Villa located in Competa, province of Malaga, Andalucia.
This gorgeous villa is located among pine trees and century-old oaks, a few metres from the Natural Park of the Sierras Tejeda y Almijara.
It is blessed with splendid views over the valley of the river Güi and the Mediterranean Sea, which can be seen from its private pool and from the viewpoint of the terraces. It features an outdoor dining area located under a lush pine tree and, specifically, in a former limekiln whose ground floor welcomes a small wine-minibar. Here, you can choose among a rich variety of wines at very reasonable prices.
As soon as you cross the entrance door, you will come across a dining-living room with a gorgeous fireplace, a satellite TV broadcasting international channels, and a spacious open kitchen. The hallway leads to the other rooms. The villa has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite with shower, and two with two single beds each, and it can accommodate up to six people. There is one more bathroom with bathtub at disposal of the guests. This villa is equipped with warm/cool AC, to ensure the interior the perfect temperature throughout the year.
This spectacular holiday home grants its guests fresh air, peace and quietness, in a deep contact with nature; however, you won't have to give up modern-day facilities, as this villa is provided with them all.
The villa, located in the area known as Zarja, is completely fenced and it is provided with a gated entrance that guarantees the privacy you need. The property also has private parking.

Set high on a hill, at the end of a quiet track casa vereda commands the most astonishing views down the valley and out to sea. The smell of hot pine needles was delicious. This traditional Spanish house had everything we needed when we wanted to stay at home. Comfy sofa and beds, a crystal clean pool, good air con for the couple of nights there wasn't a breeze, and excellent water pressure in the shower. It's the little things! We didn't do much during our stay, but the local village of competa is a 10 minute drive and has everything you need to experience village Spanish life, or pick a souvenir up in the Saturday market. Competa is chocolate box beautiful. A little further on, there are start points for mountain walks. We were in flip flops so only climbed a main track to the top of a hill after following a stream for a while in the shade and coolness, but even that was rewarding. I think we'll be back 💖

Prachtig huis in de bergen. Het huis is heel fijn en uitermate geschikt voor een reis met kinderen. Het uitzicht is fantastisch en de keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Nerja ligt op een gunstige reis afstand en Competa zelf is ook een heel leuk stadje.

Bien equipada tanto en cocina como en dormitorios, con una piscina de tamaño medio perfecta para refrescarte en los días de calor (aunque las temperaturas suelen ser muy agradables). Cabe destacar la amabilidad del responsable, Antonio, ya que tuvimos un problema con los desagües de los cuartos de baño y nos lo solucionó todo en tiempo récord en la misma tarde. En general estancia muy agradable, especialmente cuando vas con niños. Como sugerencia añadiría un poco más de menaje de cocina y quizá añadir alguna mejora alrededor de la piscina y sustituir la arena por otro material que ensucie menos. ¡Gracias!

Perfecte locatie op gebied van rust, uitzichten zowel op de bergen als in de verte op de Middellandse Zee, door haar ligging tegen de rotswand en onder de Pijnbomen, biedt Casa la Vereda, bij warm weer, talrijke schaduwplekjes...Privacy is verzekerd. Casa la Vereda voldoet als vakantiehuis aan het bad-, was- en keukengerief. Culinair is er een ruim aanbod aan restaurants in Competa, restaurant El Pampano genoot onze voorkeur...Voor mobiele natuur liefhebbende mensen op zoek naar rust is dit vakantiehuis een ideale locatie.

Ich habe mit meiner Freundin 10 Tage in an dem Wunderbaren Ort verbracht. Antonio (Vermieter) war überaus freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl in dem Haus gefühlt. Es war alles innen sowie aussen und auch der Pool sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch hat uns, wenn wir Fragen hatten wo wir was machen können Antonio eine Liste zusammengestellt mit seinen Empfehlungen, was wir überaus geschätzt haben. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche beim Kochen offen.
Ich kann dieses Haus jedem Empfehlen, der in dieser Umgebung Urlaub machen möchte. Man hat absolut seine ruhe und der Ausblick vom Haus aus ist atemberaubend.

La villa est située dans un endroit avec une vue magnifique sans vis à vis et pas trop loin de la plage mais l’accès est difficile, il faut utiliser la voiture pour descendre. Le propriétaire est gentil, ils nous a donné des bons pistes pour aller à la plage et le ménage du fin de séjour est correct. Le climat est très agréable car la nuit il ne fait pas trop chaud. Néanmoins on aurait apprécié si la piscine aurait été mieux aménagée avec des escaliers en pierre pas en terre et du carrelage autour de la piscine.
