It was a stopover on my way to another destination and I hated to leave, it was comfortable.

The staff was most helpful and kind. They made sure I had everything I needed.

Breakfast was not great. But the server was very accommodating and gracious.

Time with my son… memorable… Time at the hotel… Regretful!

Location was great for what we needed.

The main lobby was appealing and well presented. However the first room was not thoroughly cleaned and had bed bugs. We moved rooms and the front desk was not intentionally pleasant. We felt like we were a bother to them. The made us pack up our stuff, get a cart and bring our stuff to the lobby… just to make us wait with no one around. They finally appeared and didn’t say a word, but handed us a key for 3 rooms down. No effort. That room was dirty, had bugs, cobwebs, trash, fingernails… etc. I have photos. Since we booked through booking there was no getting out of the issue. The door to the pool was not working with the room key entry method… so we had to go to the front desk and wait to be let in both times… it was unprofessionally run. The pool itself was saturated with strong chemicals and the was very warm… it was my sons 13th birthday trip and I’ve always emphasized to push through lifestyle hurdles and try to make the most of the situation. When checking out the paperwork was wrong and there were charges on my credit card. They said that they would be removed… but they are still on there. It had a blast with my son, but the hotel honestly was a complete letdown and a waste of money.

overall nice place

Had a problem with the elevator during our stay. Wife cannot do stairs so Jay was very helpful and got the elevator folks there to repair the issue

Handicapped king room was a long way from elevator which was difficult for my wife. Entrance to parking lot is confusing.

The property was clean and the room was satisfactory.

The extra $50 hold that was placed on my card, as well as a $135 mistake that was also placed on it. I was assured by the manager that both holds will fall off in "a few days". Hopefully, this will be true. The location was a little weird and I almost missed the turn to get there because there was no clear indication of the road name. The front desk was unmanned and I had to call out for someone, who then said the front desk attendant would be there shortly. The gentleman that eventually showed up was not rude, but also not the friendliness I have come to see and enjoy from prior stays at various Holiday Inns over the years. I almost felt that my presence to check-in was an imposition. I also understand that we are all feeling the burden of inflation and understand that a business may have to implement policies to keep the lights running and the staff paid, but this is the first time I felt like I was being nickled and dimed at my preferred hotel chain. This experience will definitely influence choosing Holiday Inn again for any future travel.

Had a great time

It was Spring Break week; there were many families with young children; the pool was a real Funhouse! Somebody decided to bake in their room and set off the fire alarm and we were on the 5th floor...lotta stairs for old folks!!

Concert trip with daughter

Room was comfortable. Request for high floor granted.

Parking lot. Lot was full when we returned after concert. Had to park in the back parking lot which seemed to be for adjacent hotel.
