Nous avons été déçus et l’impression de nous être fait avoir. Sinon c’est très propre

Beaucoup trop cher par rapport aux services proposés. Cela ne vaut pas le prix. Le petit déjeuner pris dans une boulangerie à côté était bon mais pas copieux du tout. L’ensemble manque de générosité et est beaucoup trop cher.

A soul destroying experience

Very nice modern design in a great location.

A complete mess. We traveled for work and spent one night at Giotto. We had reserved a superior room and specifically paid extra at the time of making the reservation as we wanted a nice room in preparation for our business meeting the next day. When we arrived on a very hot afternoon we did a self-check-in and discovered that they assigned us a small room under the roof, with a small window, and a TV sitting on the floor. It was 40+ degrees outside and it was hot in the room despite the aircon. We had reserved a superior large room on a lower floor. We had to spend more than two hours on the phone with Booking to sort this out. We provided the photo of the room as per the confirmation. We then had to engage in a long discussion with the greeter who turned up after more than one hour. She initially pushed back, then admitted the error, and then tried to charge for the superior room as she claimed it was an upgrade...A long discussion ensued. It would have been pure comedy had they not enraged and aggravated us and wasted most of our afternoon. She swiftly moved to process the payment. No gesture of goodwill for all the chaos and nonsense of the afternoon, we were only informed we had to leave by 10:00 am the next day. The superior room had dust everywhere (see photo), exposed patched electric wires on the lights of the headboard (see photo) with visible copper wire in sight, two small bathrobes, no large towels, and no hangers for additional towels. The room was stuffy during the night even with the aircon running. It does not make a difference if it is set at 21 or 14 degrees, it is the same temperature regardless. And....the bells from the church next door go off at 7.30 am, so good luck with sleep after a long very hot night...

Excellent stay! The hotel is beautifully decorated and designed, the room and facilities were all comfortable, and the staff were very kind and attentive. Would recommend.

Would do it all again should have stayed more than 2 nights-epic small (8rooms) hotel.

Breakfast choices 3 were GREAT all walkable. Next door to a great church next to that Giotto’s masterpiece (the Chapel). Good shopping, great food choices, beautifully appointed furniture Mid century modern design.

Situated in a beautiful district and a great hotel with wonderful amenities.

The room was gorgeous and the bathroom incredible. The staff was very helpful and our stay was wonderful.

A little hard to get to. Not bad, but a simple map would help.

The hotel is very well designed

There is no breakfast, they give you the voucher to have a croissant and coffee in the nearest cafe The reception is not 24 hours, so if there is any problem it’s unlikely to solve immediately

Great for a city trip

The Hotel is only a 15min walk from the main train station and located right next to the city centre. Great to explore the city. Main door and room opens with a number code. All very small but comfortable and clean.

the Hotel itself does not serve breakfast. we got some vouchers for a cafe a few 100m from the hotel. breakfast there is ok but very basic.

Beautiful stay in the heart of Padova!

Beautifully renovated property, very central location and also close to the train station. Very quiet at night and friendly host. Would absolutely stay here again without hesitation, would strongly recommend!

A very minor detail but a suggestion to make it perfect, it would have been nice to have mugs for the tea and coffee in the room instead of polystyrene cups and some spoons too. Shower water pressure could be better.

quick trip for work the location and venue is beautiful.

beautiful fitout and design attention to detail was great. I wanted to stay due to the design.

I did ask if we could have twin beds which they said was not possible but it actually 2 king singles put together so would be good if that could be done in future the towels are tiny in size and more like a hand towel

The decoration and style are great. The room is big and comfortable. And the location is very nice too.

The facilities included air conditioning, but when I arrived it wasn't working. It had been turned off and changed for just heating due to the time period. But... at night the room was extremely hot, and I didn't have any option to solve. If the windows were open, the noise from the street was too loud. The crew knew that the weather was surprisingly warm, but didn't prepare for that. They didn't provide even a fan. I had a very disappointing experience, because I really liked the ambience. They tried to compensate offering a late check-out, that I accepted, but it unfortunately didn't fix a sweaty and uncomfortable night of sleep. It was a pity. Besides the A/C problem, the rest was good.

A very impersonal Casa

very nice stylish room with a great bathroom.

we only stayed one night and our check in was a very impersonal welcome. we had breakfast included and this compromised of a voucher for use in 3 local cafes. what we got was one croissant and one coffee! not much of a breakfast. All said it was a poor welcome at Casa Giotto.

Superb

Excellent stay at Casa Giotto, lovely big rooms which are clean and beautifully furnished. Great size bathroom also. Fantastic location for visiting, just minutes from Capella Scrovegni.

We had a number of mosquitos in our room and it would have been good to have a plug-in anti mosquito device provided.

Quite exceptional. The room was beautifully appointed, large and comfortable. The bathroom was off the scale. An extremely tasteful, well located and relaxed establishment.

Wonderful Lucia was helpful, gracious, and knowledgeable. The hotel is thoughtfully decorated in a unique, modern fashion- loved it! Bed was incredibly comfortable and loved the location. All made for a magical stay in Padova!

A great place to stay if you're going to the Centro Congressi

Convenient location close to Fiera Padova but within the old part of the city. Great pizzeria a few doors down. Room was beautifully clean and comfortable. Although I arrived too late to meet Luisa, the host, her instructions via Whatsapp were clear and helpful and all the admin was very professional.
