All in all everything was pleasaant and good.

Clean and comfortable

The front desk lady was not too friendly at first, but got better as we dealt with her. But not a good first and front person to meet upon arrival.

Not what the reviews told us.

When we checked out, we told Miss Brandi about the dirty room we had, and she put all of our problems down and said she would take care of this at once. As a manager, we hope this is true.

We checked in and dropped off our bags and left for the day. We returned late that evening and found out our room was not cleaned well. The bed spread had dry blood spots, and we have pictures. The spread went on the floor. The desktop under the TV was very dusty and had food dried on it. The floor was half vacuumed and had tissue like it was run over by the vacuum. My wife sprayed down the room with lysol. The bathroom had two tissues left in the box. The next morning, we showed and had no shampoo and no bodywash. There was conditioner. I'm so glad my wife had a bar of soap. When we left the hallway, we still had dirt on it like a construction worker walked through in his boots. When we first got to the room, they had 3 ladies from housekeeping working on that floor, and we hope others didn't have to deal with what we did.

A really good stay and very close to my daughter and grandson.

Although I am not a regular breakfast person, the breakfast at the hotel was really decent.

Missed not having scrambled eggs.

All the comforts of home, without the work.

It is a newer facility. Modern and clean. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The room was very generous in size and immaculately clean. It is also a quiet area with a grocery and fast food within a very short walk. Oh, did I mention they have vegan and gluten free options at breakfast ?

There was a rowdy birthday party in their meeting room coming to a close when we arrived. It spilled out into the lobby, along with a lot of the party supplies. However, there was no evidence it had been there when we came down for breakfast.

Worst customer service ever!

It was a new facility and was very clean.

No customer service. We had to wait over an hour to check in, the room wasn't ready. The TV didn't work and even after repeated requests no one came to fix it. Breakfast was 45 minutes late and cold.

I enjoyed the decor and the way everything was clean.

During my stay my bed wasn't fixed. They did replace my towels and refresh the bathroom.

Loved it!

Breakfast was excellent. Very well stocked, fresh and clean. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Room very comfortable and clean. Loved the beds! All around excellent stay!

Ok stay

We needed a place to stay and this was available for not an awful price. Breakfast was included. Staff was ok, not mean, not overly friendly.

It didn't feel super clean but it wasn't awful. Bed was comfy.

We came in for a wedding weekend. The location was perfect - close to Gassaway Mansion and to Simpsonville.

The team members were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a pleasure, especially the pancake machine! This hotel offered a variety of food items and refilled as needed.

Just a suggestion. It would be fantastic to have a van offered for rides downtown. Our stay was great!

Worst experience ever

Manager Trent made threats to my children and I over a late check out that was approved by front desk, he proceeded to to tell my kids he didn’t give a damn what was said , and that he was calling the police. Now he’s taking money off my debit card . I’m filing a lawsuit against the company . Because my kids will never be the same . Harassment should never be tolerated and management isn’t doing anything about it so now I’m taking matters into my own hands.

Great Stay for a Great Price

-Very nice, looked and smelled new -Rooms were clean and spacious -Beds and pillows were very comfy -staff was nice -laundry facility -good parking, right in front -check in and check out was the simplest, probably 2 minutes each time -Walmart neighborhood market right across the street -price was great for quality

This was unusual and uncharacteristicly my worst experience at this brand!

I loved Lawanda the front desk clerk, she was awesome! I had an unpleasant experience with the cleanliness of my room, and how noisy the hotel was which caused me to complain and prepare to leave one night early. She alone was my wife and my reason for staying. She was so attentive, empathetic and genuine in showing how much we and our experience there meant to her and the brand. You would have thought that she was the owner/operator of the establishment.

The poor cleanliness of my room, the level of noise from the hotel itself, including the loud stomping guest above us, the loud slamming of the doors throughout the night and mornings, the loud sounds coming from street racers and traffic. The cleaning staff wasn't pleasant, considerate, or good at their jobs. The shower was filthy! There were urine stains running down the front of the toilet and dribbles on the floor in front of the toilet. There were one dime size and two skittles size pieces of paper laying right in the middle of the bedroom floor. I was livid, disgusted with the lack of care shown by the cleaning crew/attendants. There were liquid spills on the main entrance to the elevator and elevator floors the duration of my stay. Poor Lawanda was running the front desk, cleaning the floors, and helping in the breakfast room. It was hard to watch.

beware there is a Greenville in NC and in SC. if you are not from the area you can’t tell the difference in the listing.

I was billed for 2 nights instead of one as Booking. com listed 2 different Holiday Inns in Greenville (1 in NC and the other in SC without distinguishing them.) They all said it t was the other persons fault, and left me with the bill
