It was OK, but we won’t go back.

Many broken things. WIFi wasn’t working. Our tv wasn’t working. Hot tub jets not working. Light bulb burnt out.

Just make sure things work for your guests.

I was very disappointed and dismissed by the staff when a problem was reported.

When I checked in there was crayons on the floor by the bed and Incense on the top of closet shelf also the fridge was dirty. When I said something to the desk staff they simply covered it by saying sometimes things are forgot. Well I’ve been a housekeeper and I can tell you you are not supposed to leave anything behind and everything should be clean. I will not be back or recommend it to anyone. This was the worst stay at a hotel.

Beautiful hotel. I’ll be back.

Friendly staff. Very welcoming lobby. The rooms are awesome. Better than expected for the price! I would absolutely stay there again.

Excellent stay and service!

The breakfast was certainly plentiful but was the run of the mill hotel breakfast. Sausage always tastes strong; eggs were okay. Waffle fries as very tough but I can’t use syrup. I realize it would be hard to have the breakfast available every day so know you are most likely doing your best. We were thankful for the breakfast, none the less. Coffee was too strong.

Enjoyable stay.

Good location just off 94. Couple of places to eat something right across from the parking lot, which was very convenient. The room felt like a little apartment with all the basics needed on a daily basis!

No fruit in the options for breakfast, but there were still good options to get you started for the day.

Just overall one of the best hotels I’ve been at with a decent price point.

Staff was great, rooms for very nice, hotel is in a great location, and the cost is super affordable.

Personally our bed was way too hard, and I believe they should have a bigger breakfast option.

Spacious room, comfy bed. Great hot tub. Location was great, near restaurants and shopping.

Couch and chair were not comfortable. On Thursday, breakfast was very lacking. Friday was better.

Clean, hospitable, convenient, good value.

It was clean and the staff was always around when you needed them. That doesn’t happen most places today with short staffing. The staff were always helpful. I would definitely stay here again and thought it was a good value.

Outdated, dishes were in dishwasher but note SAID they were clean, door did not close on its own, luggage carriers were weird, couch looked like a pancake, main tv was at eye level of a one year old because it "covered" the former fireplace which still had ashes in it, not one usb port.

Don't make the same mistake as me....

They had dishes and silverware available in the room.

First of all my family of five had to change rooms because our toilet was broke. We didn't have the chance to cause the issue. When we told the front desk they gave us a plunger. We ended up moving everything from the 3rd floor room to the 2nd floor. All with 3 kids including our autistic toddler. This was extremely hard on her which made our first night very difficult and long. Secondly The room didn't even look like the advertisement. At all. There was not a walk in shower. I included a pic. They don't have the walk in showers. The bathroom was completely different. Some people are disabled and depend on the walkin. Squeaky, lobby furniture, the miniature version. It was so dry and stuffy in the rooms. Be careful touching the lights here. The beds were the worst I have ever slept on. We bought an air mattress for my husband to sleep on because the queen beds are really fulls and the pull out couch is paper thin. You can feel the bars. The super tiny coffee maker was nasty and leaked all over the counter. The carpet felt dirty and rough. The tv stand and dressers are from the 90s and the TV's are smaller then 32inchs. How they have furniture arranged is like they just threw some stuff in there and called it a day. The entertainment center was in front of the pocket door to one of the rooms. The second room was super tiny. Almost as small as the full bed that was in it. Not queen beds. No way. 🙄 There is way too much chlorine in the pool. It is unsafe for anyone to sit in the pool room. It doesn't feel ventilated at all. My daughters and I got nauseous and dizzy. Not sure that can even be called a breakfast. We will never stay here again. We were in town for our daughter autism evaluation. I made the mistake of picking this hotel. Our trip could've went so much better bad we been able to sleep, and been comfortable where we were staying. I had requested extra pillows with the room when booking the apartment.
