Very nice property for our girls get together.
Plenty of room. Nice neighborhood.

Great house for the 9 of us! Seth was right on it if we had an issue or needed something. Kitchen towels, potholders and leftover containers were delivered the next day. Loved the hot tub! We cooked dinner there almost every night. There was an issue with the pool water not being clean. One bed was bad and was already on order. Overall 5/5!!
We ate at Tony's Steak House - very pricy but over the top delicious! Reservations needed. Day 1 was the Ark Encounter. Highly recommend! 53 minute drive. Day 2 was Ziplining with Boone Creek Outdoors. We absolutely loved it, especially the training zipline for the newbies. Only a 20 minute drive. Day 3 was a cave boat tour with Gorge Underground in the Red River Gorge. We had a variety of physical abilities, so the boat was perfect for us all to go together. Only a 5 minute drive from there to the tram up to The Natural Bridge. 20 minute tram ride was great! Well worth the drive, which was just a bit over an hour. Day 4 was Riding the Rails with the Rail Explorers. Only 30 minute drive. Another activity we all enjoyed. Of course, no trip to KY would be complete without bourbon tasting! Pepper Distillery District on Manchester Street was close and delicious.

Seth was a great host, always so quick to respond and so helpful.
Would definitely stay again, we stayed for a family getaway, all ages 2 to 70 had a great time. Plenty parking. Everything worked. Close to bourbon trail distilleries. Was very clean and a lovely quiet neighborhood with sidewalks. Pool and hot tub were very clean and well maintained and large screened in porch an added bonus.
There was a path down to a park behind the house, with a walking trail and playground. And also a large yard with a small stream at the bottom. Outdoor lights were very pretty esp the large old tree all lit up.
No firepit. But we were fine with that. Maybe they have one in winter months. Basement was great for games and evening drinks.

My husband and I hosted our adult children / spouses, grandbaby, and my sister for a week of family time. This home is a great set-up -- everyone had their own private space, but the common areas are large, giving us lots of room to be together for cooking and eating meals, watching TV, playing ping pong and video games, enjoying the pool and hot tub, doing huge jigsaw puzzle, and playing board games. There are also quieter areas to just sit and talk or read, or for uninterrupted remote work days. We appreciated the many amenities like good wifi, comfy beds, nice linens and pillows, a Keurig and toaster, lots of TVs, and two washers and dryers. Check-in was a breeze, and using the door lock / code system all week was so helpful to avoid sharing keys in a large group.
The neighborhood is beautiful, and the yard of the house is spacious. It is so easy to get to a number of local coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and other attractions. Overall the house is exactly what we needed!

If you are looking for a place tap a couple of kegs and party all week...this is not the place you seek. This property was home to four generations of our family for a week. Seth was an excellent host with great communication. The home is spacious and well laid out. The pool is a plunge pool - small, but refreshing in the 90+ heat. Between the pool and hot tub, the kids were able to play all week and not grow bored.
The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has all the necessary items to dine in. Be aware the freezer is small when buying groceries for ten adults and five children for a week. Two dining areas close together allow for a family meal.
The downstairs bar and deck area are great to spend some time reading or just relaxing. The property has two washers and dryers if you like to pack light.
The property is a short drive to several attractions. We visited the Kentucky Horse Park, Woodford Reserve distillery and the Kentucky Arboretum Children Garden for half-day trips. There is a park with a splash pad just a few minutes away.
One thing of which to be aware - the neighborhood likes it's peace and quiet. Quiet hours are 10;00pm to 8:00am.
On our last day, we received a noise complaint because we were using a vacuum to deflate our pool toys at 8:00pm. This is out of the hosts' control, just note a neighbor has sensitive ears,

What a clean, crisp modern home tucked into a sweet Kentucky neighborhood. We are from Chicago and drive to n.c. usually once a year. Our 1/2 way point is Kentucky and we've been doing it all wrong by getting hotel rooms for me, my husband, 3 kids under 12 and a dog.
We enjoyed our stay so much that i believe we will try to spend more than just 1 passing night in Kentucky and actually make this stop a part of our family's vacation.
Thank you. It was delightful. We left grateful with a great nights sleep.

It was our daughter’s graduation weekend from University of Kentucky. Such a great house to spend quality time with friends and family. I would totally recommend this home. The house manager Seth was great and very accommodating.

