Very good

It was very difficult to open the door to the unit. Initially, I thought I had been given the wrong set of keys but kept struggling with the lock until it finally opened. When I spoke to the agent about this she said that they were aware of the problem and it was scheduled to be fixed after the Easter season. This was of no use to us. My elderly parents, who were staying in the unit, were nervous about leaving the unit in case they couldn't get back in. This was disappointing. We made the booking months earlier so I would have expected that everything was in working order.

Enjoyable and Rainbow Beach is amazing, just disappointed with some of the rules of the unit

I liked access to the beach however it's not walkable into town. I liked the actual unit and it was clean.

I didn't like having to bring my own linen, towels, face cloth, tea towel, pillow cases etc. When you pay over $250 per night for accommodation then I'd expect all of that to be supplied. I don't like that I was expected to vacuum, take the rubbish out and mop the floors either. The bill break down shows that a cleaner is included so why am I expected to also do that? One of the reasons I booked this unit was for the spa. The spa didn't even have water in it! The light in the toilet wasn't even working so we had to go to the toilet with a torch. I've also never had to pay a bond for a hotel room before?

Clean unit with good facilities. 20 minute walk to town but right on stretch of beach.

Clean and tidy unit.

Large complex with lots of units. We had very noisy neighbours who chose to play ACDC at 6.45 on a Sunday but it stopped after several people complained. Otherwise a good stay. Spacious unit.
