Rented for Bowdoin parents weekend and had our Bates son with us! Ideal space for all of us and watching to sunrise from the rocks was above expectation. Everything we needed in including ease to the colleges!

We had a family trip with 5 adults and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! First of all the house was fully stocked with anything you could possibly think of. Secondly, the location is spectacular, right at the edge of the water. We enjoyed bonfires at night, watching the tide come in and out, star gazing, just so peaceful. Would highly recommend this to anyone to rent.

House was in private location with beautiful scenery. The house was very well stocked with linens, dishes and spices anything you may need. Beds were comfortable. Six adults stayed and were comfortable. There were a few minor issues which Vacasa resolved immediately for us. They were concerned and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend.

We had a nice time at this property. Beautiful setting. Lovely house. Plenty of room. A nice quick quiet get away.

M husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. The location is good and the view is absolutely lovely. We heard the birds singing in the morning as we sat on the patio having our coffee. The upstairs bed facing the water is soft but quite comfortable which was nice. However, there are definitely things to improve on. First, I’d put some room Darkening curtains in all the bedroom windows. The sun shone right in our face at 5:30 am. Yikes!! We had to go find eye masks to wear. Generally, the cleaner needs to do a better job dusting and cleaning throughout the house I’d say. We noticed areas which had been neglected for awhile. The house is a bit skimpy on towels so hopefully they can add more even if there’s only a few people. And they did not provide coffee either which surprised us. Toiletries were a bit similar to what you would find in a motel but not in a million dollar VRBO listing. So we had to go buy some and the stores are not close by. Maine is a great place with LOTS of lakes and waterfront so we enjoyed the area very much. And the weather was fantastic!!

We flew in from NC to enjoy the outdoor activities advertised (clearly in the description). The list on the refrigerator had canoes and kayaks blacked out and all items were locked in the garage. We called Vacasa and were offered no help. We had to buy fishing rods from Walmart.
The board games didn't have pieces. Luckily we brought playing cards.
The TV had 4 channels and the Apple TV didn't work.
The silverware drawer was dirty. There were dried pasta noodles in it.
5-star view.

Perfect location, perfect home.
I cannot say enough good things about the home. The view is amazing. You cannot see any other homes. The home is soooo spacious. Beds comfortable. Big common area. Huge kitchen with all the amenities. Food store 10 minutes away. Restaurants 10 minutes away. Lots to do and see in the area. 15 minutes from downtown Brunswick. I absolutely loved this place and hope to return soon. Only complaint is with a 5:00am sunrise it would be nice to have blinds for all windows in room facing the lake.

September stay
This was a gorgeous property. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped, outside of lacking one of those large blue lobster pots. We managed all the same. The view was spectacular and we had great fun finding all kinds of birds in the water, above it, flitting around the yard, perching and waiting for prey! Can't wait to go back. My friends who stayed in the master bedroom suggested a portable clothes rack to hang things on since the closet was locked

Sister vacation in my much loved home State
The house is so beautiful and totally equipped. 3 sisters over nite and Maine sister husband and daughters for day visits. Honestly the pictures do not do it justice. We had all the privacy and togetherness we could have wanted. The setting is so peaceful and private. Being from Florida for the last 32 years the ride in was a surprise but New England family thought it was normal. Totally stocked and very clean. Casa Familia, I want to come back again! Thank you for sharing.

Sweeping views and solitude
Incredible location with amazing vista and we'll built fire pit to enjoy it at all hours. Watching the tides come in and out and exploring the shoreline was fantastic. Very nice accommodations.

Great family place
This home was in a great location and had plenty of space for our family (6 adults/4 children).
The tub was not available, so there were only showers (we had hoped for a tub with the little kids and infant with us). There were plenty of kitchen items (cookware, dishes, utensils, etc.). Definitely bring bug repellent! The mosquitos and no see ums were pretty vicious (expected for this location)

This house has a great backyard. Lots of room for kids to run. We only had a toddler but it was reasonably safe once everything decorative was moved higher. Toys downstairs are adequate. The open floor plan worked well. It sleeps 10, but the futons are really lumpy. We had 8 guests, and a toddler. We’ll appointed for cooking whatever. Lots of blankets. Way too many decorative pillows. Great view, good deck AND fire pit, which we used 3 times. Possible roof leak above the microwave. A few things were broken when we came which I reported. BEWARE: some sunscreens really interact with the heavy iron water. (We’l water??) it stains.

Beautiful ocean view
We had a delightful stay at this tidal oceanfront home. The hosts provided every convenience imaginable. We enjoyed sitting on the rocks by the water and spent hours by the campfire pit at night. The sleeping arrangements were plentiful and very comfortable.

Peaceful Place
Fell in love with everything about the location as soon as we arrived. Generous and roomy house. Beautiful views of the water and surrounding coast. Absolutely the perfect vacation getaway.

The home was clean and comfortable. The lot is large and secluded. We appreciated that the furnace had been turned on before we arrived as it was starting to get a little chilly, even for us northerners. Great views from the living room, deck and backyard. Boats all day long, when we were around anyway. This was a great base to explore the surrounding area. As previously mentioned, the bathrooms and living room furniture are a bit dated but we found everything was clean.

The location and lot are beautiful. The cottage's kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils, glasses, plates, etc. you would need. Soap and dishwasher detergent, as well as laundry detergent were provided. Soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner were provided, which was very nice. Stocked with paper towel and toilet paper as well. Ample amount of clean bath towels were provided. The view is AMAZING! However, the interior is really showing its wear. The main bathroom lights did not work and the bathrooms are pretty beat up in general... small and very old shower stalls, hot tub has "Out of Order" sign on it and you wouldn't want to get in it anyway, etc. Duck tape on the sofa in the living room... we were pretty skeeved out by the living room furniture and did not use it. The fridge was really dirty along with the kitchen counter tops. Ice maker in freezer broken with an old "Out of Order" sign on it. The dishwasher was full when we arrived... the contents of the dishwasher were clean, but kind of weird we had to unload the dishwasher in order to use it, use the kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, etc. All-in-all, beautiful location and view, but the property needs bathroom work, some new furniture and a deep cleaning to really be a winner!