Golf trip for 9 guys house was wonderful, very clean, location is perfect for restaurants, golf, and horse racing. The host Seth was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly.

The property was great! Great location - we discovered a great walking path and had a nice walk around the neighborhood and track the day of the races. Kitchen seemed well stocked although we did not cook there. Beds were very comfortable. And plenty of space. We will likely come back with our kids in the fall - they will love the hot tub, ping pong and basketball in the basement.
My only complaints are that it was very hot upstairs and one of the window units was not working. It wouldn't even turn on. I would also suggest a full length mirror in at least one of the bedrooms.
All in all, a great stay!

We just stayed for 4 nights and our only regret was not being able to stay longer. The house was absolutely perfect! The location was close to everything we needed and we could not have asked for a better host- Seth was amazing!!! He made sure we had everything we needed and communication was lightening fast!!

This lovely home is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of spaces to gather and/or to take some quiet time for yourself. I chose this home specifically for the 3 ground level bedrooms and the master walk-in shower for my elder relatives. The upstairs bedrooms were happily occupied by the teens. There was definitely some extra paper and coffee supplies needed for our large group so we were grateful for Kroger nearby. The pingpong table, hot tub, screened-in deck and the public park basically in the back yard was a major plus. Definitely recommend and will make plans again to visit soon. Thank you!

We absolutely loved this place, it looked exactly like the pictures. We were in town with a speed skate team and a few families stayed together. It was the perfect place for all of us. The screened in back deck was amazing. The hot tub and fire place were a nice treat as well. The place is very well maintained and clean. We will definitely be coming back. If you're considering booking do it, you won't be disappointed!

The trip started out not great. The hot tub was broken and there was one less bed than we expected. Had a few calls with Seth regarding these issues and he offered to put us into another very nice rental as soon as it was available. He sent us cookies, dropped off a bottle of bourbon, and sent donuts to the house the next morning to say thank you. Big thank you to Seth for fixing something he ultimately did not cause.

This was the perfect house for our family of 12 to meet for a weekend vacation. The owner sent great details about the house a few days before we arrived and he was quick to answer questions. When we arrived, we found the house fresh and clean. The layout of the house was perfect for our group. There was plenty of space to spread out. The kids loved the basement space and especially enjoyed the basketball shoot. The house is convenient to restaurants and shopping. It was easy to find and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet and well kept. Overall, we had a wonderful time and I wish we could have stayed longer!

This was a great place to stay. The property is large, comfortable and has some nice amenities including a hot tub and pool. I visited in winter so the hot tub was a welcome bonus on the cold nights. Beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. We have a friend who uses a wheelchair and the space was well adapted for her. Only concern is the shower isn’t roll-in so bring a transfer chair if you have someone who uses a wheelchair. Excellent communication from the host as well. I’ll definitely be putting this on my favorites list!

This home is clean, bright and welcoming.
The beds are very comfy, as well as the sofas. Given the the floor plan on three floors and the large screened in porch, there is plenty of room for everyone. The two dining rooms provided ample seating for dining, crafts and card games.
Some suggestions would be to replenish the kitchen. As we were attempting to prepare a Christmas dinner we found the kitchen lacking some necessities (sugar, cooking oil, foil, etc.)
As well, the items that were available weren’t organized well. And they were stored on bare wood as opposed to liner or contact paper. Neither was there enough silverware or plates for everyone to eat at the same time. There was only one dish sponge for cleaning/wiping up cooking messes for the entire weekend. We needed an air mattress; there were four air mattress available. However none of them would stay inflated.
If these issues were resolved, we would definitely stay here again!

Loved staying at Seth's property. Great home and location. We traveled from four states for Thanksgiving. It was so nice to have so many conversation spaces. Two dining room tables were perfect for our group. The park behind the home was an added bonus. The beds were great too. The pull out sofa is what it is, lol, they are never fabulous, but it was nice to have another sleeping space.

Lots of ample size bedrooms, 2nd floor was great for a family with kids or couples. Hot tub was a plus, as were the ping pong and basketball in basement. We loved the screened deck as well.
Seth was responsive, sent someone over to address a couple of things. We had 5 hangers for the whole home, they brought more over. Fire pit gas tank needed replacing, batteries in TV remote and basketball game were needed.
A couple suggestions: more pots and pans and utensils, clean the outside area before guests arrive, keep fresh batteries on site, have proper coffee filters (had to buy our own, so I did leave some for the next guest). Crock pot was good but an air fryer would’ve been great to have.

