A tranquil oasis away from the hustle & bustle of Ubud Main Street
Think the hotel were decorating room next door to ours as lots of moving furniture until late at night & early morning but not a big deal

1) The Staff
The staff were excellent. We were greeted with warmth and professionalism. They went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met promptly and with a smile.
2) All day breakfast
One of the highlights of our stay was the all-day breakfast service. The variety and quality of the breakfast options were impressive including for vegetarians and vegans.
Overall we enjoyed our stay at Adiwana Bisma and will highly recommend this place.

Everything was absolutely perfect, one of the best stay I have ever had! But the best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are all so kind, so helpful… I was so sad to leave this beautiful place

Adiwana Bisma is beautiful, high end hotel, situated a bit outside the crazy and busy downtown area of Ubud. The walk towards the center of Ubud is short and very doable. The traffic in downtown Ubud is crazy and for us foreigners even dangerous.
The hotel has a great rooftop pool overlooking a wooded valley with great views and spectacular sun-sets.
One evening we attended a fire dance show with bbq dinner at the rooftop. It was a great experience. Beautiful show and delicious food.
The breakfast selections. This had to be chosen from a menu. In general they served too much for us, but also there is limited freedom to add or change some items as there are limits how many you can order. The food was great though, tasted excellent and with as much coffee/tea as you like. But maybe we were spoiled by other hotels on Bali.

We experienced exceptional service here. The staff are so friendly, attentive and just so professional. We particularly loved the option of having the included breakfast at any time of day (like really, even in the evening) and the pool area, which offers a great jungle view. We can recommend booking a more expensive room on the top floor with a jungle view, it’s absolutely worth it. Restaurants and stores as well as the monkey forest are within walking distance. The spa is also great. We‘d book again.
Almost all hotels have their small flaws, including this one (some of the furniture could do with an update), but here the positives absolutely outweigh the negatives.

I liked the staff and infinity swimming pool.
The room are on floors which are like maze. Very confusing.

Excellent facility and value for money. Friendly staff making you feel comfortable. Good views from the room and swimming pool. A short distance from the Ubud palace, Art market and monkey forest.
The food served at the Friday dance and dinner was not upto the expectations.

Thank you to everyone at the Adiwana Bisma for our superb stay. We loved it so much that after 1 day we extended our time. As soon as you enter the guest reception area you know you have come somewhere special.
The rooms were beautiful looking across the valley and jungle forest, the infinity pool was just so serene never full and like a calm oasis of tranquility.
The staff were so helpful they booked our e-bike tour through the villages and fields, the spa was perfect.
We will be back!

Everything! The hotel was fabulous, rooms large and very clean. The infinity pool with its view is fantastic. The hotel is conveniently positioned in a much quieter road off the main one and you can easily walk into town for sightseeing, eating and doing a couple of lovely local walks. But what really makes it is the staff, they truly are exceptional! The staff are so polite and helpful, they really make your stay a great experience. Special thanks to Ayra who really was so kind and helpful. Other staff, such as April in the restaurant and bar staff by the pool area.
There really was nothing to not like!

Staff was very nice, breakfast is amazing! The view from the pool is beautiful!
We had a room with a garden but there was a constant sense of humidity inside the room which was not ideal.

For hotels that are located in or close to the city center of Ubud, the Adiwana Bisma is one of the best hotels in the area. The Bisma neighborhood is so much calmer and laid back than the city center. Despite being a small property, given the location, beautiful rice paddy, and great infinity pool you feel like you’re in a much bigger resort. The hotel is just a short scooter ride away from all the sightseeing and restaurants that the city center has to offer while maintaining peace and quiet on the hotel grounds. Additionally, I have experienced issues with lots insects in the room at other hotels in Ubud, but this was not a problem at all at the Adiwana Bisma. There always little lizards outside of the rooms on the ceiling but they do not bother guests at all. The hotel is in very good condition and seems to be fairly new. Overall it was a fantastic stay for our honeymoon and a great base to explore all that Ubud has to offer and then come back to relax at the pool and enjoy our room.
While all of the staff is extremely friendly and attentive, some don’t speak good English, which can make it slightly hard to communicate. However, this is mainly true for most hotels in Bali and you can usually come to an understanding. Additionally, the laundry service and a photography session promotion that was on offer were slightly expensive for Bali standards.

Great location.
Superb breakfasts.
Large comfortable room.
Amazing shower - huge and great pressure.
Staff extremely friendly and helpful.
Pool area a little small and not enough sun beds to cater for the amount of guests. During our stay the pool water was green which was a little off-putting.
The air conditioner in our room was a bit noisy and blew straight towards the beds and could not be adjusted.

Brerakfast was excellent, especially Watermelon juice. Location of the restaurant is not convenient in a rainy day.
Housekeeping service could be improved. They forgot to refill facial tissue. Electric mosquito-repellent was delivered to the room just before the last night.

Nothing good at all to tell...! Hotel rates r exhorbitant for what we get for the stay. Our two rooms have strong musty smell, we did not have any good nite sleep at all, room smell is worse than a 3 star hotel. The AC is poorly maintained.
Saff only pretended to be friendly but did not provide any service when we encountered problem and when we request assistance, they only gave excuses.
Breakfast food quality is very bad, and service during breakfast extremely slow despite an appearnce of many staff. We talked to a few guests who shared the same opinions.
For what we paid, we expected a 5-star or at least 4-star plus quality experience. It was a total disappointment.
The so called jungle view for our rooms are nothing but just a mess of horrible and ugly half-dead branches. Its truly a misrepresentation against what we expectee from the advertisement.
The swimming pool is poorly maintained and looked quite dirty. We didn't bother to swim.
The so called afternoon tea provided consisted of food that are not edible, even worse than a 3-star hotel quality.

Only the staff was nice...
We got dirty towels...lots of insects...much noise from the room next to us...

Everything was amazing, the staff were so friendly. The room was lovely, the facilities great and the breakfast had variety was delicious. Also, the breakfast was all day so don’t have to wake up early to ensure you catch it.
The one fault I would say was the toilet could’ve been cleaner and the flush was in an awkward spot so had to touch the toilet lid to get to it.
