great location and bed was super comfy

The place was very good and the cleanliness was next to the best, even better than a regular hotel. It was spick and span! Parking was very convenient. My room was a little on the small side.
The old guy, I think he was the maintenance guy there - he was moody, a smile would not have cracked his face. Being friendly is free. I never met Laura. I met a young man from next door who kindly let me in, even though I'd advised I'll be there between 5-6pm. I arrived and parked up at 5:30pmand stood outside knocking on the door for 10 mins.

Emplacement très pratique. A deux pas d’un arrêt de bus pour le centre d’Oxford. Logement très propre et confortable. Petit déjeuner assez complet.

Scrupulously clean and very comfortable, with easy and generous facilities. Very close to frequent buses into the city and also a superstore across the road. Nice to mix with others in the kitchen area too. Thank you. Shared bathroom was well managed.
Room small so difficult to operate the kettle, but glad of the provision. Kidlington is a bit of a way out of town, but the excellent bus connections overcome this difficulty.

The property was perfectly located for our trip, with parking on site. The house was extremely clean and well kitted out with excellent facilities.

It was a place to sleep
Horrible hosts, no service, no courtesy, anything you do you have to pay extra. Rude and unhelpful. We have never been treated so badly in a BNB before. Charges £65 for a blanket and a lost room key and kept complaining and being rude after we paid.

Good:
-gave me the big bed even though I booked the single bed
-have plenty of tea and coffee in bedroom
-have free netflix
-have a big garden so you can eat outside on the tables if you want
-have 3 tables with lots of chairs so everyone can eat at same time
-has free parking on streets
-free milk and butter in fridge, of course there's bread for breakfast
-very comfy pillows
- free bedroom gown
- nice big bathroom
- no shoes in house
-no cheese or eggs available (but minor)
- can hear a little bit of the TV from next bedroom ( I was in room 3)

Amazing access to breakfast.
It's a bit far from the city center (30 min by bus)

The place was great and very clean. Use of kitchen facilities to prep dinner was also very much appreciated. The B&B was quiet and perfect for a family holiday.

Very cosy and clean. Convenient to bus route but a bit outside City Centre.
The building wasn’t very clearly marked so had a bit of a hard time finding the place

The place was immaculate, extremely clean and in a quiet location that is easily assessable from Oxfor city. The hosts were accommodating and professional. Such a nice place to stay.
Maybe more variety at breakfast like fruit, yoghurt and Granola etc.

We have never stayed anywhere so clean and tidy. Riz even vacuumed my shoes after a walk!

Super clean and quiet place, all with high standard quality.
2 rooms in the ground floor, 3 rooms in the first and one additional in top floor.
My family stayed in the ground floor and used the kitchen space in spare time.
Cooking is not allowed but thanks to it, the house could be kept in super clean status.
If you have a car, this place can be highly recommended.
Self-Breakfast was good enough!
I wish to stay here again
