Adequate

We have stayed at this property for 3 years. The TVs in the workout room have never worked properly, even though I report it every year. They need to fix it!

We were in town with a group of friends. 7 min drive to our venue.

Right next to a variety of stores. Just off the highway. Easy access. Clean friendly staff.

Nice facility.

Nice outdoor area. Breakfast was good. Spacious room

Receptionist was not friendly and wasn't communicative. Ended up I have paid on line for the room on AMEx through the booking app and again on the Master card she took for incidentals. I did send a message to the hotel about this but haven't heard back

Wonderful hotel to stay at in Eau Claire!

This was a lovely place to stay, though a bit pricey. Room was fantastic, beds were comfy, breakfast was delicious with good variety, staff was awesome. Good location and they care about sustainability (no or few plastics, easy recycling, etc). Easy place to stay with a pet.

The pool left a lot to be desired (no hot tub and small).

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful and always available.

The rooms were very comfortable. There was plenty of room to relax in and the kitchen area was very functional. The bed was hard.

The pool was pretty cold, One of the washing machines was not working. I would have liked to see some sort of gluten free bakery products at the breakfast.

Breakfast was great

Booking confirmation days before and still didn't have my reservation. Had to pay a higher rate and deal with customer service to cancel. I was tired and that was a pain

Very relaxing, great place to bring my wife and older children for mother'

The room was very spacious and accommodating to our needs. The hot breakfast hit the spot and had everything you need to start your day.

The bathroom door did not close all the way leaving a gap and giving little privacy.

Very spacious and clean. Loved the kitchen and having a table to play games at. Layout was smart. Lobby/eating area was very comfortable and modern. Staff was super friendly and helpful!

Bathroom door was a slider on the outside wall that was not lockable and had a bit of a gap so privacy was an issue.

nice location and rooms however ruined by sewage smell the entire stay

what the rooms offered and size

there was a horrible sewage smell throughout the building the entire stay. when asked what it was we were told it was a clogged drain in the kitchen and someone wasn’t coming until Sunday to fix it. fridge in room made loud sounds.

It was very clean.

There were a lot of hockey teams and contstant running up and down the halls. kids playing hockey in the halls after 9:30pm. It was just very loud.

Loved it, we could live in this hotel

Quiet,safe location. Newer property with great amenities we liked the laundry machines were set up so people can use the gym while doing laundry. The room was very clean, large and comfortable. We wish we could have a room like this to take on the rest of our trip.

Very good

Breakfast options were good. The second morning breakfast was limited due to a case being out of order so that was disappointing. Would have liked some add'l fresh fruit options and granola or granola bars. Also a different variety of herbal teas would have been nice, but made do with what was there.

Neighbor across the hall had a dog and it barked several times during the night, after "quiet" hours. Pillows were not as firm as we are used to so we didn't sleep as well as we would have liked, but overall the stay was positive. We would stay there again if we need to be in the area again.

clean and a good location

$300 for one night. overpriced. breakfast was terrible. I’m a Hilton Honors member and the front desk staff would not give me my points or free bottles of water as I booked thru Booking.com
