has the smell of cat pee, and the room is not very safe and clean. There were cockroaches and the toilet was still dirty. Would not recommend.

Mosquitoes inside the room, Small bathroom, Dim lighting, Linens looked dirty, but great location.

The location was great because it was right across the Binondo Basilica. It was near the restaurants I wanted to try around Chinatown.

The lighting in the room was dim. The blankets were color brown which looked dirty or they were just old or worn out already. Although they didn't smell bad. The red pillows also looked dirty. The curtains also looked dirty and there were lots of mosquitos when we entered the room. We asked the staff for a mosquito repellant and they gave us one and sprayed the room. The bath room also is not good. It's so small and the water on the floor does not drain totally. You have to wear slippers all the time when you get inside the bathroom.

The pictures provided aren't accurate so lower your expectations.

The hotel's location is very convienient due to it being close to some of Binondo's famous food chains and shop.

The hotel is so old and is VERY different from the pictures provided. The bed on our room was handmade with plywood and it makes a lot of noise. Towels are only provided once u ask for them.

Good location to explore Manila

We were allowed to check in at 6am, due to having an early flight time. The staff had no issue allowing us checking in early.

It's at the heart of Binondo. The church is 10m away only and all the good known restaurants in Ongpin is just right outside the hotel

Great Cheap Stay in the nicest part of Manilla

The location was great, in between Chinatown and Intramuros. The room was tiny but clean and safe. They provide a kettle which was helpful to me. They allowed me to stay in the foyer before my night bus and looked after my bags. Staff were friendly and kind.

They only accept cash. The aircon was noisy and old. The corridor area to the rooms was not really nice. There were cats eating from trash cans and their faeces in the hallway. Also buckets under the aircon units made it a trip hazard as there is water on the floor. So if I closed my eyes going to and from my room, then it was OK.

I liked the convenient check-in, it was near a store and some food chains. It was clean and had a lot of storage appliances

The ceiling was weird and had tiny narrow gaps on it that I could see something from up somehow. I wish they had give us a more fixed room

The Hotel was really gross. Very dirty and the price was expensive for that kind of accomodation. I wrote a complaint but nobody takes care of it. I paid more than what I was asked and complained about it but the receptionist dont have any clue.

Know where your getting into...

Just the price and the location.

Worst experience ever, place is really old, full of mini cockroaches, smelly and uncomfortable. Just good to sleep and move on, we didn't even dare to open our bags there: sleep and runaway! But it is the only cheap place close to Intramuros.

Recommendable hotel.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet place. As expected from a hotel of this price range. ACU is good, and the receptionist is friendly. Even the guy whom I met during check out was very nice.

The hallway is quite dark. There's a dark area with a door on the 3rd floor that I initially thought was my room. I'm just glad that rooms for guests are numbered.

Around 1k only, which is perfect for travers on a budget

For the price which is around 1k only, this is absolutely a place to go para sa mga travelers in Manila who doesn't really need luxury or hindi naman talaga mag staycation. For the price and for the very comfy accommodation, I can say na really good value sa money to

Great location in the Metro.

We stayed here before , I think that was prior to pandemic. We used to visit Divisoria kasi and namimili ng mga clothes to sell. Now that we are back to business, my mother really wants na we stay here because of the location plus the room size is perfect for us.
