Excellent accommodation and location, will be staying here again.

The location is great, easy access to the Main Street and beach. The property is very clean, and everyone is very friendly.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like, it isn’t a plush 5 star hotel, but it is practical and most of the people staying were repeat clients.

Simple and comfortable place near the beach

Simple and comfortable hotel in a decent location. It was easy to walk to the beach and my room, while basic, had everything I needed. The staff was attentive -- they helped me rent a motorbike and find the strongest wifi signal so I could watch the Super Bowl! Also the a la carte breakfast food was tasty (I mostly had Indian stuff).

Occasionally heard drunken louts at night at the bar/restaurant across the street but nothing to be done about that really.

The room was clean, a/c working, relatively quiet at night.

As we arrived in Goa late at night after some quite exhausting days, the crucial criteria for us was the airport pick up, which they offer according to the information on booking. But as it turned out, they don’t offer any pick up. But even more unpleasant, they did not seem to be willing to offer any kind of support.

Location is super, serenity around, very clean, helpful staff, walking distance from beach and market, some good restaurants around, supermarket closeby. All this at a reasonable price.

Everything about this property is nice... Location, Staff, Restaurant, Bar, Cleanliness, Surrounding. This one is superb especially the service provided By Raju and Yogesh. Both of them are very soft spoken, nice and very helpful... Location wise, its a central point in Candolim, 50-70 Meters inside from main road, its a very quite and peaceful place. Every thing from here is close by ..... ATM, Hospital, Medical, Wine shop, Restaurants with live music. A full value for money place and people....

The rooms were clean and the staffs were excellent. They even folded our clothes and had helped us in every way possible. We asked for early check-in for work and was given.The food was tasty and it is very close to the beach.

The wifi connection on the second floor could've been better. The food was costly although it was good.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Candolim. Location wise its perfectly at the core of the Candolim. Beach is in walking distance. Everyday you get your breakfast in room with freshly toasted bread with eggs butter and tea. There are a lot of other options as well. Lots of restaurants and pubs are around. CAB and bike services you will get in the hotel itself. And all these is because of Mr. Raju. You will never get a better host than him. Happy stay everyone.

Very good stay. It's value for money. Best for weekend getaways. Beach nearby. They serve only breakfast. Lots of restaurants near by. Rental bikes are made available. Owner is very good and soft-spoken.

Mr. Raju was awesome, it was a pleasure staying in this hotel, everyone was very helpful and hospitable. People met me at 7AM and I managed to check-in that early without any problem

At first, my booking was missing, and I was put in incorrect room, but everything resolved quickly, so no worries here.

Excellent staff. Quiet and peaceful place, close to Candolim beach and live music places. Bikes are arranged by the hotel itself in 15 mins Enjoyed my stay thoroughly.. Mr Vaikunth and Mr Yoges, take care off their guest really well. Good value for money.

Not a must but water kettle in the room would be nice. But the rooms are good value for money without them.

Great location, great value for money. The staff is friendly and helpful. They respect your privacy.

WiFi could not be reached from the room. No complimentary bottles of water in the rooms (only extra charged).

Brilliant value for money stay!

Entire premises is neat n clean.Rooms were neat n clean.Room cleaning was carried out properly on daily basis.No lunch and dinner services,however swiggy and closeby restaurants came in handy.Located is clean and quiet locality which was a plus,very close to calangute and candolim Beach.All credit goes to Mr.Raju and Yogesh for making my stay nice and comfortable!Overall absolutely value for money stay and 9/10 score from my side!

Introducing room service and lunch dinner options would definitely be a boon.