Great spacious house and very nice neighborhood with walking park access nearby. There were five adults and plenty of room to spread out as well as gather. Perfect for couples, singles or families (great recreational area and pool on lower floor).
A few amenities could be improved - towels that are not worn (better towels in closets), a box or two of tissues, frying pan that’s not warped, a few packets of sugar or sugar substitute, real beer and wine glasses (vs plastic) and trash removed from outdoor bins (both trash and recycling bins full). Kitchen floor was also sticky but rest of the house was clean and nicely decorated.

We picked the perfect house for a short getaway for 8 family members to gather in Lexington, KY, and tour the bourbon trail and horse farms! This house was a very convenient location to stay only a short distance from Keeneland Race Park and we were able to see the yearling thorougbred auctions during September. We greatly appreciated the clean and spacious house, which was very relaxing for our family members. We would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to enjoy the beautiful area around Lexington!

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, the only downside was we should have stayed longer. The accuracy of the listing is spot on, and the hosts are friendly and communicative and easily accommodated our special requests.
The location is spot on if you want to be able to enjoy living in Lexington as it was in the past century. Neighborhood was clean, well maintained and quiet. You would almost think that you were on the back porch of a mountain cabin if it wasn’t for the ambient background lights of the city. The HVAC was the best I’ve ever had in a VRBO and will absolutely turn the basement into a cooler if you aren’t careful. The upstairs bedrooms have window units which do the job well. The kitchen is well stocked and has the capability to cook for and feed more than you need.
The only concerns I would mention is that some of ceiling fans seem to have different control mechanisms and can be hard to get right, the driveway is a little small and cramped for a full sized SUV, and there appears to be some discrepancies in maximum permitted parking and how from the instructions. In one area it said no street signs parking and in another no more than two in front of the house. We only had two vehicles so there was plenty of space behind the house but a larger group should seek clarification before gathering the wrath of the LexingtonPD TicketMaid Brigade.
Overall a great place, hosted by great people, in a great area and town, a must stay again!

We were in Lexington for the softball state tournament in which our granddaughter was playing. This was a great place because it accommodated our 3 daughters and their husbands along with our 7 grandchildren. We were able to relax and have good family time.
We would highly recommend it and would stay there again if the occasion arises.
The only thing we found was on listing it said 2 beds in each bedroom upstairs when there were 2 in one and only one in the other. We made it fine because we were able to use the inflatable down stairs. There are 3. One we blew up and had a hole in it but a second one we tried blew up fine.
Again it was great for our family and we had a great time but thought I’d let you know if you wanted to change listing.
Thank you

We stayed at this house as a family trip. We had everything from infants to adults. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It has a screened in porch that we absolutely loved and used constantly. If I could give this place more than five stars, I would. We absolutely loved it

We stayed two nights in this beautiful home. The place was super clean and beautiful. I’ve stayed several places this year and by far this place had the most most comfortable beds. It’s so homie. We loved it

This property is perfect for a group of couples getting together for a long weekend! Great location, clean and spacious with plenty of beds, bedrooms, 3 showers and 4 toilets. We had a group of 6 couples. Comfortable indoor and outdoor seating for hanging out and chatting. Kitchen area is great for gathering and cooking. The property management was fantastic, with great communication and addressed our only issue of finding the iron/board very quickly! Would definitely choose this spot again!

The hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing as well as our time spent in Lexington! They gave us suggestions for places to eat and made sure we were comfortable in the home. I always appreciate when a host goes beyond the call of duty to ensure a pleasant stay at their home. Best things about the home: two large dining room tables (we used one for games and one for meals), basement area for the kids to hang out, location was close to everything we needed, the deck/screened porch was very big and cozy as well!

We loved our long weekend in Lexington and this rental. We were in town to visit some of the bourbon distilleries. The house was as advertised and clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for 4 couples and space for even more. We loved the back of the house for entertaining and would have spent more time there if the weather was better. Seth was a great host and communication with him was easy. We would definitely stay at this property again.
