Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

Hard to find a place for 10+ adults nowadays but this one fit the bill perfectly. Close to the beach, quiet neighborhood and 3 condos close enough to feel like one place.

Came out with a big group to celebrate my 30th birthday.
The condos are very well stocked and comfortable, and the location is great (very close to Trader Joe’s and an easy walk to the main drag of pacific beach).
We were a little worried about the noise ordinance stuff but it ended up just fine - plus it’s located on a very busy street which is also loud.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a big group! Maybe book directly through AvantStay to save a bit of money. Their customer service was great too.

Overall it was a wonderful stay for our family of 27.

Great place to stay. Had a large (15+) family and each person had a bed to sleep in! Downside was the parking. Only room for small vehicles in the garage. Overall, had everything we needed.

We had a family reunion with 25 of us. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and the location was great! Close to stores, beach, and many fun places. We had a great time!

The house was perfect for my group of 12. So comfortable, clean and well stocked. Extra sundries were a really nice touch. Great location.

The property was fantastic. The property management was very responsive and helpful. There were some maintenance staff working around the property who were very friendly. The location is great. We were able to walk to some places, ride the Birds to a few other places. Great experience I would recommend here. If I return I will certainly take a look at this property again!

Perfect Family Vacation Home
The property is perfect for a family vacation. Basic amenities and even more are already provided. The night life and stored are just a walk away (or you can ride a scooter for extra fun). Despite being close to everything, the property is tucked away enough that it's very quiet at night.
Will definitely book again for our next family vacation in San Diego.
