Superb. Will definitely come back.

Staff was superb. So friendly and excellent customer service. Rooms and facilities were incredible. Location cannot be beat in Pacific Beach. Will definitely come back.

I had to switch rooms after the first night due to overbooking, but the hotel more than made it up to me by giving me a credit and free parking.

A PB Oasis

Perfect location! Right on the beach, with an amazing pool. The food was fabulous and the service and staff were top notch. Truly felt like a getaway.

I would highly recommend this hotel and plan on staying there again!

excellent location, close to pier to walk but far enough to be quiet at night. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly!

Perfection!

Location, location, location! The rooms are wonderful! We stayed in 2 different rooms because we extended our stay. The pool area is lovely and we just loved it. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when we return.

The only thing I would like to see if free laundry facilities. For the cost of the rooms, that is not much to ask. It is ridiculous to get quarters to do laundry. I don’t have any issue with buying soap, but please no coin operated machines. That is tacky.

Excellent location on the beach nice views from the balcony and staff all approachable very friendly and the pool was clean and warm.

In the dining room was a bit small but I guess visitors go out and eat as so many restaurants to choose from.

Very nice hotel in beautiful place, you can enjoy sunset from your balcony. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great Spa tub, but didn't get a room with full costal view that we paid for!

The spa tub, the hospitality, heated pool, the refreshments, the bikes.

Paying the price for a costal view but mosly viewing cars entering garage drive in and having the wonderful view of the employee entrance. Not having a full costal view as I imagined I was paying for.

Great location, friendly staff, large rooms, garage parking!

The personalized service from staff made our visit very pleasant. The Cafe overlooking the pool and ocean offered a nice variety of meals, snacks and drinks. Underground parking (with valet service available) was nice plus for the area. So many local places to eat and shop within walking distance.

beautiful and very comfortable

The hotel was very nice and quaint. access to the beach was easy and the hotel provided chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys for the kids. restaurants we’re within walking distance.

I wish there were better food options at the hotel and easier access to a variety of coffee or coffee shops nearby.

Great hotel with an amazing view of the Pacific. Staff was friendly and attentive. Tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Nothing really to complain about. Furniture was a little dark and heavy for a beach resort.

Perfect place to enjoy PB!

The views are simply spectacular! Also, the bikes and beach toys that the hotel makes available to guests allowed us to really enjoy some fantastic beach days!

I found the pool to be too warm.

We can't wait to come back!

My husband I am traveled many times to SD with our kids and for the first time I used a 2nd party site to book because I wanted to surprise them with something special...It wasn't what I booked and your staff not only accommodated us but went out of Her/their way to make sure my family was just as comfortable!! We loved not only your location and were able to walk for meals and fun but my little had the best time on the beach right in front of our room, my teens loved the pool and my husband and I SO enjoyed our room listening to the waves! We actually for the first time ever...didn't watch TV at any point. Thank you so much!!

Wonderful gem

The staff is positive, attentive, friendly. Always more than one person. Lovely view. Cookies, fruit and water always available. Warm pool. Responsive if anything needs attention

Plumbing may need attention. Hot tub cold one day...friends shower needed repair.

literally everything. location was perfect. staff was amazing on all levels. the bikes were a fun perk. clean hot tub and pool. definitely coming back to stay

no microwave in the rooms and the outside light was so bright on the decks. totally understand the reasons why so next time I will bring a sleep mask.

Location is perfect, right on the beach.

Restaurant was closed, construction was unsightly, hot tub wasn’t working (though they did let us know in advance and offer a refund of the resort fee), huge wooden bed frames made beds hard to get in/out of. Overpriced.

The Hotel staff was amazing!! The location at Pacific Beach is away from the hustle and the bustle,.. very nice!

The bar area could be improved on,.. a selection of food during happy hour would be amazing,.. we had some breakfast in the morning that was very good.

Comfortable and beautiful room with a view. You can hear the waves crash from your room, and the first floor rooms have vegetation for privacy. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Room includes plates and utensils for days when you want to have meals on your patio. Hotel is within walking distance of various pubs, ice cream stores, and restaurants.

The cost for meals at the hotel, such as breakfast, was too expensive.
