Katastrophal

Personal hilfsbereit

Bad komplett verschimmelt! Geruch des Bads (Abfluss der Dusche) sowie des Kühlschranks und der Kopfkissen war nicht auszuhalten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt abgebrochen und dort nicht übernachtet. Den Bewertungen zufolge gibt es diese Probleme schon seit Jahren. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Eine einzige Katastrophe

Gar nichts!!!!

Die Duschen waren verschimmelt. In dem Zimmer sowie im Bett waren Käfer. Die Toilette war innen braun, schlimmer als auf einer öffentlichen Toilette. Steckdosen waren defekt, da hätten ich Angst gehabt einen Schlag zu bekommen. Der Fön war dermaßen mit Staub und Schmutz zugesetzt, hätte ich im leben nicht angefasst. Wir sind noch am selben Abend gegangen und haben uns eine andere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit gesucht. Jetzt warte ich auf eine Reaktion von Booking, ob ich mein Geld zurück bekomme. Ich habe sofort die Beschwerde geschrieben, jedoch noch keine Rückmeldung erhalten. In der Unterkunft hat man kaum deutsch gesprochen. Alles in allem auf gar keinen Fall zu empfehlen!

it is hostel...never more. for this money it is expensive.

it is not hotel, it is hostel. i booked room for one person with double bed, get room with 5 beds, like hostel for workers. in bathroom broken shower head.

Nie wieder … Schade, hörte sich besser an 😔

Zimmer sehr geräumig …

Zimmer: Kühlschrank stand auf Fußboden; TV sehr klein; Gemeinschaftsküche war in sehr schlechtem Zustand: übler Geruch (Spülm.Abfluss?); Wasserkocher extrem verkalkt; alles nur oberflächlich gereinigt; im Kühlschrank war die Innenraumleuchte defekt.

Overkill in price, dont´t stay.

Large rooms

Very dirty kitchen, left overs and not some parts not cleaned for months. Walls of the rooms are super thin, EVERY noise of your neighbour is echoing into your room.

The great thing is that there's a refrigerator in the room👍 The room was super comfortable and clean until we saw the insects on/in the back of the bed!

The back of the beds have to be removed and renewed or totally cleaned!! We slept on the ground because we couldn't trust the cleanness of the beds🦦 It would be better if there's a fan in the room too

Superb

We arrived late but having phoned ahead to inform them, entry was very efficient. We just had to ring the number on the contact information when we arrived at the sleep station, and we were given clear instructions on how to get access to the room. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Brilliant for a quick overnight stop en route to Sweden. Would recommend.

Great overnight stay

Spacious room with a fridge in the room and the bathroom was big and wheelchair accessable. There is a communal kitchen area. We had our own tea, milk & travel cups but at times struggle to get hot water to make an evening drink. This was great as there was a kettle, coffee maker, microwave & toaster available with 2 hot plates to cook yourself a simple meal/breakfast. We loved this place and we would absolutely stay her again. We had free on-site parking and we felt our motorbike was safe overnight as the property also had cameras.

Friendly staff Very clean new room in clean new building The shared kitchen is great with all you need to make your own food Elevator is a plus Free parking on spot Close to several shops by foot In the countryside, perfect for quiet nights

Too bad we were a bit struggling with the language barrier but we met friendly staff Some small outdoor terrace would be great

Dirty room, staff which leaves quite early, zero communication. Won't stay again for sure

Good and short access from highway

The room for sure hasn't been cleaned in a while. Also, whole room stinked very badly, and we found at least 2 weeks old plate with leftover food in the dresser. Since the receptionist left one hour before they should have we had to look for ATM, because they needed cash. Another unexpected surprise. Also, since the staff left early, we didn't got the opportunity to change to another room. When asked privately for some sort of remedy, or at lest partial refund, i didn't even got any answer. Highly unprofessional

We weren’t there. The staff told us it wouldn’t be a problem if we checked in late. We received the “no problem” also via mail. And then on Telefon 4 or 5 hours before check in the ignored it!! Without any advise on another hotels in Hamburg.

Bad

Due to traffic in Denmark and Germany we did not reach the accomodation till 9pm, and the staff was any but helpfull. No key, no place to sleep.... The guy on the phone told me to see me soon. He wish...

Passable

Accommodation in the hotel is quite decent, comfortable and clean. But all this was overshadowed, because you do not have the ability to pay by card, so we were forced to look for an ATM in the late hours with two children to pay immediately without the ability to even leave things in the room. That lack of trust of the boss left us a bad impression, so instead of 2 days, we were left with only one. And in the end we didn't even get a bill.
